Fiona stepped out onto the raised eastern platform of Luxoria Castle.

Standing there, arms crossed and gaze fixed ahead, was Liora.

Her silver hair was tied back in a high combat loop.

Fionyx walked behind Fiona silently.

Liora turned at the sound of approaching footsteps.

Her gaze fell immediately on Fionyx.

“So Lord L have given you your beast.”

Fiona nodded with a grin.

“Yeah. Meet Fionyx.”

She patted the beast’s shoulder proudly.

“And now I’ve got something to protect me too.”

She turned toward the edge of the platform.

Forming a jetpack for her to fly with.
