Chapter 304: Dreadmaw’s Arrival
Inside Luxoria Castle’s pet shop, Luna and Loreia were busy handling business matters.
They were reviewing sales reports and managing the growing beast inventory.
Luna leaned back in her chair, stretching her arms.
“Man, even though Master is resting, we’re still working like crazy.”
Loreia sighed, adjusting some paperwork.
“That’s because we’re actually running a real business, not just randomly selling things on the street.”
Before Luna could respond—
A flash suddenly burst into the room.
Luna and Loreia instantly turned, sensing the powerful heat wave that followed.
And standing there—
Liora had returned.
Luna raised her eyebrow.
“Oh? You’re back already?”
Loreia glanced at the time, then frowned slightly.
“It’s only been two days. That was fast.”
Luna smirked, crossing her arms.
“So, what’s the result? Did you catch another SS-Rank beast?”
Liora grinned confidently, placing her hand on her hip.
“Of course.”
Luna and Loreia both perked up.
“And? How was it?”
Liora’s expression shifted slightly with a hint of exhaustion.
“This one was a bit different. Stronger. Way harder to handle than the last.”
Luna’s eyes gleamed with interest.
“Oh? Now that’s interesting.”
Loreia, tapping her fingers against the table, nodded.
“Then why don’t you take it out? Let’s see what kind of monster you brought back.”
Liora hesitated for a moment, then frowned slightly.
“Tch… This one’s a lot fiercer than Vorafang.”
She exhaled sharply.

“And it’s many times stronger than it.”
Luna and Loreia exchanged glances, their curiosity growing.
Before they could respond, Liline appeared out of nowhere, gracefully stepping forward.
“Don’t worry. As long as it has submitted to you, I believe I can handle it.”
Luna chuckled, nudging Loreia.
“She sounds confident.”
Loreia nodded.
“Well, she is our Beast Caslte’s guardian.”
Liline continued, addressing Liora directly.
“Even if it is stronger than I am, as long as it has already accepted its place. It will not act out.”
Liora looked at Liline for a moment, then sighed.
“Alright, then. If you’re saying it’s fine, then I’ll take it out.”
But before she could take it out, Liline raised her hand.
“Wait a moment. Let me make a proper cage for it first.”
Luna and Loreia glanced at each other, curious about what Liline was planning.
Then—
With a simple gesture, Liline manipulated the hall.
The entire structure shifted seamlessly as a massive transparent cage formed in the center of the room.
Its walls were denser and stronger than any other in Luxoria Castle.
Loreia whistled, impressed.
“Damn, this is some next-level reinforcement.”
Luna smirked. “You didn’t hold back, huh, Liline?”
Liline folded her hands behind her back, nodding.
“Of course. If this beast is as strong as Liora claims, then standard containment is not an option. This cage is now the strongest structure in Luxoria Castle.”
She turned to Liora.
“You can take it out now and place it here.”
Liora nodded, satisfied.
“Alright, then. System, take out Dreadmaw and put it inside the cage.”
At her command, something began to materialize within it.
As the form solidified, the sheer presence of the beast caused the floor to vibrate faintly.
Luna and Loreia’s eyes widened as they finally saw it.
Standing inside the reinforced cage was a towering behemoth.
Its obsidian-black scales were pulsing with molten veins.
Its massive head lowered slightly, sharp fangs were glinting in the light.
The beast snorted, releasing a wave of thick heat, its eyes scanning its new surroundings.
Loreia blinked in shock.
“Wait a damn second… isn’t this a T-Rex?!”
Liora grinned, crossing her arms.
“Yeah. A T-Rex that can easily destroy a city.”
Luna and Loreia both activated their scanners instinctively, their eyes reading the beast’s stats in real time.
Their eyes widened in shock.
Luna let out a low whistle.
“Holy hell… What you said was true. This thing is leagues ahead of Vorafang.”
Loreia nodded, still staring at the data.
“If Vorafang was just a baby, then this one is a full-fledged warrior.”
Luna grinned, placing her hands on her hips.
“Master is going to be so excited when he sees this.”
Liora smirked, patting the side of the massive cage.
“Let’s just say, I brought back something very special this time.”
The arrival of Dreadmaw had officially raised the stakes.
—
Lucius stretched lazily, stepping out of his private chamber.
He had rested for over a day, his body feeling completely refreshed.
“Hah… I slept too long.”
As he walked through the castle halls, he heard familiar voices coming from the main hall.
Liora.
“It seems she’s back.”
Lucius smirked, his pace quickening slightly.
“Let’s see what kind of beast she brought home.”
As he entered the hall, his eyes instantly locked onto the massive reinforced transparent cage at the center of the room.
Inside—
A colossal black-scaled T-Rex-like beast, its obsidian armor pulsing with magma veins, its towering form exuding pure dominance.
Lucius paused for a moment, then grinned.
“Wow… what a cool T-Rex.”
The others immediately turned their heads upon hearing his voice.
Luna smirked.
“Master, you’re finally awake.”
Loreia adjusted herself, giving him a slight nod.
“You slept long enough.”
Liora grinned. “Welcome back, Master.”
Lucius chuckled, rolling his shoulders as he stepped closer.
“Of course, I’ve woken up. I’ve slept for more than a day.”
He let out a relaxed sigh, his eyes gleaming as he scanned the massive beast.
“I feel completely refreshed.”
But then, his attention shifted fully to Dreadmaw.
Lucius walked right up to the cage, placing his hand on its reinforced wall, staring directly at the beast.
“Still… this thing is massive.”
He chuckled.
“And strong.”
He turned to Liora, his smirk widening.
“You really did a good job capturing him.”
Liora’s eyes gleamed with pride.
“Thanks, Master. This one was a tough one.”
Lucius grinned, staring at Dreadmaw once more.
“Good. Then let’s see what we can do with him.”
But suddenly, Liora stepped forward, her face turned serious.
“But before that, Master… I need to talk to you about something.”
Lucius raised his eyebrow, turning his gaze toward her.
“Oh?”
He tilted his head slightly, intrigued.
“Sure. You can talk.”
Luna and Loreia exchanged glances, sensing that whatever Liora had to say wasn’t just about the hunt.
Lucius, still smirking, gestured for her to continue.
“So? What’s on your mind?”
