Chapter 228: Chapter 228: All Skills at Max-Tier, Using the Attributes Points Packs
During the past month, Alex’s progress had been nothing short of remarkable.
He spent his time efficiently, gathering an abundance of attribute point packs and unlocking the latest perk from his talent effect.
On top of that, he managed to level up six times.
This brought him to a mere twelve levels away from reaching Tier-6, a significant milestone in his journey.
Finally, Alex had maxed out every single one of his skills to [Max-Tier] using [Skill Evolution], pushing his combat abilities to new heights.
Ding!
[Do you want to evolve “Triple Element Fox Summons” (Advanced) to “Quadruple Element Fox Summons” (High-Tier)?]
Ding!
[Do you want to evolve “Quadruple Element Fox Summons” (High-Tier) to “All Elements Fox Summons” (Max-Tier)?]
With those notifications, Alex’s most powerful skill, aside from [Bleeding Claws], reached its peak.
[All Elements Fox Summons: Unlocks the ability to summon ten ethereal foxes for combat and utility. These summons are divided into five categories: fire, water, electric, light, and darkness (two foxes of each type). Each summon has 200,000,000 health. No mana cost. Cooldown: 12 hours.]
Cut that cooldown by half because of his [Cooldown Reduction], and that meant Alex had 10 insanely strong summons that can tank almost any attack from monsters up to level 800 or above every six hours.
Over the course of the month, Alex’s strength had skyrocketed.
He was growing closer to being able to take on level 1,000 foes.
In addition to [All Elements Fox Summons], he finally upgraded [Electric Storm] to its max-tier form.
Ding!
[Do you want to evolve “Electric Storm” (Basic) to “Relentless Storm” (Intermediate)?]
And after twelve days of dedicated effort, the final notification appeared.
Ding!
[Do you want to evolve “Thunder Fury” (High-Tier) to “Zeus’ Storm” (Max-Tier)?]
[Zeus’ Storm: Harness the power of Zeus to unleash a devastating lightning storm. Deals 30,000,000 damage to all enemies within range. Mana Cost: 700,000. Cooldown: 1 minute.]
With these upgrades, Alex now had a roster of max-tier skills:
[Skills: Fire Meteor (Max-Tier), Crimson Cataclysm (Max-Tier), Mountain Shatter (Max-Tier), Impenetrable Fortress (Max-Tier), Rain of Fire (Max-Tier), Fury of Thunder (Max-Tier), Heaven’s Chains (Max-Tier), Poison Resistance (Passive), Aura of Death (Undead Skill), Aura (Passive), Arc of Divinity (Max-Tier), Demonic Spear (Max-Tier), Zeus’ Storm (Max-Tier), All Elements Fox Summons (Max-Tier), Bleeding Claws (Max-Tier)]
Do note that as he doesn’t use his [Demonized Whispers of Shadows] dagger, then the unique skills related to it also disappeared.
He really liked [Shadow Veil] though, so maybe he would find a way later to literally extract a skill from an object to get it himself.
Every skill had been fully evolved.
Now, Alex could focus entirely on new skills as he advanced through the tower.
“Just a few more months,” he murmured, stepping into the heart of the [Fox Tribe Village].
By a few more months, Alex was referring to the point where the [Revive] feature of the game would be removed.
That is when the first attacks on the real world would appear.

Alex guessed that as long as he got strong enough to defeat level 1,500 monsters, he would be able to take on 95% of all the threats of Universal Descent by himself.
This included the [Hatred Sect], but excluded the [Hatred Demon] as he was at the peak of the game, roughly at level 2,000.
Level 2,000 was basically the limit of this world by the way, where most [Gods], [Powerful Entities] and [Grand Mages] were.
Most of Alex’s time over the past month had been spent in the [Cave of Oblivion], hunting monsters, gathering resources, and meditating as he waited for respawns.
However, he occasionally returned to check on his companions.
As he emerged into the village, Alice, Lilith, Alera, and Aurelia appeared from Alera’s home to greet him.
Even Lilith, the usually shy girl, embraced him warmly.
“You’re back!” Alice exclaimed, her face lighting up with joy.
“Yeah,” Alex replied with a small smile, “and I’ve taken care of everything that needed to be done.”
Though Alex had only visited every four or five days, he always ensured they were safe before returning to his training.
He trusted Alice and Aurelia to handle any threats that might arise in his absence.
But now wasn’t the time for idle chatter.
Alex opened his [Digital Inventory Watch], revealing a staggering collection of attribute point packs.
Ding!
[You have x1503 Attribute Points Packs.]
[You have x1027 Superior Attribute Points Packs.]
“W-Wow!” Aurelia gasped, her eyes wide as she took in the sheer number of packs.
Alex had already explained their importance to Aurelia, though Alice was already familiar with them.
“I’m giving each of you 650 packs, 350 from the first set and 300 from the second. I’ll keep the rest for myself,” Alex informed them.
This would elevate their stats by a lot, while Alex’s own stats would rival those of a level 1,000+ monsters.
Ding!
[Do you want to transfer x350 Attribute Points Packs and x300 Superior Attribute Points Packs from your inventory?]
“Yes,” Alex confirmed, summoning the packs for Alice first.
Everyone stepped back as a scanner beam descended, materializing the packs in front of her.
Alice wasted no time and began using them, though it was a slow process since each had to be consumed individually.
Alex repeated the process for Aurelia, summoning her share of the packs in a more secluded area.
She, too, eagerly began upgrading her stats.
Finally, Alex focused on his own stash.
His share was larger, but he needed the boost the most.
After all, he could always grind for more later.
Over the course of several hours, the group chatted as they used their attribute packs, feeling their strength surge with each one consumed.
By the end, the results were astounding:
Alice and Aurelia’s stat boosts:
[+16,000 Strength, +16,000 Vitality, +16,000 Agility, +16,000 Spirit.]
Alex’s stat boost:
[+28,870 Strength, +28,870 Vitality, +28,870 Agility, +28,870 Spirit.]
The newfound power coursing through their veins was exhilarating.
Alex and Alice, already capable of battling level 700 monsters, now felt confident they could take on level 1,000 foes.
For Aurelia, the boost was a game-changer.
While she wasn’t quite on par with Alex and Alice, she could now defend herself against formidable enemies.
The added strength brought her closer to Alice’s level, bolstering her confidence immensely.
Feeling invigorated, Alex stretched and grinned.
“All right,” he said, “it’s time to head back to the Tower of Destiny. This time, we win.”
The girls nodded, determination shining in their eyes.
They each took Alex’s hand as he activated his [World Map] skill, teleporting them directly to their destination.
Ding!
