Chapter 846: Small Trial Site Chapter 846: Small Trial Site From MC’s Perspective: Creak!

As I entered.

I noticed that the Head was seated behind the desk.   “Zack, what are your plans for today?” Ben asked.  “Full day training,” I answered.

“Oh!” “Then it’s even better.

There is a trial place under the control of the Federation.

Wherever we detained monsters ranging in level from low to peak,” He stated.  Hearing that, a quick gleam flashes in my eyes.

“If you are interested, you can deal with the mid stage monsters,” he added.

“Mid Stage Monsters?” I muttered.

Ben saw the confusion in Zack’s eyes.

He said,”The low level monsters are from Class-1 to Class-3.

The Mid level Monsters are from Class- 4 to Class-6.

The Peak level Monsters are from Class-7 to Class-9.” Hearing that a look of understanding  dawned on me.

I have heard this before.

But it’s good to head from the Head.

Then I said,”I’m ready” “Good!” “I know you can fight across ranks.

However, the Mid Stage Monsters we are dealing with are not your typical monsters.

Their abilities are problematic.” Ben stated, “We have retained them for our Warrior training as a result of it.”  A hint of curiosity appeared in my eyes.

After saying that Head appeared in front of me.

He grabbed my shoulder before vanishing from the spot.  Before I knew it I was standing inside another building.

When I looked around.

I found this was the basement of the building.

“Don’t be surprised.

The Trial sites are guarded heavily.

Apart from me, no one can come and go as they want,” Ben said.

Then he guided me forward.

There is a black iron door at the other end.

Beside the door, there is a monitor.

Ben went to the monitor before inputting some code.

Creak!

The Black door begins to open the next moment.

“Is there a teleport platform on the other side?”I asked.

“No, this site has Mid Stage Monsters.

Basically they are not a threat.

Only the site of the Peak Stage Monsters has the teleportation platform,” Ben stated.

Seeing that the door was fully open, he added,”You can go inside.

Until the night falls you can hunt inside.

Once it’s night time you can return to the door.

I will open it.” “Okay,” I replied before walking in.  After appearing on the other side, the door behind me closed automatically.

But I’m not afraid.

Basically, there is no do or die situation in this Mid Stage Monster Site.

But Head Ben’s advice kept ringing in my ears.

They have kept these monsters for training.

So the monsters are not easy to deal with.

I activated my perceptual ability.

By using perception, I got a good look of my surroundings.

It’s a dense green forest.

I turned around and saw that the Black Door was covered with leaves and twigs of the trees.

I tried to look past the black door.

Except the blue sky there is nothing there.

But I knew there was no teleportation platform here.

So this is not a foreign place.

It must be attached to the HQ.

Out of curiosity, I tried to walk past the black door.

Tud!

But I was hit by the invisible layer.

Which is similar to the Boundary.

Then I quickly realized what was going on here.

People must have used similar methods to detain the monsters here.

That being said, I am currently within the headquarters’ domain.   Then I started moving forward.

I have enough time in my hand.

I should make use of this opportunity.    Not long after going through the forest.

I was drawn to something in my perception.  Swoosh!

When I arrived at the location.

A thing swoops past me.  For a second, I felt a hint of danger from it.

I was awakened from my recklessness by the threat.

I became alert.

Then I turned around and looked at the short branch of a shady tree.

In my perception, I recognized the monster.

A hint of surprise flashes in my eyes.

I have only read it in books.

To think this monster really exists.

I was surprised in my heart.

Flying Green Snake Monster resting atop the tree branch.

It appears that the Monster is Class-5.  No wonder, the Head has sent me here first.

The monsters here can be challenging.   I have previously read in the books that the Flying Green Snake possesses horrible toxic abilities.

With its poison, it can even eliminate higher order monsters.  In addition, killing a Flying Monster is a challenging task.

Its flying ability allows it to disappear with ease.  In my perception, I saw the monster looking at me.

I can take out the monster in one or two hits if I use my lightning ability.   However, I can train with this monster to test my reaction time and it will be great fun.  Swoosh!

The Monster came leaping toward me again.

I can see the monster moving in my perception.

The Monster wants to bite my neck.

Its mouth opened wide.

It shows off two purple fangs.   Clang!  As the monster approached me.

I struck using the black sword.

The black blade makes contact with the monster’s scales.

I simply attacked with minimal force.

Hence, avoid killing the monster.  However, the monster was deflected by enough force.

The Green Snake Monster takes a hard fall to the ground.  Tud!

The monster’s head hurt from the collision.  Seeing that I decided to stop and look for other monsters.

It’s a pity to kill such a rare flying snake.

Since the monsters are used for training.

It’s not wise to eliminate all the monsters.

I continued to walk through the forest.

I’m also marking the route along the way.     Rustle!

The Strange Tree ahead of me is shaking.

The next second, many roots appear above the surface by splitting the ground.

“Tree Monster,” I exclaimed in a surprise.

I struck the roots that were getting closer to me right away.

But this attack had no end in sight.

Tree roots began shooting rapidly in my direction one after the other.
