Chapter 215: She Ripped His Wings Off

Luna tightened her grip on Karion’s wings. Her claws dug deeper into the joints as she pressed her feet harder into his back.

The pressure was unbearable and Karion’s body strained under the force. The tension in his wings was also on the verge of snapping.

Karion roared in pain. He gritted his teeth and cursed Luna. “You bitch! Get the fuck off me!”

Luna only smirked as she pulled even harder and mocked sadistically. “It feels good, doesn’t it? Let’s make it even better, shall we?”

She flexed her legs and pressed them down harder, forcing Karion’s body to twist unnaturally.

Karion could feel the pain and growled while trying to push everything he had left into his body. “FUCK YOU!”

Karion’s thunder grew unstable as his instincts were screaming for him to break free.

With a growl, he slammed his body backward, aiming to crush Luna against the ground, while flexing his wings violently to shake her off.

But Luna didn’t let go. Instead, just before impact, she released her legs from his back and jumped high, pulling Karion with her into the air.

Both of them were in the air and Luna had complete control. He spun midair, repositioning herself above Karion, putting her feet back on his back.

Karion was in a state of panic and disoriented as he glanced back at Luna, cursing her. “YOU FUCKING WHORE! LET GO!”

Luna didn’t respond but smirked as she coiled her legs like springs. She planted her feet firmly against his back and let the gravity take over.

Karion’s body plummeted downward and Luna rode him down, keeping her grip on his wings.

The moment they hit the ground, Karion’s body was the first to slam into the earth, while Luna crouched low, absorbing the force and soon jumped.

She used all powers to jump upward, but she never let go of his wings.

Karion soon screamed through the battlefield as his wings were pulled apart from his back.

Blood splattered across the ground as Karion’s body convulsed and rolled over the ground.

Luna landed effortlessly, standing tall as she held Karion’s severed wings in her hands and smirked.

Astorius was shocked as he watched. Karion was easily being crippled by Lucius, who was not even a 7-Star tamer yet.

Ragnar and Bryson exchanged brief glances and smirked the moment they saw Karion’s condition.

Lucius, still sipping his tea, exhaled slowly, setting the cup down. He watched Karion’s broken form and mocked. “Well, that was fucking brutal.”

Karion’s fusion was soon deactivated as he returned to his human form, which was broken.

Luna barely acknowledged him. With a single kick, she sent him rolling out of the arena like a rag.

She dusted her hands off and stretched her shoulders lazily. “Who’s next?”

The Empire’s side frowned. Even the most elite soldiers’ confidence was shaken at the sight of Karion.

He was one of their strongest tamers, but now he was lying like discarded trash at their feet.

Astorius frowned as he flared his aura violently. He glared at Lucius and growled. “Don’t think this is over, Lucius. This is just the beginning.”

Lucius laughed and tilted his head slightly. “Oh? I know that, but still, I want to know if you actually have anyone stronger or if you are just going to throw another weakling my way.”

Astorius frowned as he pointed to Luna and shouted. “Sky General, kill her.”

A towering old man suddenly stepped forward. Despite his age, he looked stronger than Karion.

He turned to Anselm and bowed down. “As you command, Your Majesty.”

Without a word, he moved forward and launched himself toward the arena. The moment he landed, his presence alone forced others to take a step back.

Lucius exhaled slowly, lifting his teacup casually and taking another sip. He watched the Sky General with a smirk, not fearing him at all.

Luna, standing in the arena, rolled her shoulders, cracking her neck. “Finally. Someone who might last longer than a minute.”

The Sky General lifted his gaze toward Luna. He then turned to Lucius and pointed his finger at him.

He frowned as he growled. “You insult the Empire, you slander His Majesty, and you desecrate this battlefield with your arrogance. I will break you.”

Lucius chuckled, setting his teacup down on his thigh while tilting his head toward the Sky General. “Break me? I’d love to see you try.”

The Sky General frowned even more as he growled. “You should learn respect, boy.”

Lucius grinned. “And you should learn that I don’t bow to relics of the past.”

Astorius clenched his fists as he heard and watched what Lucius did and said. “Sky General, make him suffer.”

Lucius turned his gaze to Luna, who still stood casually, unfazed by the new opponent. “Can you keep going?”

Luna smirked, cracking her knuckles. “Master, you insult me. Karion was too weak. I barely even warmed up.”

Lucius nodded and smirked as he glanced back at the Sky General. “Good, then let’s continue.”

The Sky General frowned as he stepped onto the arena. The winds around him shifted violently as he was about to fight.

He raised his hand and clenched it, glancing at Luna. “I will show you your place.”

The moment he spoke, his aura surged as he began to fuse with his beast, which was a Tempest Roc.

His already massive frame expanded and some soft feathers began to grow from his body.

A pair of huge green wings also grew from his back. Although they looked like simple bird wings, they were way stronger than Karion’s.

The Sky General had finished his transformation by stretching his wings wide and producing a little wind as he lifted his claw.

He then pointed it toward Luna and growled. “I will kill you first and once your corpse lies on the ground, Lucius will understand his mistake.”

Luna only grinned as she tilted her head slightly and gestured toward herself. “Kill me? I’m really amused, but still, let’s see you try.”
