Chapter 103: Reaching 4-Star
Luna stood before Luna. Luna was kneeling with her Silver Shadow Panther on her side.
“Your Silver Shadow Panther has become a 4-Star beast. It is time for you to reach 4-Star as well.”
Luna lifted her head and looked at Lucius. She nodded. “Yes, Master.”
Luna turned around and looked at her Silver Shadow Panther. She smiled and rubbed the beast’s soft head.
“Your name is too long. You need a name that suits you. Something powerful and simple.”
Lucius lazily crossed his arms, observing the scene with interest.
Luna was silent for a moment. She was searching for the perfect name. Finally, after a moment, Luna smiled.
“Your name will be Loxen. It is quite a good name. It is simple and strong.”
The Silver Shadow Panther blinked in surprise. Its tail flicked around. Its ears perked forward. It also let out a low roar.
It was not aggression, but excitement. It was clearly pleased with its new name.
Luna smiled and stroked the side of Loxen’s face. “Good boy. The name really suits you.”
Lucius chuckled as he was amused. “A fitting name for it. Loxen… simple but strong. It seems your beast approves.”
Luna turned back toward Lucius and smirked. “Thank you, Master.”
Lucius waved his hand dismissively. “Now that your beast has a name, It’s time for you to focus.”
Lucius reminded her. “You must stabilize yourself before reaching 4-Star. Meditate and channel your energy.”
Luna nodded. Without a word, she sat down beside Loxen. Loxen also lied down beside her.
She crossed her legs and closed her eyes. She rested her hands on her knees. She was trying to sense the 4-Star energy.
Lucius turned his attention to Liora. “Protect her while she meditates. Do not let anyone disturb this process.”
Liora nodded. She pounded her fist against her chest in salute. “Yes, Master.”
Lucius was satisfied with it. He walked toward his bed. He lied down and began to sleep. Before he slept, he turned to Liora.
He reminded her. “I will go to bed now. Make sure no one interrupts her.”
Liora nodded. “No one will get past me, Master. You can rest easy.”
Lucius chuckled as he began to sleep. Liora stood silently as she guarded Luna.
—
Lucius had woken up from his sleep. He looked at Luna, who had almost finished her advancement.
Luna then opened her eyes. She could feel that she had become stronger than before.
Lucius smirked. “Luna, your training is complete, and Loxen has been born into power. It’s time for you to take the next step.”
Lucius looked at the windows straight to the Garran Estate. “The Garrans will soon reap the seeds we have planted. Within three months, chaos will swallow them whole.”
Luna clenched her fist and smirked. She was excited about the chaos that would soon take place. “The Garrans…”

Lucius watched her and smirked. “Do not falter, Luna. You’ve grown far beyond what you were. Let them see it.”
Luna glanced back at Lucius and smirked. “I’ll show them. I’ll let them drown in their mistakes.”
Lucius chuckled as he tapped his fingers on the armrest. “That’s the spirit.”
Lucius also gave Luna a spatial ring. Luna took it and wore it on her finger. “What is this, Master?”
Lucius smiled. “A spatial ring that I already fill with money and some other useful things for you.”
Luna bowed her head and smiled. “You are too generous, Master. I will not waste it.”
Lucius dismissively waved his hand. “It’s not generosity. It’s an investment. Remember, you are basically my tamed beast.”
He turned around and smirked. “If I need you, I can summon you at any moment.”
Luna smirked. “I wouldn’t have it any other way, Master.”
Lucius smiled and glanced at Liora. He gestured toward the door. “It’s time for us to leave.”
Liora nodded. “Understood, Master.”
Lucius turned his attention back to Luna. Luna stood and bowed down. “Farewell for now, Master. When we meet again, I will be stronger and pass your expectations.”
Lucius walked past her and paused only to put his hand on her shoulder. “You’re already on the right path, Luna. Don’t disappoint me.”
Luna smiled and touched his master hand for a while. Lucious, let her do it.
After a minute, Lucius took off his hand and walked to the door. Liora followed closely behind him.
Lucius also turned around again for the last time. “Farewell, Luna. Enjoy watching your nightmare turn to dust.”
The door closed, leaving Luna alone in the room. She stood there and held the spatial ring.
She smirked. “The Garrans… your time is ending.”
Outside, Lucius and Liora went to the teleportation platform. The guards stationed there eyed them curiously.
One of them stepped forward and spoke. “Please show me your permit.”
Lucius smiled and handed the guard his signed plaque. The guard was surprised after examining it.
The guard glanced at Lucius and the plaque back and forward. “This… this is Count Dorian’s signature. You’ve completed the mission in less than two weeks?”
Lucius chuckled. “Of course. Did you expect anything less from a Golden Class student?”
The guard swallowed hard and quickly handed the plaque back. “N-No, sir. Please proceed to the platform.”
Lucius stepped onto the platform, Liora close behind. Lucius smirked as the teleportation activated.
In a flash of light, Lucius and Liora appeared on the teleportation platform of Astra Academy.
The guard stationed at the teleportation platform blinked in surprise when he spotted Lucius stepping off the platform.
The guard went to them to see who they were. “Hold it there! State your name and purpose!”
Lucius paused and smirked. Without a word, Lucius took out a plaque and threw it to the guard.
The guard took it and examined it. He squinted to ensure the plaque and signature were authentic.
After a moment, the guard was surprised that it was real. “This… this is the mission completion plaque!”
He looked back at Lucius and praised him. “You completed the mission assigned by Count Dorian? Already? It’s been less than two weeks.”
Lucius tilted his head and smirked. “Did you expect anything less?”
The guard only smiled. “Golden Evolists are impressive, but… to finish a mission like that so quickly? You must be incredibly skilled, sir.”
Lucius nodded, accepting the praise. “Thank you. Now, I would like to return to my residence. I’ve had enough traveling for one day.”
The guard realized it. “Of course, sir! Let us escort you.” The guards then went and prepared a carriage.
Lucius and Liora entered the carriage. The guards then drove the carriage to Lucius’ golden residence.
