Chapter 380: You’re Still Alive
The words of Ancestral Master plunged the father and daughter deeper into sorrow. At that moment, the doorbell chimed.
Ye Lingfeng approached the window and glimpsed the figures of Xi Yan and Xi Mo below. Stepping out, he opened the door.
Xi Mo cast a glance at her, then turned to Zhouzhou. The little girl’s swollen eyes and sweaty forehead bore witness to her tears.
Xi Mo embraced her, reaching out to touch her head, but Zhouzhou urgently cautioned, “Uncle, be gentle, Mom is here.”
With that, she placed his hand lightly on her head, refraining from rubbing too hard. Xi Mo, perplexed, only felt a warm sensation in his palm, comforting and soothing.
Before he could inquire, Zhouzhou spoke up, “Mom gave me Dad’s golden light to protect me.”
Hearing this, Xi Mo and Xi Yan finally understood somewhat, feeling a tinge of sadness.
Xi Mo held Zhouzhou, moving his hand from her head to gently pat her back, saying, “Don’t cry, your mom will always love you the most.”
“Mm-hmm.” Zhouzhou nodded emphatically, suppressing her tears and declaring, “No crying, only smiles. My mom is the best mom.”
“Yes, dear.” Finishing, Xi Mo brought up another matter, “Your mom’s remains have not been buried yet. I’ve looked into a few cemeteries; which one do you think has the best feng shui?”
An Ya’s remains had been kept at home ever since he retrieved them. Now, it was time for her to rest in peace. Hearing this, Zhouzhou nodded repeatedly, “Okay, okay.”
She kicked her chubby legs, signaling for Xi Mo to put her down. Shortly after, she emerged from inside carrying her little bag, a compass in hand.
“I want to help Mom find the best feng shui spot!”
“Very well, let’s go.” With that, Xi Mo turned to Ye Lingfeng. “You’re coming too.”
“Of course,” Ye Lingfeng replied naturally.
“I’ll go tell Dad.” With that, Zhouzhou darted off to the Qin residence.
Qin Lie was sitting on the sofa, having heard Zhouzhou’s crying earlier and feeling anxious. He saw his little girl running toward him, her eyes still swollen but her face now full of vitality.
“Daddy, Daddy.” Zhouzhou threw herself into his arms, her voice still hoarse. “We’re going to find a cemetery for Mom. Are you coming?”
“Yes.” Qin Lie didn’t say much, holding his daughter’s hand, which was still sticky.
Looking at Zhouzhou’s small face, he took her to wash up first. Zhouzhou, seeing herself in the mirror, was surprised at her tear-stained appearance.
She awkwardly attempted to cover her face, but Qin Lie caught her chubby hand first and gently washed it.
Zhouzhou recounted the recent events to Qin Lie. Listening, Qin Lie felt a slight tug at his heart and glanced at Zhouzhou’s head. “Yes, your mom will always be with you, Zhouzhou.”
“That’s right!” Zhouzhou grinned, somewhat smugly boasting, “My mom is amazing.”
“Yes.” As his little girl regained some composure, Qin Lie finally felt at ease.
Zhouzhou’s keen intuition, honed within the mysterious realm, afforded her a broader perspective than most. Holding Zhouzhou’s hand, they exited the premises. After settling into the car, Zhouzhou inquired about the locations Xi Mo had scouted.
Combining An Ya’s birth chart, they ultimately narrowed it down to two prime spots—one to the east, the other to the south, both boasting excellent feng shui. However, the final decision required an on-site evaluation.
As Xi Mo nodded in approval at the two options circled by Zhouzhou, about to start the car, he suddenly heard Zhouzhou exclaim, “Oh!”
“What’s the matter?” he asked, turning back.
Zhouzhou waved her hand, then, as a head suddenly floated into view, she patted her chest and took Wang’s hand, gesturing for her to sit down. “It’s okay, it’s just Sister Little Wang coming.”
Sister Little Wang?

Xi Mo furrowed his brow slightly, noting that she was alone in the backseat.
He realized she was referring to one of An Ya’s unfortunate sisters.
Xi Yan also recalled, suddenly looking around anxiously, “Where is she?”
Zhouzhou handed each of them an eye symbol. Xi Yan instinctively accepted it and, in the next moment, saw a figure with hair falling forward, obscuring the features, prompting him to scream in terror.
It was her again!
The one who had frightened him last time!
Hearing his scream, Little Wang blinked, swept her hair back, revealing a pale face, and glanced at her hair, suddenly realizing, “Sorry, sorry, I forgot again.”
She quickly pushed her hair back and grinned at Xi Yan. However, for her earlier attempt to scare Yu Mian, she had smeared fake blood on her mouth, making her look like she had just finished devouring a child.
Now, with that smile, coupled with her bloodless face, she looked even more terrifying.
Xi Yan felt like his heart was about to give out.
Zhouzhou sighed and quickly handed Little Wang a handkerchief to wipe her mouth. Finally, she asked curiously, “Sister Little Wang, why are you here?”
Little Wang replied, “That Yu Mian fainted again and is being treated. I took the opportunity to come and see you, Zhouzhou. How are you doing?”
Now that most of the sisters were gone, with Yaya also gone, she had to take good care of her niece.
Zhouzhou smiled at her, “I’m doing fine. We’re about to go find a grave for Mom. Do you want to come, Sister Little Wang?”
“Sure, let’s go together.” Little Wang readily agreed.
“Then let’s go together.” With that, Zhouzhou looked at Xi Mo. “Uncle, shall we depart?”
“Alright.”
Xi Mo started the car, while Ye Lingfeng and Qin Lie followed behind in their cars.
Before long, they arrived at the cemetery in the southeast. After getting out of the car, Zhouzhou held the compass, muttering to herself while occasionally pinching her chubby fingers to calculate.
After circling around, she shook her head upon returning, saying, “It’s decent here, but it’ll be demolished in twenty-three years, which will disturb Mom again.”
She could calculate that?
Xi Yan was slightly surprised, and his admiration for Zhouzhou grew even more as he looked at her.
Although Xi Mo didn’t know about this matter, since Zhouzhou mentioned it, it must be true. He nodded, “Then let’s check out the next one.”
“Okay.”
The group got back into the car and headed to the cemetery in the east. Situated on a hill, with few tombstones, it was serene, with excellent air quality.
After inspecting it, Zhouzhou nodded in satisfaction, “This place will do.”
“Then let’s choose this one,” Xi Mo decided.
“Okay.”
After finalizing the decision, Xi Mo made a call to arrange the burial date and prepared to leave. Little Wang hurriedly followed, feeling somewhat envious.
Yaya’s family was really nice.
Back then, her remains were buried haphazardly, without anyone finding a good feng shui spot for her. Ah well.
She sighed and didn’t dwell on it, quickly drifting to catch up.
Just as they were about to leave, a group of people entered. She casually glanced over and suddenly froze in surprise as she saw the elderly man leading the group. “Old Li, how come you’re still alive?”
