Chapter 264: A condition most Guides complain about Chapter 264: A condition most Guides complain about It took Rhys several loads to bring all of the liquor in, and once he had, he laid it all along the living room walls.
That way he wasn’t taking up kitchen space, and he could wave his hand and bring it to him.
Kellen didn’t understand how that worked, and it didn’t seem like the Captain was in the right mood to explain his powers. He was nervous, fidgety, and he nearly jumped out of his skin when the doorbell rang.
Kellen didn’t even attempt to go answer it, especially since now that he’d sat down on his soft couch his thigh was causing him some pain.
He also didn’t want to get into a fight with Rhys over it, so he just sat back and watched the man carry everything over to the living room coffee table. He even brought over non alcoholic drinks and unpacked everything.
Kellen watched him as he shuffled around, determined, and when he was finally done, he stood back at his full height, his hands on his hips.
He hadn’t said anything to Kellen in the 10 minutes it had taken for him to get everything, unpack it, and lay it out nicely. Kellen watched as he looked over his work and nodded to himself.
Kellen did his best not to laugh. “Are you ready now?” Kellen asked him, leaning against the couch as he watched him.
Rhys glanced towards Kellen and nodded. “Mostly.
The rest can wait.” He said before making his way to the couch.
Once he’d sat down, he grabbed Kellen and pulled him close until they were back to chest and Rhys had his arm around Kellen’s waist. Kellen was flushed, his heart racing in his chest as Rhys moved behind him.
Everything that had been set out nicely on the table moved with a wave of Rhys’ hand and soon Kellen found a drink in his hand, a fork in Rhys’ one hand and a plate of food in the other. “Since we’re a little close, I hope you don’t mind me feeding you, right?” Rhys’ soft words against Kellen’s ears had his head spinning, and before he knew it, they’d moved so that Kellen was sat across Rhys’ lap, his back against the couch as Rhys had moved them into the corner spot.
Rhys had a soft, caring look on his face and he held a forkful of food up against Kellen’s lips, and Kellen felt a little woozy. Rhys had done something with his powers again, and hadn’t waited for Kellen to agree or disagree with him.
Kellen knew he should have been mad with him.
It was clear that he was taking advantage of Kellen’s injury to do whatever he wanted, but Kellen couldn’t find it in him to be angry with him. Not when the man was looking at him like he hung the moon and the stars in the sky, and his damn yellow eyes were soft like butter in his face.
Kellen found himself allowing Rhys to feed him food again, but this time it felt even more intimate. “Good boy.” Rhys murmured when Kellen opened his mouth and took the fork inside.
Kellen jerked. He chewed the food quickly, swallowing and opened his mouth to respond.
Rhys didn’t give him a second to do so.
He shoved another forkful of food into his mouth, silencing him and his eyes creased at the corners as Kellen chewed angrily. “Look at you, taking the food so easily.
So well.
You’re such a good eater, Kellen.” Rhys’ praise only made Kellen’s face heat more.
He chewed quickly, trying to protest again only Rhys was just as fast as him. They repeated this several more times until Kellen finally had enough and grabbed Rhys’ hand with his own, halting him. “W-What on earth are you thinking you are doing?” Kellen felt like he was yelling, his face flushed and his heart a drumbeat in his chest.
Rhys grinned, his eyes glancing over Kellen in such a way that Kellen felt naked even though he was fully clothed. “I was just stating the truth.” He said innocently, his big, yellow eyes tinting closer towards gold.
Kellen felt desperation tint his next words. “You are not just telling the truth!
You are…you are trying to start something!” Kellen sounded scandalised, and that was because he was.
He was sure that Rhys asked him to accompany him as he drank, and this was not drinking behaviour.
From what he knew, men couldn’t….you know after they drank enough.
Not that tonight was the night that they were going to do that, but still!
Kellen didn’t want to start something only for neither of them being able to fulfill the promise.
He would be more angry about that, and embarrassed. Rhys’ chuckle had Kellen jerking, unaware that his gaze had drifted somewhere else while he’d been in his own thoughts. “Kellen, what is it that you are worrying about?
Follow new episodes on the "N0vel1st.c0m".
Did you not like my words?
You seemed to like it the last time I fed you, even if you were embarrassed.” Kellen was not going to comment on whether he’d liked that experience or not, but Rhys could see right through him.
Rhys leaned in.
“Or are you embarrassed now that we’re all alone?
Or did you like it when others were around?
Are you into voyeurism, Kellen?” Kellen wasn’t sure his face was ever going to recover from how much blood was in his face. “I am not a voyeur, Captain Thatcher.
That’s not-I’m not worried about that!” He spat, his tone more than a little harsh.
The Captain smirked, sitting back and watching Kellen. “Oh?
So what has you so worked up then?
My little Kellen is sometimes testy, but he hasn’t been worked up like this for a while.” Rhys murmured and Kellen grumbled.
He didn’t know how he should say it, and was worried about how to bring it up. Flushed, embarrassed, and knowing he was already hard, Kellen swallowed thickly.
He looked away from Rhys, unable to meet his gaze as he felt the words leave his mouth. “I just, fuck, I just didn’t think that you should be talking like that if you were planning to drink like you said.” Kellen said, his voice quiet. “What do you mean?” Rhys’ voice was surprisingly neutral, and Kellen groaned. “Well, you know?” Kellen tried to imply and Rhys shifted. “No, I don’t know.
I need you to explain to me what you mean, Kellen.
I’m genuinely lost.” Kellen groaned again, ducking his head as he sighed.
This was so uncomfortable, and he thought it was universal knowledge.
He’d been told this not just by Brent, but other Guides as well.
Did Espers not talk about this?
“Well…guys who drink too much can’t…you know, and I was just thinking that if you were planning to, you know, drink so much, it would be best if you didn’t get us so worked up.” Kellen’s voice dropped into practically nothing as he continued to speak.
He hoped that Rhys didn’t take it the wrong way. He was just trying to save them both the embarrassment. Rhys’ whole body began to shake before he let out a loud bark of laughter.
He couldn’t stop laughing for so long that Kellen was growing worried that he was okay.
Kellen raised his gaze, looking up at the man and found that his face was bright, his eyes creased at the corners and when he looked at Kellen’s face, his laughter was renewed. It took him several minutes to calm himself before he was able to talk. “Kellen, who told you that?” He asked and Kellen felt a shiver of warning go down his spine.
He looked away from the Esper, his mouth turned down. “Uh, it wasn’t just Brent.
I heard it from several other Guides, and also some other people.
And in books and stuff.” Kellen muttered and Rhys grabbed his chin, forcing Kellen’s head in the direction of Rhys’ face.
Kellen met his gaze for a brief second before he darted his eyes away. “Kellen Woods.
While that might be true when it comes to most guys, that won’t be the case for me.
Ever.” Rhys leaned in, his warm breath fanning Kellen’s ear.
Kellen shivered.
“You never need to worry if I’ll ever be able to satisfy you after a long night of drinking.
The term you’re looking for is called whiskey dick, Kellen, and I would never let you be disappointed in that way.” Kellen felt another shiver go down his spine and his gaze slowly turned towards Rhys’. Rhys’ gaze was soft, warm, and his smile matched it.
Kellen swallowed. “Really?” He asked softly and Rhys chuckled. “You were really worried, weren’t you?” His smirk turned devious.
“Was Kellen worried about being teased and not being satisfied?” He joked and Kellen swallowed. “No, I was…I was worried that you were going to beat yourself up if you woke up the next morning and realised that you’d done something but hadn’t fulfilled it.” Kellen murmured and Rhys froze, before he groaned. “Damn it, Kellen.
I’m trying to be good.” Rhys told him and Kellen felt his eyes widen. “You’re trying to be good?
Right now?
I’m spread across your lap and you-” Rhys jerked Kellen’s body, pulling him closer so quickly that Kellen gasped.
Rhys’ hands palmed Kellen’s ass and Kellen felt his hands fly to Rhys’ shoulders.
Rhys pulled them close until their noses were brushing. “Kellen, would you rather I feed you by hand?
My fingers in your mouth, feeling and squeezing your tongue with each bite?
You’re topless, without any clothes on as I feed both your ass and your mouth?
Or would you rather I feed you by fork?” Kellen sucked in, his gaze dropping to Rhys’ lips and Rhys groaned.
“Don’t start with me.
You’re not going to be able to handle me right now.
I’m too wound up.
Yesterday will look like nothing if I put my hands on you too soon.
I need to get this edge off.” Kellen licked his lips, and watched as Rhys’ eyes shifted to gold. “Uh, I-I think I’d like the fork for now.” Kellen told him and Rhys grumbled. “For now?
For now?
You damn seductress.
Just you wait, Kellen, I’m going to have you on your damn stomach, knees spread as you hold open your ass, begging for me to take you.” Rhys’ words washed over Kellen and he felt himself harden even more. “Um, I don’t mean to sound like I don’t know anything, but isn’t that how most Guides do it?” Kellen asked and Rhys groaned even more. “Damn it, no, Kellen!
That’s not what-Did Jameson tell you that?” Rhys demanded and Kellen shook his head. “No.
That’s the main position they advertise in Guiding School.” Kellen told him.
Kellen could tell that his answer only made Rhys more angry, but Kellen didn’t know why. “Those damn fuckers.
Making a fucking group of damn-no.
You did nothing wrong, Kellen.
Not at all.
It’s my fault for not knowing basic shit that the schools teach.
I’ve been meaning to read up on a bunch of stuff and just haven’t had the time to do so.” Rhys sighed.
“Now, fuck, I’m going to feed you, and I’m going to praise you, because you deserve it.
Complain, protest, hell, I’ll even let you cry.
But I’m not stopping until I think you’ve eaten enough.” Rhys’ tone held an edge to it that Kellen knew was his Esper abilities riding him hard. Kellen swallowed, shifting slightly in his lap. “Uh, what if…what if I’m hungry for something else after all of the praise?” Kellen asked softly and Rhys chuckled. “Do you even need to ask?
I said I’ll feed you until I think you’ve eaten enough.
That means everything, Kellen.
Now, open that pretty mouth of yours.” CREATORS’ THOUGHTS CalyB Sorry for the delay!
Hope you guys enjoy 🙂
