Huo Ning’s eyes widened. “That’s… strange. Are you sure you’re not just tired?”

“I thought so at first,” Yuan Xin replied, crossing his arms.

“But it keeps happening, even when I’m not tired. It feels so real, Huo Ning. Like I can almost touch them.”

She frowned, thinking deeply. “Do you think… maybe it’s a power?”

“A power?” Yuan Xin echoed, confused.

“Yeah,” she said, leaning closer.

“But what kind of power is this?” Yuan Xin asked, frustrated.

“Seeing weapons that I can’t even use? What’s the point of that?”

Huo Ning shrugged.

“Maybe you just haven’t figured out how to use it yet. Powers can be weird at first.”

Yuan Xin wasn’t convinced. “It doesn’t feel like a power. It feels like something’s wrong with me.”

“Hey,” Huo Ning said, placing a hand on his shoulder.

“Don’t think like that. If it’s a power, we’ll figure it out. And if it’s not, we’ll still figure it out. You’re not alone, okay?”

Yuan Xin looked at her and smiled a little. “Thanks, Ning. That… helps.”

At the Rover Base.

All the people had signed the contract.

After gathering the contract, Su Jiyai quickly sort out the land.

“Ask the citizens to stay in their house for tonight. Also, can you make these people stay somewhere else for tonight?

The building’s color had long ago faded, leaving only a damp and moss-filled surface.

Su Jiyai opened the system panel and with patience started to demolish all the buildings.

At the same time, she asked the system to check the soil of the land and load-bearing capacity.

Within minutes the system replied,

As the system started working, the ground rumbled softly. Su Jiyai stepped back, watching as the foundation of the new tower began to form.

After 3 hours, the tower was nearly complete.

Its sleek design stood in stark contrast to the rundown neighborhood it replaced. The silver walls shimmered faintly in the early light, and Su Jiyai couldn’t help but smile.

“It actually looks… amazing,” she admitted.

She then started to place rooms and some additional facilities like a swimming pool, club room, and children’s park.

Within one night she quickly finished more than 6 towers and completely changed the neighborhood.

Su Jiyai stood back, hands on her hips, looking at the finished towers.

“This is… so cool,” she said to herself, smiling as she returned to her quarters.

Suddenly she thought of Hope Base and asked,

“System can the soil brought back from the immortal world be used to increase the load-bearing capacity of my base? I want to build the same tower even there.”
