Chapter 129: New Trouble with a Bang
Lu Yin didn’t think that there was anything wrong with what she had planned. Her father was Father Lei’s bodyguard but died while saving Father Lei; ever since then, the Lei parents had promised her and her brother that they would treat the two siblings as their children.

However, when faced with a situation where they had to choose between the Lei siblings and their own children, they would of course choose their children. In the past, Lu Yin had nothing against it. She even acted sensible and told Aunt Lei that it was only right for her to pay more attention to Lei Yan.

This was why she had planned to kill Lei Yan when no one was paying attention to them. Because of this plan of hers, she was willing to even suppress her disgust and kill zombies with her brother.

But Lu Yin never expected that they would run into Bai Meiyue and that she would even suggest going on a hunt together.

And the one who is standing next to him is Brother Mo.”

“Nice to meet you,” Yun Chuan smiled and greeted Bai Meiyue. He was very much aware of who this woman was; after all, he had long heard of Bai Meiyue’s fame.

He even heard a few survivors say that they could offend anyone in the building but not Bai Meiyue.

“Did you really kick your sister-in-law to death?” Yang Chunhua asked in a calm voice. Bai Meiyue turned to look at the only woman in the group and felt her lips twitch. Who was the one who spread such rumours? She did kick Fang Qing but she did not kick her to death.

“I kicked her but I have no idea if she was killed because of my kick,” replied Bai Meiyue.

Hearing her response, Yang Chunhua simply nodded.

Seeing her response, Yun Chuan was amused. He rubbed his hands and immediately explained to Bai Meiyue, “Don’t take her words to heart. Though she is like this, she means no harm. She just likes to throw casual and weird facts or questions in the air once in a while.”

It was someone else; he wouldn’t have bothered to explain Yang Chunhua’s weird personality but the person in front of him was Bai Meiyue. He didn’t dare to treat her casually.

“That’s right, Sister Meiyue. Sister Chunhua probably didn’t mean anything,” Lu Yin spoke up in support of Yang Chunhua at once. After all, this woman awakened as a powerful supernatural being. She could actually summon puppets and control them.

With her on her side, she didn’t have to worry about anything.

“Do you know that lipsticks are made from crushing insects?” Yang Chunhua spoke suddenly without paying attention to what Lu Yin said in her support.

“See?” Yun Chuan heaved a sigh of relief and turned to look at Bai Meiyue, who nodded.

She then glanced at Mo He and Wan Guofu. She had to admit that fate was really a crazy thing. Who would have thought that she would actually run into Lei Qian’s team so soon?
