Chapter 128: Magnus’ New Beast

Lucius turned to Magnus and smirked. “It’s time for you to advance to a 4-Star Tamer, so summon your beast now.”

Magnus grinned. He immediately summoned a portal, in which a big Lava Tortoise appeared. It looked at Magnus and growled.

Lucius smirked and turned to his system. “System, show me the evolution options for this Lava Tortoise.”

Lucisu scanned the list for a moment. He smirked as he already decided which evolution route he would choose.

He turned his attention back to Magnus. “Prepare a private room for me. I’ll need it to evolve your beast.”

Magnus blinked. He was a bit surprised. “You’re doing it here? Elder, are you sure? I mean, usually, Evolists need time to prepare and a dedicated place for this kind of thing.”

Lucius folded and chuckled. “Magnus, do you think I’d be standing here if I wasn’t prepared? Or are you having second thoughts about me evolving your beast?”

Magnus shook his head quickly. “No way, Elder! I just… I’ve never seen anyone do it this fast before.”

Lucius’s smirk grew. “That’s because I’m not just anyone. I am a genius. So, are you going to get me that room, or are we wasting more time?”

Magnus immediately nodded. “I’ll prepare it right now! Please wait for a moment.”

Magnus turned around and quickly ordered his nearby attendants to go and prepare the room.

Moments later, Magnus returned. He gestured toward a door at the far end of the hall. “It’s ready, Elder. The best room in the residence.”

Lucius nodded and walked toward the room. Luna followed silently behind. Magnus also followed from behind and was accompanied by his Lava Tortoise.

As they reached the room, Lucius stepped inside. He paused and turned to Magnus. He smirked. “Leave the rest to me, so don’t let anyone disturb me or else.”

Magnus nodded instantly. “Understood, Elder. I’ll wait outside. But don’t hold back—I want the best for my Lava Tortoise.”

Lucius chuckled and entered the room further. “Don’t worry, Magnus. When I’m done, you won’t even recognize it.”

Magnus nodded and closed the door. Outside Magnus paced back and forth. He was excited and also nervous. “I hope the elder will do his best.”

Inside the room, Lucius stood before the big Lava Tortoise. He crossed his arms and smirked. “We meet again. But this time, you’re going to become much better.”

The Lava Tortoise growled low as it didn’t really remember who Lucius was. Lucius only stepped forward and smirked. “Relax. You won’t remember any of this anyway.”

He turned to the system. “Initiate the evolution process to become the Inferno Tortoise. And as usual, add Hidden Aura.”

He also then added more hacks. “Induce sleep. It’s not my beast, so there’s no need for it to know what’s happening.”

The Lava Tortoise blinked once. It’s head then began to lower as it fell into a deep slumber.

Lucius watched it and smirked. “Good. It was a sleep. Now it was time to evolve.”

The Lava Tortoise’s molten shell began to glow brighter. More faint cracks began to appear on it. Its body also trembled slightly as it changed.

The Lava Tortoise’s form began to expand. Its shell began to grow larger.

The molten cracks fused together into sharp and jagged patterns that resembled glowing infernos.

Its four limbs also grow thicker and stronger. Its claw also became sharper and hotter than before.

The process soon finished, although it was still asleep. The Inferno Tortoise was bigger, stronger and hotter than the previous Lava Tortoise.

Lucius then glanced toward the window and noticed that the sky was dark. He turned to Luna and smirked. “It seems that it was night already. Let’s get some rest first. We will show this to him tomorrow.”

Luna nodded and smirked. She then glanced and gestured toward the large and elegant bed in the corner. “The room seems well prepared. It’s certainly more luxurious than expected.”

Lucius approached the bed. He inspected it briefly before sitting down. “It’s quite soft and comfortable. They didn’t cut corners, at least.”

Luna stepped closer. She immediately took off her clothes and pushed Lucius down to the bed. “Master, it’s been a while since we’ve done it. Don’t you think it’s time for us to do it?”

Lucius, who was lying on the bed, smirked. He straightened up his body and looked at Liora in the eyes, who was sitting on his lap. “You’re not wrong. A little coitus wouldn’t hurt anyone.”

Lucius then stood up and pushed the naked Luna to the bed. Lucius smirked as he began to take off his clothes and went to the bed.

They began their fun night activity in the big, luxurious bed. The room was private and soundproof, so they could do it as hard as they wanted.

When morning arrived, Lucius and Luna were prepared to leave. As they went out of the room, Lucius was surprised to see that Magnus was waiting just outside the door.

Magnus, who realized that Lucius was already out, immediately stood up. “Elder Lucius! How did the evolution go? Did it work?”

Lucius was amused and smirked. He then stepped aside and gestured toward the room. “Why don’t you see it for yourself, Magnus?”

Magnus didn’t need to be told twice. He rushed inside. The moment he saw his new beast, he was surprised and excited at the same time.

His new beast was way bigger than before. It was also stronger and hotter than before. Magnus was frozen, as he could not believe that this was his new beast.

Magnus scanned his new beast and glanced back at Lucius. “It’s… enormous. Elder, this is incredible! I’ve never seen anything like it.”

Lucius looked back at Magnus and smirked. “It’s more than size, Magnus. This beast was even stronger than its previous form.

Lucius then pointed at Magnus and smirked. “But that power is useless without a Tamer strong enough to wield it. Be the 4-Star Tamer and show them the strength of Volcaria.”

Magnus smirked. His competitive fire had been completely reignited. He clenched his fists. “You can count on me, Elder. I’ll take this power and show everyone what it means to be a Volcaria.””

Lucius nodded and lowered his hand. He turned around and glanced back at Magnus over his shoulder. “Good. Then get to work.”

With that, Lucius began to walk down the hall and left the Golden Residence to return to their own Platinum Residence. Their mission had been completed.
