Chapter 346: Chapter 346: Spa
[Yes host.]
“Hm…the color is grey. Can you tell me what type of superpower it can be?” Su Jiyai asked with curiosity.
[According to the grey color, the superpower should be related to transformation or weapons. Yuan Xin can transform one of his body parts into a weapon or he can enhance a weapon’s power.]
“Wow…that is unique.” Su Jiyai muttered.
[I told you host, his potential is almost on par with you. If his luck is good, he might end up awakening a system related to weapons.]
“That good?” Su Jiyai was surprised.
[Yes host.]
Su Jiyai was impressed, however, she soon fell asleep.
In the evening the system woke up Su Jiyai, and she teleported back to Rover Base.
Just like the previous day, Su Jiyai handed a list to Ge Chunli and asked him to evacuate the area.
“Oh, right, system, is the cure ready?”
[Host, you would need an alchemist to make the cure.]
Su Jiyai sighed. She had kind of expected the response.
In the evening, Ge Chunli returned as Su Jiyai sat waiting in her office. She looked up when he entered.
“Did you evacuate the area?” she asked calmly, handing him a cup of tea.
“Yes, Boss Su, everything has been taken care of,” Ge Chunli replied, giving a respectful nod.
“Good. Now I have another task for you,” Su Jiyai said, standing up and walking over to him.
“I need you to find me both a poison master and an alchemist. It’s urgent.”
Ge Chunli blinked in surprise but quickly nodded again.
“I will do my best to find them, Lady Su.”
“Make it quick,” Su Jiyai said with a wave of her hand, dismissing him.
Once Ge Chunli left, Su Jiyai prepared for the next part of her day—the meeting with the citizens of Rover Base.
She straightened her clothes, making sure everything was perfect before heading to the large gathering hall where people were already waiting for her.
As soon as she entered, the crowd quieted down, and all eyes were on her.
“Thank you all for coming,” she said, her voice strong but kind.
“Today, I am here to announce that those of you who have sold your houses to me will now receive permanent apartments in my new building.”
The room filled with murmurs of excitement and disbelief. Su Jiyai raised a hand to quiet them down.
“The apartments are modern and fully equipped. They are now yours, and you are free to move in immediately,” she continued.
“Go and find your new homes.”

With that, the citizens were led outside to the towering 20-floor building that Su Jiyai had constructed.
It was sleek and modern, with shiny glass windows and smooth, clean walls. People stared up at it in awe.
The moment the doors were opened, everyone rushed inside, eager to find their new apartments.
They scrambled through the hallways, calling out to their families and friends as they searched for their assigned rooms.
When they finally found their homes, many were moved to tears.
Each apartment was spacious and filled with new furniture—far better than the old houses they had sold.
Some fell to their knees, crying with joy, overwhelmed by the generosity they hadn’t expected.
Su Jiyai stood outside, watching the scene from a distance, a small smile on her face.
She didn’t feel the need to join in the celebration but was glad to see the happiness spreading through the crowd.
As the evening wore on and the citizens settled into their new homes, Su Jiyai reviewed her list of available apartments.
Despite giving out so many, she still had more than 45 apartments left in each of the three buildings.
“Not bad,” she muttered to herself.
Later that night, after everyone had returned to their new homes, Su Jiyai stood alone in the quiet, rundown residential villa area.
The air was still, and the only sounds were the distant rustles of leaves in the wind.
This part of Rover Base looked abandoned and old, but Su Jiyai had plans for it. Big plans.
She opened her system panel and asked, “System, what’s the load-bearing capacity of the soil here?”
[Host, based on the current soil condition, you can only build towers up to 15 floors.]
Su Jiyai frowned, a little disappointed. “Only 15 floors? I was hoping for taller.”
[That’s the limit, Host. The ground won’t support anything heavier.]
Su Jiyai sighed but nodded.
“Alright, 15 floors will do.” She turned her attention back to the empty land in front of her. “Let’s get to work.”
Using her system panel, Su Jiyai began the process of constructing new buildings.
Her fingers moved swiftly over the glowing interface, selecting the design, materials, and layout.
With a final tap on the screen, the construction began.
The ground rumbled softly beneath her feet as the system did its magic.
Slowly, the foundation appeared, rising from the earth like it was growing out of the ground itself.
The walls and floors followed, stacking one on top of the other in perfect harmony.
In just a few moments, the first 15-floor tower stood tall before her.
Its sleek, modern design mirrored the other buildings she had constructed earlier, with large windows and smooth, shining walls.
It was sturdy, practical, and efficient—just like everything Su Jiyai built.
She didn’t stop there.
One by one, she built more towers, filling the empty space with life.
Even though they were only 15 floors high, they added a sense of newness and hope to the worn-out villa area.
The moonlight reflected off the windows of the newly built towers, making them shine brightly against the dark night sky.
Su Jiyai took a step back to admire her work, feeling satisfied.
“It’s not as tall as I wanted, but it’ll do,” she muttered to herself, wiping a bit of dust off her hands.
As Su Jiyai stood back, admiring the buildings she had just constructed, something caught her eye in the corner of the system panel.
“Spa?” she mumbled, reading the glowing text.
Curious, she tapped on it.
A new screen popped up, showing a luxurious, modern-looking spa, complete with massage tables, hot tubs, and all kinds of fancy equipment.
“What’s this about?” she asked aloud.
[Host, a spa is a facility designed for relaxation and personal care. It’s a place where people can go to rest, get massages, soak in hot water, and take care of their bodies. It’s very relaxing.]
“A place just for relaxation? Who has time for that?” Su Jiyai raised an eyebrow. “What’s this ‘massage’ thing?”
[Host, a masseuse is someone who gives massages. A massage is when someone uses their hands to press and rub your muscles to relieve tension and pain. It can be quite effective for relaxation and recovery.]
Su Jiyai frowned a little, thinking about it.
“Sounds kind of… unnecessary. So is there any masseuse left in the world?”
[Maybe host. It will be difficult to find one.. But there’s an alternative.]
“Alternative?” Su Jiyai asked, tilting her head.
[Yes, Host. Instead of hiring a masseuse, you can use machines. There are automatic massage devices that can do the work. You wouldn’t need to worry about hiring anyone or finding someone skilled in massage techniques. The machines can handle everything.]
Su Jiyai nodded slowly.
That sounded more practical, especially in a world where people were more concerned with survival than luxury treatments.
“That does sound better. No one has time for massages these days anyway.” She was about to close the panel when something else caught her eye. “Wait, how much does it cost?”
[The cost of building the spa is 15 million points, Host.]
“15 million?” Su Jiyai gasped, her eyes widening.
“That’s insane! Why so much for a place where people just lie down and relax?”
[The price reflects the high-quality materials, advanced machinery, and the overall luxurious design, Host. A spa of this caliber is worth every point.]
Su Jiyai crossed her arms, narrowing her eyes at the system panel.
“That’s way too much. Can’t you lower the price? Maybe… 10 million points?”
[No, Host. The price is fixed. 15 million points, and not a point less.]
“Come on, you’re really going to make me pay the full amount?” Su Jiyai tried to negotiate. “I’ve been saving points, and I still need them for other things. How about 12 million?”
[Host, the price remains 15 million points. There is no room for negotiation.]
Su Jiyai sighed deeply, rubbing her forehead.
She didn’t want to spend so many points on something like this, but the idea of having a place where people could relax—and maybe even boost morale—was appealing.
Plus, she figured a few well-rested soldiers wouldn’t hurt in the long run.
“Alright, alright,” she muttered. “But I still think you’re overcharging me.”
[Host, the price is fair for what you’re getting. It will be a state-of-the-art facility.]
Su Jiyai gave a long, exasperated sigh before finally relenting. “Fine. I’ll buy the spa. But I expect it to be amazing.”
[It will be, Host. Construction will begin immediately.]
