Chapter 165: Chapter 165: Cars
Su Jiyai didn’t waste any time.
“I need cars that can’t be broken, even if ten people attack them simultaneously. The strongest models you have.”
It would be better if it could withstand any zombie attack. Su Jiyai thought but didn’t voice her thoughts.
The manager raised an eyebrow. It was a request he heard frequently from a high-ranking authority or some underworld mafia boss.
It was Su Jiyai’s luck that the car dealership she chose to visit, happened to deal with government official’s demands and the manager mistook her for one of them.
The manager gestured for her to follow him and led her to a discreet door at the back of the dealership.
Beyond it, they entered a secret garage hidden from public view.
Inside were sleek, heavily armored cars lined up, each radiating an aura of invincibility.
“These are our top models,” the manager said with pride. “Designed for high-level security and endurance. Let me introduce you to our finest.”
He proceeded to show her ten different car models, each one better than the other.
From bulletproof armor to reinforced tires and advanced defensive systems, these cars were made for serious protection.
He detailed how each vehicle was designed to handle attacks, from simple theft attempts to more violent encounters.
“This one, for instance,” the manager said, pointing to a massive black SUV, “can withstand multiple impacts from firearms and explosives. It’s favored by government officials.”
Su Jiyai inspected each car carefully, her eyes scanning for weaknesses and strengths.
After a thorough examination, she made her decision swiftly, selecting the five models that had the highest defensive ratings and could operate under extreme conditions.
“I’ll take these five,” she declared, pointing to her chosen vehicles—a mix of armored SUVs and sedans.
“How much will that be?”
The manager, clearly impressed by her decisive nature, didn’t flinch.
“That will be 200 million yuan in total.”
“Deal,” Su Jiyai said without hesitation. She paid them in cash and asked the manager to leave the car in an alley just beside the car dealership shop.
The manager agreed and followed her instructions without asking anything. He had learned one thing in his field, they should keep their mouth shut when the person doesn’t haggle and has a straightforward personality.
Such types of people never cause trouble easily, but they never back off when someone offends them.
Su Jiyai waited for the car dealership’s employees to leave and after asking the system to check whether there was any surveillance camera around or not, Su Jiyai put all 5 cars in the storage ring given by Qin Feng.
70% of the work was done.
“Now the only thing that is remaining is…Air conditioner, portable fan, fans, related equipment and some other machines.” Su Jiyai muttered.
Su Jiyai stretched her arms and cracked her knuckles as she sat in her RV.
“System, find the nearest store where I can get industrial air conditioners, portable fans, and other related equipment,” she instructed.
[Calculating… Destination: MegaMart Warehouse, 8 kilometers away. It’s open 24/7 and fully stocked.]
“Perfect.”
Su Jiyai started the RV, making sure the invisibility was still intact and began driving toward the location.

The cool night air breezed through the open window as she zipped through the city’s quiet roads.
In her head, she mentally listed everything she’d need.
Su Jiyai pulled into the parking lot of MegaMart Warehouse.
She found the air conditioners first—a wall of industrial models boasting impressive cooling power.
One stood out to her: a sleek unit labeled “UltraCool 5000.”
After a quick inspection, she decided it was exactly what she needed.
Next, she located portable fans and high-powered ceiling fans, grabbing a model that promised efficiency even in the most challenging conditions.
“Excuse me,” she called to an employee nearby, gesturing toward her selected items.
“Could you help me with these? I need them delivered to a nearby alley.”
The employee looked surprised but nodded quickly.
“Sure! Just give me a moment to load them up.”
While he went to retrieve her items, Su Jiyai took the opportunity to mentally calculate how she would install everything.
Within a few minutes, the employee returned with a small cart loaded with her purchases.
“Here you go! Just sign here, and we’ll drop them off as you requested.”
Su Jiyai paid the money, quickly signed the receipt, and thanked him,
“Please make sure you leave them in the alley and be careful,” she added.
“Of course, we’ll take care of it,” the employee assured her as he wheeled the cart out of the warehouse.
The employees had finished unloading the items she had bought—air conditioners, fans, portable cooling systems, and other equipment within the next 10 minutes.
She only needed one of each item; after all, once they were in her storage ring, she could replicate them easily.
“Thank you. I will take care from here onwards.” Su Jiyai said, her voice low as she handed the employees an extra tip to ensure they wouldn’t linger too long.
They nodded, clearly eager to be on their way.
Once they were out of sight, Su Jiyai made sure the area was clear of cameras and then tapped the storage ring, storing the items one by one into the storage ring.
Just as she was about to finish up, she heard muffled voices at the entrance of the alley.
Her keen hearing picked up the sound of footsteps, followed by the low hum of conversation. She paused, eyes narrowing as the voices grew louder.
“Hey, isn’t that the RV we have been looking for since morning?” one man muttered.
“Yeah, looks like it,” another voice replied. “But I don’t see anyone around. Maybe it’s parked here for the night. I don’t think the owner would return.”
“What if it belongs to someone else?”
“Even if it’s not the one our boss is after, who cares? That RV looks expensive as hell. We could still strip it for parts, sell it, and be on our way before anyone notices,” a third voice chimed in.
Su Jiyai’s frown deepened.
