Chapter 164: Bacchus’ Blessing
A week later.
Emerald Cove. Cultivation World Dadangar.
Hour of Shadow Tiger (08:00 PM – 09:00 PM)
This day was marked as a special evening on Shamrock Peak.
The moonlight bathed Shamrock Peak in a silvery glow, casting a serene ambiance over the picturesque landscape.
Lanterns flickered softly, hanging from lush trees that stood like silent sentinels, their branches gently swaying in the night breeze.
The air was filled with the scent of blooming flowers, their petals releasing a delicate fragrance that mingled with the sounds of nature. It was the perfect setting for a wedding.
Aksai, as the esteemed owner of Emerald Cove, was invited to the wedding ceremony of Shuan and Marishaa.
“We greet the island owner!” Aksai heard people say their greetings to him before bowing in front of him with reverence and respect wherever he went.
Dressed in elegant robes that reflected his status, he made his way to the peak, his presence commanding admiration from the gathered guests.
Aksai had a light smile etched across his face that seemed perfect for all sorts of settings. His black hair gleamed under the lantern light, and his amber eyes held a warm, approving glow.
Shuan and Marishaa’s families had settled on Emerald Cove a few months ago. Thanks to Shuan’s connection with Aksai, they managed to obtain Emerald Cove’s permanent residency without much trouble.
Shuan had done what Aksai had told him to do. He had relinquished his claim on the disputed property and wealth of Marishaa’s family that the three family factions fought over after Jainam’s death. He had then asked his original family, as well as the Bluesky family members who supported Marishaa, to move to Emerald Cove.
It took a few months, but Shuan had settled all the matters on the mainland and safely settled on Emerald Cove. Marishaa’s family had also started a restaurant near the harbor.
Of course, Aksai wasn’t the only distinguished personality at the wedding. The other island owners of Emerald Cove had also been invited to Shuan and Marishaa’s wedding. These families had dared to invite the island owners because of Shuan’s ties with Aksai.
“You are late, Aksai,” Nuya greeted Aksai with a frown and a bit of displeasure on her face as soon as he approached her. The two stood slightly away from the crowd where nobody dared to approach them casually.
“Hehe. Forgive me, Nuya. I was busy with some affairs. Ummmm… Here’s my compensation,” Aksai said as he took out a wine bottle from his storage ring.
“Didn’t I tell you I’d make a good wine if you gave me enough time? Here, taste the first batch,” he said while offering the bottle to Nuya elegantly.
“Aah, so it seems you were busy brewing wine,” Nuya looked at Aksai intently as she took the bottle from him. “I thought you spent your time traveling between the mainland and Emerald Cove, given the fact that you are almost always unavailable every time I come to meet you,” Nuya said in a complaining tone.
Aksai smiled at Nuya but didn’t say anything. How could he tell her that he had spent his time in another world whenever he was not here?
Nuya didn’t mind that Aksai wanted to keep some things to himself. She uncorked the wine bottle, produced two wine glasses, and filled them with the wine Aksai had brought for her. She then unceremoniously stored the bottle in her storage ring after sealing it before offering the second glass to Aksai.
“What is it called?” Nuya asked while inhaling the wine’s aroma.
“I call it Bacchus’ Blessing,” Aksai said as he stirred the wine in his glass.
“That’s an odd name. But let’s see how it tastes before I pass judgment,” Nuya said.
Bacchus’ Blessing was a wine Aksai had crafted using grapes from his own vineyard. He had poured his nature element energy into the winemaking process, allowing the wine to age rapidly and gain a unique, vibrant character that no ordinary wine could match.
Nuya took a delicate sip, letting the liquid linger on her palate before swallowing. Her eyes opened slowly, revealing a look of genuine astonishment.
“Aksai, this wine… it’s extraordinary,” she said, her voice filled with wonder. “You must have used some form of alchemic attainments to perfect this wine. Otherwise, there’s no way for a freshly concocted to have such a palate.”
Aksai smiled, pleased with her reaction. “Hehe. I indeed used some special means that only I can use. It allowed the wine to develop complex flavors in a short period, something that usually takes decades.”
Nuya took another sip, savoring the layers of taste. “It’s not just the flavor. There’s… um… some form of vitality mixed within it. I dare say that this wine has the potential to be seen as one of the Base Building Treasures in the future,” Nuya said as she looked at Aksai with a new form of fascination and shock.
Base Building objects were often used by the Spirit Refining Perfectionists to harmonize the trifecta of mind, body, and spirit. These objects helped the Spirit cultivators in establishing their foundation.

‘In such a short time, he can produce something that can almost be considered as a Base Building Object. The Emerald Cove can indeed sell a few barrels of Bachhus’ Blessings in Haan Di’s wine auctions in the future if he perfects the recipe some more.’
Nuya thought to herself silently. She was reminded how Aksai had said to her that his wines could even give the concoctions from Haan Di a run for their money.
However, at that time, she had only been considered to be nothing but Aksai being boastful. Who could have known that Aksai would really pull it off? And from the looks of it, it was only the beginning.
She held the glass up, examining the rich, ruby color of the wine. “This is better than anything in my collection, Aksai. You’ve truly created something remarkable here. It’s a masterpiece.”
Aksai simply smiled at Nuya’s words. “I’m glad you like it,” he replied with a smile.
Nuya nodded, her eyes still sparkling with admiration. “Emerald Cove can really earn a major profit if you were to mass produce this wine. I can provide you with all the help you need if you want to scale up the production. How about it?”
Nuya asked with an expectant gaze.
