Chapter 151: Chapter 151 Chapter 151: Chapter 151 Jewel had agreed to give Ariel the employee password to the company; he didn’t know the security password since it was not disclosed to anyone.
But Ariel was more than happy to have his employee password; she could hack her way in as long as she had easy access to his password.
She was out for Moon, and she wasn’t about to hold back on her attack on her, Moon would regret the day she ever thought of hurting Ariel.
“I have a question,” Ariel said as they settled on her Sofa; Jace was sitting on the floor, building house structures with his building blocks.
“Aw, come on, I already told you my password; tell me what happened, please,” Jewel desperately asked.
“Just one question, and I’ll tell you,” Ariel assured.
Jewel sighed and nodded, “What else do you want to know?” He questioned.
“Jess, what happened to her?
Where did she go to?
Why haven’t I seen her around?” Ariel stated at Jewel’s face, noting the sadness in them.
Jewel sighed and fell back against the sofa, “I don’t know; all I heard was Ken telling a colleague that Jess had travelled out of the country.
No reasons were given, no mention of her return, just that she left.
And, strangely, it was at the same period you went missing too.” He replied with a frown.
Ariel found it suspicious and duly strange.
How could Jess just disappear at the same time she did?
She was a hundred percent convinced that it was also Moon’s doing.
Her blood boiled as she realised that the mastermind was freely living her dream life while others had to suffer and maybe even die.
She clenched her fists, “Soon, Moon, just a little more time, and I’ll put you in your right place,” She whispered.
That afternoon, Ariel told Jewel everything that happened, starting from the day she got kidnapped in front of Aiden’s hospital to the day she returned with Jace to work with Aiden.
“That witch!
I hate her so much, I don’t know why Aiden has to put up with her, everyone could see how evil and fake she is,” Jewel muttered.
Ariel smiled, “Why else?
He lived her enough to sleep with her and make a baby with her, so he should put up with everything about her,” she shrugged, anger boiling inside her chest.
“I don’t even think the child is his,” Jewel scoffed.
Auden snapped her head to Jewel, a look of interest and shock displaying in her eyes, “What do you mean by that, Jewel?” She questioned.
Jewel shrugged, “I love kids.
I don’t have anything against the cute girl, but I just have to say that she looks nothing like Aiden; she looks more like her mother, unfortunately,” He sighed.
Ariel rolled her eyes; she thought there was some sort of hidden evidence he was about to tell her.
“Come on, Jewel, look at Jace, what face do you see on him?
Even though he’s a boy, he still looks nothing like the father; it’s all me,” she said in a low voice so Jace doesn’t hear.

Jewel frowned, “Well, I don’t know, even though it’s been confirmed with a DNA test, something still tells me that Candy isn’t Aiden’s,” He aired.
Ariel was quiet; she wasn’t going to be so naive and call his idea bluff.
Moon was capable of bribing just anybody, but if the DNA was conducted in Aiden’s hospital, then it was likely that the result was authentic; no one would dare to betray Aiden in that hospital.
The idea of DNA suddenly scared her; she hoped Auden or Mr.
Sloan wouldn’t get that idea on Jace; she wasn’t ready to fight for custody with Aiden; she knew she would lose to him.
However, she still asked to confirm which hospital it was in, “The DNA test, where did they do it, got any idea?” She asked.
Jewel nodded immediately, “Of course, where would he do it?
In his hospital, no one trusts that witch, so he took her to his hospital, and when the results came out, they had no choice but to believe it,” He explained.
Ariel was disappointed, and she had no choice but to believe it, too.
“Then there you have it,” She paused her lips, “Candy is Aiden’s child,” She crossed her legs under her.
Jewel was quiet; he didn’t know what to say, but he sure still doubted himself.
After spending the whole afternoon and late evening with Ariel, it was time for Jewel to go.
Ariel carried Jace and went down to the apartment with Jace.
She just wanted to follow him down, but she never expected to meet the last person she wanted to see.
“Good evening, Bestie, good evening, Ariel,” Moin stood in front of them as they wanted to walk out from the exit.
Jewel’s fave turned scornful; he glared at Moon with such hatred that would have left her breathless if only looks could kill.
“You-” “It’s alright, Jewel, you can leave, I’ll just take my son up and rest for the night,” Ariel patted Jewel’s shoulder as if she didn’t even see Moon standing in the way.
Jewel looked at Ariel and frowned, but when he saw the calm look on Ariel’s face, he decided to go with her plan, she looked like she was capable of handling Moon just on her own.
“Goodnight, then,” He hugged Ariel and waved at Jace before walking past Moon.
“Come on, honey, let’s get you ready for bed,” Ariel kissed her son’s cheek and walked back toward the elevator.
Before the elevator could open, Ariel saw a hand come between the door and stopped it from closing.
The doors slid open again and allowed Moon to walk through the door.
She walked in and quietly stood beside Ariel as the door closed.
The elevator was quiet as it took them up, and soon, it reached the floor and let them walk out of it.
Ariel still didn’t look at Moon, she gently carried her child out and walked up to her door.
“Sweetheart, go on and go to your room, okay?
Mummy has to speak to someone, alright, honey?” She whispered to Jace as she lowered his feet to the floor.
“Okay, Mummy,” He kissed her cheek and went into the house.
Ariel quietly shut the door before she turned to face Moon, who was standing a few feet away from her.
“Aww, so cute.
So the rumours were true, you did come back with a child,” Moon scoffed as she walked closer to Ariel.
She would admit that she was scared and devastated when she first saw Ariel in Aiden’s office, but after a few thoughts, she concluded that Ariel wasn’t a threat to her.
Aiden had already filed for a divorce, and even though Ariel decided to tell Aiden what happened three years ago, she wouldn’t have any evidence to back it up, and Grandma Nari would never allow anyone to separate her from Aiden since she had already given him a child.
Ariel was angry as she stared at Moon, but she composed herself; she knew that her plan for Moon would be the sweetest revenge ever.
“Is that all you came to say, Moon?” She asked, leaning against her door.
Moon shrugged, “Maybe,” She smirked.
Ariel smiled, “I admire your courage, Moon, you’re still as dumb as ever,” Moon laughed, flipping her hair over her shoulder, “Dumb?
Well, look where my dumbness got me and where it got you,” She boasted.
Ariel shook her head, “If the catching up is over, I’d like to go attend to my child,” She said and turned to enter her house, but Moon’s voice stopped her.
“It’s not,” Moon said and went closer to Ariel.
Ariel knew it wasn’t over, she slowly turned and nodded at Moon, “Go on, Moon,” Moon suddenly glared at Ariel, “Now, listen carefully, Ariel.
I’m just here to advise you to leave and return to wherever you came from because this time, there’ll be no room for mistakes.
I don’t know how you survived, and I don’t care, all I want to say is that if you ever try to come between Aiden and me, I’ll kill you, Ariel, it’s a promise, I can’t lose Aiden to you, it’s already a known fact between us,” She eyes Ariel scornfully.
Ariel chuckled, “Oh, Moon, you can’t lose what you never had, Sweetheart.
It’s been what?
Three years, and yet you’re still very much a single mother.
Doesn’t that say something to you?
Unwanted?
Rejected?
Despised?” Ariel taunted.
Moon clenched her fists beside her, “I see your mouth is still as sharp as ever.
You’re just a stupid bitch who I’m going to deal with, like I’ve always done.” She blurted out.
Ariel nodded.
“Bitch?
Well, it takes one to know one,” She smiled at Moon, her insults no longer got to her, she rather craved them to use them as her fuel for her revenge plan.
Moon was mad; she didn’t like the attitude Ariel was giving her, and she didn’t see the fear she expected to see in Ariel; it made her so mad, “One last advice, Ariel, make sure you don’t try to trap Aiden with that bastard son of – Argh!” Moon fell to the floor; stars and darkness were the only things that clouded her vision.
Her autoimmune response made her palm her cheeks and it was very close to her eyes; the stinging pain of Ariel’s slap was making her feel light-headed.
She was still trying to get her sight together when she felt another excruciating pain on her scalp, and her head was forced back as Ariel forcefully drew her head back by her head.
“Now, listen to me, Sun, fucking open your stupid eyes before I pluck them out,” Ariel tugged Moon’s hair harder.
“Ugh!” Moon screamed and opened her eyes.
Her vision was distorted, but she managed to focus on Ariel’s face, and the hostility she saw in her eyes had never been there before.
“Good girl, now, let’s make something clear between us,” Ariel whispered.
Moon was wincing and grunting, but Ariel didn’t give a shit about her.
“You can insult me, Moon, you can talk trash about me, or even Aiden, but you see my baby?
Nah, that’s just a fucking death wish.
I assure you that the last thing you’d want to do is to call him names, especially a bastard; I’d kill you and willingly report myself in.
Do you understand?!” She tugged Moon’s hair harder, causing tears to fall from the sides of her eyes.
“Yes, yes, I understand, please, it hurts, I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I understand,” Moon tapped Ariel’s leg.
Ariel bent her face beside Moon’s and whispered, “You and I know who the father is; don’t ever question his paternity before I question yours,” “No!
I mean, no, I won’t question it again, I know, I know he’s Aiden’s son, please, it hurts,” Moon was fully crying now.
Ariel narrowed her eyes at Moon.
The way she had reacted when she mentioned checking her paternity was suspicious, and just for that reason, she was going to look into it.
She slowly released Moon and stepped back from her.
Moon sniffed and quickly tried to stand up, however, before she could fully straighten up, Ariel slapped her again, exactly at the same place.
She fell back to the floor, her head ringing as she fell harder to the floor, she hit her head on the floor this time, too.
Moon felt humiliated, and she knew that she couldn’t personally fight with Ariel, she knew her strength and capacity and would never put herself in an unrecoverable condition.
“This one’s for what you did to me and my relationship three years ago, and watch your back, Sun, there’s more in store for you,” Ariel calmly informed before walking over to her door.
She suddenly paused and turned to look at Moon on the floor, “Unlike you, I don’t wipe out evidence, feel free to get this video from the apartment security, please, do show it to Aiden,” She smirked before going inside her house, leaving Moon grunting on the floor.
