Chapter 411: Holy Land Torel’s Inner Court Disciple
As Aksai felt the bond with the demon beast egg solidify, another mechanical voice resonated in his mind.
[Congratulations to the challenger for becoming an Inner Court disciple. Please receive your renewed sect badge.]
Aksai blinked in mild surprise as, out of thin air, a carved wooden token materialized in front of him. It hovered momentarily before gently descending into his outstretched hand.
The badge was intricate, its surface adorned with ancient carvings and mystical letters that shimmered faintly. The reverse side bore the words Holy Land Torel inscribed in the old Dadangar language.
Aksai’s brows furrowed as he studied the badge.
“I cleared all these stages so perfectly and only managed to become an Inner Court Disciple? So does that mean those who have druid bloodlines are just considered an Outer Court disciples?
No wonder the human settlements at the edge of the land were only considered to be servants. Just how high were this sect’s standards when it was still active?” he muttered under his breath.
Shaking his head with a mix of awe and frustration, he released a sigh. Without hesitation, he pricked his finger and let a drop of blood fall onto the badge. The token absorbed it swiftly, glowing momentarily before dulling to its original state. The binding process was complete.
He slipped the badge into his storage ring, paying it no further attention. Whatever privileges it might have conferred were lost to time; the sect was long gone, and its ruins were now home to demonic cultivators trapped within the isolated land.
“Hmm… now what should I do with this egg?”
Turning his gaze back to the egg, Aksai’s thoughts shifted. He couldn’t risk carrying it on him. The mechanisms of the cave were unpredictable, and he had no desire to test if the egg would be treated as a combat asset, thereby increasing the difficulty of the remaining stages.
The Enchanted Everwood Farm within his storage ring provided a perfect solution. Yelia, the farm’s caretaker, would ensure the egg’s nourishment while he continued his trials. She could also initiate the hatching process by providing it with the nature energy.
Thus, the egg was safely stored away.
The cavern felt emptier now, the echoes of battle replaced by an eerie stillness. Aksai exhaled slowly. Four days had passed since he first stepped into the cave, and now only three stages remained with five days to conquer them.
Deciding that caution was the better part of valor, he set up a Yantra and sat cross-legged. For the next day, Aksai immersed himself in practicing Sun Moon Duality Tantra, letting the rhythmic flow of energy cleanse his mind and fortify his body.
Aksai also paused his Tantra practice midway and had Flesh Pumpkins, nourishing his body and soul. He then started practising the Celestial Harmony– his body cultivation technique that he hadn’t practised for a long time.
Although he was still in the initial stage of the Argent Body Realm, he felt that he had also progressed a bit forward in his body cultivation path due to the unique resources offered by the cave.
Aksai performed various forms of martial arts for a few hours, digesting his experiences. He then sat quietly for a few hours just regulating his breath.
The fatigue of battle eventually faded, replaced by a newfound sharpness.
The day passed uneventfully, marked only by the subtle glow of his Yantra (cultivation array formation). When Aksai finally stood, he felt revitalized, his senses sharp and his Qi and Spirit essence reserves brimming.
With steady steps, he made his way out of the stage and into a gathering hall. The space was eerily familiar, much like the one he’d seen before the fourth stage.
Dark stone walls formed an imposing circle, and multiple tunnels branched out like veins. This hall was where challengers who had cleared the first six stages would meet before facing the seventh.
Just as before, the hall was empty. Not a single soul in sight.
“Guess I’m ahead of the curve,” Aksai said to himself and chuckled. He didn’t linger.
He took the path marked with the rune for Challenge and pressed forward, feeling the familiar tingle of anticipation rise within him.
After winding through a narrow corridor, he arrived at a towering pair of stone doors. They were engraved with scenes of druids locked in combat, their faces fierce and determined.
As Aksai approached, the doors swung open without so much as a whisper, revealing only darkness within. The air shimmered and rippled, as if the space itself were liquid.
“A special spatial zone,” Aksai murmured, recognizing the signs. Such zones were unique, altering the very laws of reality within their bounds. Whatever awaited him beyond this threshold would be unlike any challenge he had faced before.
“So there are no stages anymore? An environment-based challenge?”
With a deep breath, Aksai stepped into the inky blackness, the doors closing silently behind him. The air thickened, and the rippling darkness swallowed him whole.

As Aksai’s vision adjusted, he found himself standing on an island that seemed almost dreamlike, suspended in a cosmic void filled with stars.
The dark expanse surrounding him was speckled with twinkling lights, so close they felt tangible, as if he could reach out and pluck them from the sky.
Yet, despite their proximity, there was an infinite distance to them, which made the scene feel both enchanting and surreal.
The island itself was divided into distinct sections, each ruled by a different, extreme element.
To his left, snow blanketed the ground, the frost sparkling under a light that seemed to come from everywhere and nowhere at once. The icy chill reached out, sharp and biting, yet it did not touch him.
Ahead, he could see an area consumed by fire—crimson and gold flames that danced and roared. Even though the fire raged fiercely, he felt no heat.
To his right, the sky darkened with brooding clouds, their bellies swollen with rain, accompanied by thunder that growled like an ancient beast. Lightning forked across the sky in erratic flashes, illuminating the storm-tossed landscape.
Beyond the storm, another section was dominated by a barren expanse of snow, so white and cold it made the first snowy area seem almost warm in comparison. This snow seemed alive, swirling in winds that cut like blades.
Finally, the area closest to where he stood was swept by ferocious gales. The wind howled and twisted, forming visible, razor-thin currents that sliced through the air with the precision of a swordsman’s strike.
[ Five Elements Consonance ]
The name of the array formation appeared in Aksai’s head out of nowhere.
