Chapter 1115: Resources from the Faction Leader

It was past noon. Faction Leader Clifford had arrived in the main hall. He sat in the main chair and looked at the storage ring on his right hand with a relieved expression.

This morning, he had gone to various forces’ territories to collect resources for Zack Lockwood.

Dean Jerome himself wanted Zack Lockwood to become a Black Mark Warrior soon. He permitted the use of essence stones to buy resources.

He had gone looking to purchase all three kinds of resources: the essence, body, and healing resources for Zack.

He was able to acquire only Class-8 resources. The Class-9 healing resources were hard to find. He had even found some stores that sold them, but they demanded an exorbitant price.

Eventually, he had to settle for the Grade-8 resources. He was not worried.

He was aware of Main Elder Austin and Ann’s activities. Both were using their connections to find resources as well.

What’s more, the new 5th Main Elder, Rosie, was helping them out to find resources as well.

He thought Main Elder Leola and Cathy wouldn’t be silent, considering that kid Zack Lockwood had saved their lives. He believed they would do their part silently.

Then I took the new storage ring out and looked at it. Earlier, I hadn’t had time to examine it. Now I could see what type of resources were inside.

I used my consciousness to check the materials inside. I spotted nearly arranged boxes one by one. I guessed that treasure was kept inside the boxes.

I took one of them out of the storage ring. I opened the box cover and saw a dark blood-colored pill. Upon seeing it, I immediately felt hungry. The craving came from the red bones.

My eyes flickered. It was no secret that my three elements were known to all the main elders. It’s possible that the Faction Leader had bought resources considering my elements.

Since it was causing the red bones to react, I guessed I should use the blood element method to consume it. Then I picked up the red blood pill and consumed it in one go.

Then I closed my eyes and started to run the blood element method. I could feel hot energy entering my body as I began to run the blood element method.

The blood rune in my mind began to flicker. As the red rune throbbed, it started to attract blood energy from the pure world energy covering the chamber space.

As the seconds passed, the blood energy entered my body. At the same time, I continued to circulate the pill energy inside my body.

It didn’t take long for the red blood light to appear above the bloodstream. It began to convert the circulating pill energy and blood energy entering my body into mysterious white energy.

The converted white energy then started entering my darkened red skeleton. My skeleton held terrific power, yet it still craved more energy.

When the white energy touched the skeleton, it immediately disappeared into the bones, as if any whirlpool was sucking them in.

But the pain brought by the process was heart-wrenching. My senses were already used to this type of pain. After an initial struggle, I adapted to the torturous pain.

Time passed.
