Chapter 347: Chapter 347: 5 million points
With a flick of her finger on the system panel, Su Jiyai confirmed the purchase. Instantly, the points vanished from her total, and the construction of the spa began.
Just like with the buildings, the ground rumbled softly, and the structure slowly started rising from the earth.
The spa took shape quickly—a sleek, modern building with large windows and elegant designs.
The outer walls were smooth and shiny, reflecting the moonlight just like the towers she had built earlier.
As the machines inside were installed, Su Jiyai could already see how luxurious the spa would be.
The massage tables, hot tubs, steam rooms, and automatic massage devices were all state-of-the-art.
Even though it had cost her a small fortune, she had to admit it looked impressive.
“Well, it’s done now,” she muttered to herself, watching as the final touches were added to the building.
“Let’s just hope it’s worth the points.”
[It will be, Host. Your people will appreciate this place. It will boost their morale and give them a chance to recharge.]
Su Jiyai nodded, though she still felt a bit of a sting from the high cost.
As she stood there, watching the spa’s completion, she couldn’t help but think about how different things had become.
Just a few years ago, surviving the day was all that mattered.
Now, she was building towers and spas, giving people homes and places to relax.
The world was still dangerous, but at least here, in Rover Base, she was creating a small pocket of peace—a place where people could start to live again, not just survive.
As the last of the construction wrapped up, Su Jiyai stared at the spa, now fully built and gleaming under the sky.
It looked so fancy—sleek walls, big shiny windows, and all kinds of cool machines inside.
She had to see what all the fuss was about.
“Well, time to check this place out,” she muttered to herself and walked towards the entrance.
The moment she stepped inside, the air felt different—warm, clean, and calming. It was quiet, except for a gentle hum from the machines.
The soft lights made everything look super cozy, almost like a dream.
Su Jiyai had never seen anything like this before. She looked around in amazement.
To her left were the massage tables.
These weren’t just any tables—they had shiny controls and soft, cushioned surfaces.
They looked way more comfortable than the hard ground she was used to.
On the other side were hot tubs with steam rising from them.
The water swirled in little circles, looking so inviting.
Su Jiyai had only seen something like this in her system panel. Seeing it in real life made her feel kind of… curious.
Without thinking too much, Su Jiyai decided to give the massage table a try.

She walked over, pressed a button, and the table came to life.
Soft, gentle vibrations started underneath her, and then rollers moved along her back, kneading her muscles.
At first, she tensed up, unsure of what to expect, but soon, her whole body began to relax.
The machine worked its way up and down her back, loosening every knot of tension she didn’t even know she had.
“Wow… this is… kind of nice,” she mumbled, feeling her muscles turn to mush. She’d been running around so much lately, that she had forgotten what it felt like to just… relax.
Next, she got up and wandered over to the hot tub.
The steam was rising even more now, filling the room with a warm mist.
Su Jiyai dipped her finger in the water first. It was the perfect temperature—not too hot, not too cold.
Without wasting time, she slipped into the tub.
The warm water wrapped around her like a hug. Her body felt weightless, and for a moment, all her worries seemed to melt away.
She leaned back against the side of the tub, closing her eyes. The gentle sound of the bubbling water was the only thing she could hear, and it was oddly soothing.
“This is… strange but… nice,” Su Jiyai said to herself.
She stayed in the tub for a while, letting the warmth sink into her bones.
Just for a few minutes, she felt like a normal person, enjoying a normal moment.
As she finally got out of the tub, she couldn’t help but smile a little. Maybe this spa wasn’t such a bad idea after all.
“System what are the subscription fees for this spa?” Su Jiyai asked curiously.
[Host, for a single spa session, one will have to pay 2000 points. The subscription for the entire year will cost around 5 million points.]
Su Jiyai’s eyes lit up.
5 million points?
With just 3 rich customers, Su Jiyai could easily earn back the money invested.
“Oh! I want to build in Hope base too! Ah…I should build a few more…” Su Jiyai muttered.
In the end, Su Jiyai built more than 4 spas in the Rover Base and more than 20 spas in her own base.
She had a lot of space back in her base.
The reason was pretty simple.
She owned land equivalent to a city. Even though she built a lot of buildings, there was still a lot of space left.
There were more than 20,000 residents in her base now.
As she walked towards the base’s central square, Su Jiyai couldn’t help but imagine how people would react once they discovered the spas.
She walked back to her quarters, feeling a little tired but satisfied.
The spas were done, and tomorrow would be another day to check on things. She stretched her arms, then flopped onto her bed.
The next morning, the people of Rover Base were already up and moving around.
A few of them wandered near the newly built spa, curious about the shiny new building.
“What’s that? Looks pretty fancy,” a young man named Kaito asked, scratching his head as he eyed the building.
“I dunno,” another person named Lina said, tilting her head. “Looks like something rich people would use.”
A small crowd started to gather, all whispering and trying to figure out what the building was.
Just then, an older superhuman, around 50 years old, pushed through the group.
His name was Gregor, and he had been around long enough to know a thing or two about old-world stuff.
“I know what this is,” Gregor said, squinting at the sign above the entrance. “It’s a spa.”
“A spa?” Kaito repeated, his eyes wide. “What’s a spa?”
Gregor chuckled. “Back in the day, a spa was a place where people could relax.
They’d get massages, and soak in hot tubs, steam rooms, and all that fancy stuff. Good for the body after a hard day.”
Lina frowned. “Relax? In times like this? That sounds pretty wasteful.”
“Yeah, we’re trying to survive out here, not take bubble baths,” Kaito agreed, crossing his arms.
A few people nodded, but others looked more curious than judgmental.
One of the superhumans, named Mira, stepped forward and raised an eyebrow.
“Wasteful? Maybe. But you ever tried soaking in a hot tub? It’s life-changing.”
Mira walked up to the entrance and peered inside. “You know what? I’m gonna try it.”
“What? Are you serious?” Lina said, eyes wide.
Mira shrugged. “Why not? We’ve been working our butts off for months. We deserve a little treat, don’t we?”
Kaito scratched his head again. “I dunno…”
Gregor chuckled again.
“Let her go. Once you experience it, you’ll see why people used to pay big money for this stuff.”
Mira walked over to the counter, where there was a small card reader. She swiped her points card and selected a single session.
The doors opened with a soft hiss, and she stepped inside.
Everyone watched through the big windows as Mira wandered through the spa, looking impressed.
She found one of the massage tables, pressed the button, and lay down.
The group outside waited, their curiosity growing.
A few minutes later, Mira walked out, her face glowing.
“Okay, you guys,” Mira said with a grin. “That was amazing. The massage? Perfect. I’ve never felt this relaxed in my life!”
“Really?” Kaito said, taking a step forward. “It’s that good?”
Mira nodded. “Oh yeah. You all gotta try it.”
Before anyone could say anything, Kaito rushed over to the counter, swiping his card. The door opened for him, and he practically sprinted inside.
Gregor laughed, shaking his head. “Told ya. People are gonna love this place.”
As Kaito disappeared inside, Lina turned to Mira. “Was it really that good? I mean, I could use a break, but… 2000 points? That’s a lot.”
Mira smiled, leaning against the wall. “It’s worth it, trust me. You’ll come out feeling like a whole new person.”
One by one, more people from the crowd started swiping their cards, eager to try the spa for themselves.
Lina hesitated for a moment but finally gave in and swiped her card too.
When they came back out, every single one of them had the same reaction.
