Chapter 163: Planning for Foundation Building Realm Breakthrough
“Although I have avoided a major headache, it looks like the Stellar Greenwood Tantra is not an ideal technique for me anymore.”
Aksai thought, his mind racing with various possibilities.
“I need to find something better or improve the existing technique after I break into the Foundation Building Realm,” Aksai concluded.
“After all, I’m not completely human anymore. Cultivation techniques made for humans won’t work as well for me as they used to.
First, I need to find the most ideal Spirit cultivation technique suited for my enhanced elemental affinities. Then, I need to modify it using the corrupted druid’s technique as a reference. That way, I can make the best use of my bloodline powers to speed up my progress,” Aksai charted a rough path to progress in his head.
“Still, this druid bloodline is incredible,” he murmured, marveling at the effects of his transformation. “I’ve become a part of the very essence of life. With Everwood Farm’s peculiarities, I’m sure I can find better ways to use my bloodline powers. This Spirit bloodline increased my lifespan by leaps and bounds. But that can only be regarded as a byproduct for something much more significant,” he smiled to himself.

Aksai took his time to process an array of thoughts that had popped up in his head like wild mushrooms after the sudden rain.
As he continued to walk through the vineyard, he carefully planned his future steps.
Firstly, he decided to keep everything about his bloodline a secret. Although he was not a corrupted druid, the Spirit cultivators of Dadangar wouldn’t see him any differently from a demonic cultivator if they knew about his transformation.
Secondly, Aksai decided to stay in Emerald Cove and not go anywhere else now that he had settled all his affairs elsewhere.
Forget Martial World Sharang, Aksai wasn’t too keen on visiting the Dadangar mainland anymore. Unless he had no other choice, he had decided to act like a turtle on Emerald Cove.
He would practice in the comfort of his own island until he achieved Spirit Refining Perfection. Grow at a steady pace while avoiding troubles.
Aksai would also polish his skills in other fields like alchemy, talisman creation, and the study of Array Formation.
The last few years had been pretty hectic for Aksai, keeping him from fully engrossing himself in these cultivation arts. But after gaining ownership of Emerald Cove, he had the time and resources needed to make progress in all these fields.
Thirdly, Aksai had decided to reserve some of his time for Spirit farming.
Earlier, he only had Everwood Farm to continue farming for resources, which was a great place for growing multiple crops. However, this isolated dimension was limited by its size. Aksai had to think carefully about which plants and cultivation resources to grow and prioritize a select few due to the limited ground for cultivation.
Of course, Aksai had no say in the matter in the past. He had spent the better part of his life as a rental Spirit farmer. As such, he faced many limitations in making ideal use of the land he cultivated.
However, the Serenity Peak of Emerald Cove changed that equation for him. He could now use his new area entirely for himself and cultivate it using the workforce under his command.
How could Aksai make the best use of Emerald Cove if he kept hopping from one place to another all the time? This was as good a time as any for him to finally act as the island owner of Emerald Cove that he was.
Aksai could reserve Everwood Farm to cultivate only the premium-grade resources for himself, the kind he wouldn’t want others to know about. He could use Serenity Peak to cultivate regular resources, which were also important for supporting his various cultivation arts.
These regular resources also served as a way for him to make considerable wealth in Dadangar. By compartmentalizing his farming yields between Everwood Farm and Serenity Peak, Aksai could truly excel as a Spirit farmer. This would allow him to transition from a rental Spirit farmer to a Spirit farm owner.
Lastly, Aksai decided to start preparing for his eventual breakthrough in the Foundation Building realm. He needed to ensure that the trifecta of mind, body, and Spirit was well-satisfied at the time of his breakthrough.
This wasn’t something he could do at a moment’s notice. He needed to invest time, resources, and effort to obtain a few key elixirs and items to balance the trifecta condition.
“Well, time is on my side now,” Aksai chuckled to himself, thinking of his increased lifespan.
“I don’t need to rush my path anymore. The bottlenecks and age restrictions others have don’t exist for me.
But this is exactly why I shouldn’t be overindulgent when it comes to taking things easy. I need to become a Foundation Building Expert as fast as I can.
I can take risks now because of the vitality I have. Even if I were to fail in my breakthrough attempt, I wouldn’t necessarily die. Unlike others, I can use the vitality of my druid bloodline to take risks and gain experience. I can then stack these experiences together to become a Foundation Building Expert,” Aksai concluded.
There was one more reason for Aksai to plan things ahead. He wanted to stack all his advantages together and achieve a breakthrough in the Foundation Building realm as soon as possible to set a better foundation for becoming a Core Formation Lord.
The earlier Aksai broke into the Foundation Building realm, the better his chances would be to break into the 3rd Spirit cultivation realm. Plus, he would be able to refine his Spirit bloodline with each subsequent breakthrough, which would then enable him to enhance his talent as a Spirit cultivator.

This was what the people called an upward spiral in which small successes would allow someone to achieve more success. Aksai needed to ride on the metaphorical winds in his sails in the beginning stages so that his cultivation path in the later stages would become less troublesome for him.
“I can finally take some breather for myself. It’s time to enjoy the mundane life of a Spirit farmer for a while,” Aksai took a deep breath and sighed as he walked through his vineyard aimlessly. Late in the night. All by himself.
