Chapter 125: Chapter 125: Dong Shin

By evening Liu Feng’s team arrived at the military base.

Unlike the relaxing atmosphere in Boss Su’s base, the atmosphere of the military base was filled with tension.

Liu Feng and three other soldiers who were delighted by their discovery of the sun-proof cloak, and were reminiscing about the delicious food they had at Boss Su’s place, became tensed.

He was the typical officer who won’t do your work, until and unless you bribe him.

What was even more infuriating was Dong Shin was more powerful than him. Liu Feng wasn’t jealous.

There were many in the base who were more powerful than him, but he had good relations with them.

Dong Shin…was a totally different case.

This time Dong Shin insisted on coming with him to discuss matters with Boss Su. However, CMC Wang Qingshan who was aware of his personality didn’t allow him.

Liu Feng shook his head and walked in.

Dong Shin sat with a smug expression as if he had some superior information.

“CMC Wang, we found something at Boss Su’s base that could drastically improve our situation.”

Dong Shin raised an eyebrow, clearly interested now.

Wang Qingshan leaned back in his chair. “Go on.”

Liu Feng handed over a sample of the sun-proof cloak.

“This cloak can protect against the extreme heat. We tested it ourselves. We were outside during peak heat hours, and we felt cool the entire time.

It’s lightweight and durable.

We’ve also seen that Boss Su’s base has a more relaxed atmosphere, the people are in better shape, and the food… well, they seem to have enough resources to thrive despite the situation.”

Wang Qingshan’s eyes widened slightly. “Is that so?”

He touched the sun-proof cloak with surprise in his eyes.

“Yes, sir,” Liu Feng continued. “Boss Su has agreed to negotiate but on different conditions.”

Dong Shin laughed and interrupted him,

“Sir, just like I told you. Boss Su is very clever and will not agree with the military’s conditions. I highly suspect that she has tried to decrease the price.”

Liu Feng frowned slightly.

Did Dong Shin try to instill the wrong impression of Boss Su in CMC’s mind?

Boss Su didn’t decrease the market price, her entire proposal was different. But if she had truly decreased the price, then Dong Shin would have succeeded.

Did Boss Su offend Dong Shin in some way?

Now Liu Feng was worried.
