Chapter 164: Chapter 164: Aira
She glanced in the rearview mirror to confirm the transformation was complete.
The powerful, rich young man was gone, and Su Jiyai had returned to her usual self.
Her heart still raced with adrenaline, but a satisfied smile played on her lips.
She had pulled it off—1.4 billion in her pocket, Hua’s debt ready to be cleared, and all without being caught.
Su Jiyai chuckled softly, relief washing over her. She had made it out unscathed, and now, it was time to finish the job.
“Let’s pay off that debt,” she said. “System tell me their location and I will deliver the money.”
[Yes host. Calculating… Destination: 345 Pinewood Avenue. A rundown apartment complex.]
Su Jiyai steered the RV toward the address, the streetlights flickering above her.
The city around her transitioned from glitzy casinos to grimy alleyways, and soon she found herself in front of the dilapidated apartment complex.
The building looked like it had seen better days, with peeling paint and cracked windows, but it was exactly where she needed to be.
“Time for invisibility,” she murmured to herself, pressing the button on her wristband. In an instant, she became invisible.
Su Jiyai asked the system to take out the extra 400 million yuan cash and fill the bag with 1 billion yuan.
Soon she reach outside the apartment.
She positioned the bag just outside the door, carefully keeping her distance. Before leaving, she decided it would be wise to write a note explaining the money’s origins.
“System what is the name of the chosen one?” Su Jiyai asked.
[Aira.]
“Aira…” Su Jiyai muttered. ‘What a beautiful name.’ she thought.
Pulling out a small notepad from her pocket, she quickly jotted down a fake letter:
Dear Aira,
I hope this finds you well. I want to express my deepest gratitude for the kindness you once showed me. In your moment of need, I want to repay you with this sum, which I believe you truly deserve.
Best wishes,
Your grateful friend.
She folded the letter and slipped it into the bag, making sure it was visible. With everything in place, Su Jiyai knocked on the door.
After a moment that felt like an eternity, the door creaked open, revealing Hua.
His expression was one of confusion, eyes darting around as if he sensed something amiss.
“Hello?” he called hesitantly, peering out into the dimly lit hallway.
Su Jiyai held her breath, watching closely.
Hua’s gaze settled on the bag she had left at the door.
His initial look of confusion morphed into fear as he took a cautious step back, glancing around again, wary of what he might find.
“Who’s there?” he shouted, his voice rising.

He fumbled in his pocket, pulling out a small handheld detector. With a nervous hand, he aimed it at the bag, waiting for it to beep.
Su Jiyai couldn’t help but smile at his cautiousness. It was a smart move, especially given the thugs following him around.
As she waited, Su Jiyai felt a strange sensation wash over her—an eerie awareness that someone else was in the apartment, someone who wasn’t supposed to see her.
A moment later, the door swung wider, and Su Jiyai caught a glimpse of a beautiful young woman standing in the shadows of the apartment.
Her blond hair cascaded down her shoulders, framing a delicate face with striking blue eyes that sparkled like sapphires. Aira.
‘She is so beautiful. Just like a goddess…’ Su Jiyai muttered in her heart.
For a fleeting moment, Su Jiyai could have sworn Aira looked directly at her. She even frowned as if she could see Su Jiyai but couldn’t see her at the same time.
However, Aira suddenly shakes her head and turns toward Hua.
“What’s wrong?”
“It’s just… this bag. I don’t know where it came from. I’m checking if there’s anything dangerous,” Hua explained, his brow furrowed with worry.
Once the detector finished its scan and beeped affirmatively—indicating the absence of any threats—Hua’s shoulders relaxed slightly.
Hua still looking around suspiciously as if expecting someone to jump out at him. He knelt down, cautiously opening the bag to reveal the contents.
The first thing he saw was the letter, Without hesitation, he opened the letter and read it.
After a few seconds, Hua looked up at Aira, his confusion replaced by a dawning realization.
“It’s… it’s for you,” he said, his voice shaky as he passed the bag over to her. “I don’t know who left it, but the letter… it mentions you.”
Aira took the bag and when she saw the content, she raised an eyebrow.
Su Jiyai didn’t know the rest, because the next moment, Hua pulled Aira inside the house and closed the door.
She could be sure of one thing, Hua was definitely shocked.

“Right now? No need. There is something else that is much more important. Lead me to the nearest car dealership.”
[The nearest high-end car dealership is located on Oakwood Avenue, 10 minutes from here.]
“Perfect,” Su Jiyai muttered, turning on the engine of her RV and heading toward the dealership.
She parked the RV and activated her veil to alter her appearance once again, this time becoming a composed and authoritative figure—a wealthy buyer who meant serious business.
As she stepped into the showroom, a polished employee immediately approached her, smiling warmly.
“Good evening! How can I assist you today?” he asked politely.
Su Jiyai cut straight to the point.
“Call your manager. I need to discuss something that requires a higher level of expertise.”
The employee blinked, surprised by her directness, but nodded.
“Of course, ma’am. One moment, please.”
While waiting, Su Jiyai scanned the cars on display. Although they were high-end, none of them seemed capable of withstanding zombies’ attacks.
Soon enough, the manager—a well-dressed, middle-aged man arrived.
“Good evening,” he said with a slight bow. “I’m the manager. I understand you’re looking for something special?”
