Chapter 340: When are you going to tell?
“… then is it Lei Qian’s?” Mother Bai asked with a soft voice. Her daughter only had two men in her life. One was Su Hu that traitor and the other one was Lei Qian. Since the child didn’t belong to Su Hu, then naturally it could only belong to Lei Qian.

“Are you going to give birth to this child?” Mother Bai asked.

She paused and then questioned sharply, “You are planning to tell him about this child though, right?”

It was fine if Bai Meiyue was not willing at the moment but as long as she was willing to do it in the future, it was fine.

However, looking at the sheepish smile that her daughter was showing to her, Mother Bai knew that her daughter had another idea in her head.

“Have you lost your mind, Yueyue?” Mother Bai was so speechless that she nearly jumped to her feet when she saw the actions of her daughter. “How can you not tell Lei Qian about your child?”

“Mom, I told you that I don’t want to restrain that man. What happened between us was something that neither of us expected but since it happened, we have no other choice but to accept and move on.”

“What’s the point of tying a man? They will betray you in the end.”

Bai Meiyue didn’t want to listen to the old-school teachings of her mother. She understood that her mother wanted nothing but everything to go well for her but Bai Meiyue knew that it was impossible. She had seen the kind of life that Lei Qian lived in her past life.

It was filled with fame, power and a lot more things, including another woman.

Bai Meiyue who had faced so many challenges, had no desire to get her heart broken if Lei Qian was to leave her after finding that woman.
