“Sixth Brother, look at this!” Zhouzhou waved the talisman in her hand, her little face full of excitement.

“This is the Wind-Driven Talisman drawn by Ancestral Master! It’s super powerful–it can blow the polluted water right back at them!”

Hearing this, Wei Feng’s eyes lit up. “Really?”

She stealthily beckoned Heavenly Thunder closer and whispered, “Mr. Thunder, strike those people with lightning!”

Heavenly Thunder took one look, then immediately flew out, surveying the area before coming back, sparking with electricity. Zhouzhou, a bit startled, clutched her head, worried about any accidental strikes. She’d never seen Mr. Thunder so excited!

Seeing Heavenly Thunder practically jumping with glee, Ancestral Master chuckled, “Go on, get to work.”

Heavenly Thunder gave him a look, then zipped off in a flash. So many terrible people here–it’d be a great service to strike them all!

Watching Heavenly Thunder eagerly preparing to act, Ancestral Master found it amusing and waved his hand. “Let’s go; we’ll let it have fun here for a few more days.”

“Or a few more years!” Zhouzhou grinned widely, hoping Mr. Thunder would strike down every last one of those evildoers.

With Ye Lingfeng’s assurance, Lan Tian readily agreed and flew them back to Jing City. The moment they disembarked, they encountered a familiar figure who smirked at Lan Tian.

“Chief, doing cosplay as a mule?” he joked, noticing the man’s long face.

Chief shot him a glare, itching to smack him.

“Come with me; someone wants to see you,” he said coldly, clearly planning to haul him back for disciplinary action. This time, if he uttered a single word on Lan Tian’s behalf, he’d never forgive himself.

Lan Tian chuckled cheekily. “Sorry, I’m still on duty.”

He quickly ducked behind Ye Lingfeng, adding, “Captain Ye will need me to pilot the plane soon. How about you lock me up after I’m done?”

Hearing this, Chief turned to Ye Lingfeng. The moment he saw him, he immediately straightened up. He was about to salute, but Ye Lingfeng stopped him. “We’re out in public; let’s keep things simple.”

Realizing they were in a public setting, the Chief swallowed back his words. Ye Lingfeng, holding Zhouzhou’s hand, led the way, “Come, let’s discuss the plan.”

“Yes, sir.” Chief wiped the sweat from his brow, threw a side-eye at the smug Lan Tian, and followed.

Still unconvinced, Chief looked to Ye Lingfeng for confirmation. Seeing him nod, the last thread of doubt snapped. Looking at Zhouzhou again, his expression transformed.

She’d gone from “soft and adorable” to “Lan Tian 2.0”–a terrifying little troublemaker. No, she was even worse than Lan Tian; he only turned rogue as an adult. She was already making waves at her young age!

Noticing the change in his expression, Zhouzhou gave a little huff, holding her head high as she held Qin Lie’s hand with one hand and Ye Lingfeng’s with the other.
