Chapter 101: Chapter 101 You€™re the only one I care about Chapter 101: Chapter 101 You€™re the only one I care about “Human Doll??” Rose exclaimed, her eyes going wide with shock as she looked between Lilith and Sebastian.
“Sister Lilith, do you call Brother Human Doll?” Sebastian paused mid-sip, his gaze snapping to Lilith with a sharp yet curious look, as if daring her to explain.
Lilith smirked, resting her chin on her hand as she looked at Rose.
“Of course,” she replied casually, ignoring Sebastian’s darkening expression.
“Your brother is so perfect and polished-always composed, always Cold and expressionsless.
Don’t you think he looks like a doll sometimes?” Rose blinked, processing Lilith’s words, then suddenly burst into laughter, clutching her stomach.
“Oh my gosh!
Human Doll!
That’s so funny!” Rose giggled, pointing at her brother.
“You do look like a doll sometimes, Brother!” Sebastian set his coffee cup down with a quiet but firm clink, his expression neutral though his eyes glinted with faint irritation.
“Rose,” he said in a warning tone.
But Rose was too busy laughing, practically bouncing in her seat.
“Sister Lilith, you’re amazing!” Rose said between giggles.
“I’m going to call him Human Doll too!” Sebastian groaned softly, pinching the bridge of his nose as he leaned back in his chair.
“No, you’re not,” he said firmly, glaring at Lilith, who was clearly enjoying his discomfort far too much.
Lilith leaned back in her seat, crossing her arms with a triumphant smile.
“Looks like the nickname is catching on,” she teased, her blue eyes sparkling with mischief.
Sebastian sighed deeply and decided to ignore both of them, picking up his coffee again and focusing on the steaming liquid as though it held the answers to his patience.
Meanwhile, Rose, still grinning ear to ear, turned to him with sparkling eyes.
“Human Doll, don’t be angry…” she said sweetly, leaning toward him and tugging lightly at his sleeve.
Sebastian froze for a moment, his jaw tightening.
“Rose,” he said slowly, his voice carrying a note of warning.
“Don’t call me that.” But Rose wasn’t fazed in the slightest.
She giggled, resting her chin in her hands as she looked up at him.
“But it suits you so much, Brother!
And Sister Lilith gave it to you.
That makes it special, right?” Sebastian glanced at Lilith, who was watching the exchange with a smirk, her arms crossed as she leaned back in her chair.
Special?
he thought, his brow twitching slightly.
Ignoring the heat creeping up his neck, he turned back to Rose with a stern look.

“No more calling me that,” he said firmly, setting his coffee cup down with a deliberate clink.
“Okay, Human Doll,” Rose replied cheerfully, completely ignoring his command as she broke into laughter again.
Sebastian groaned, running a hand down his face.
Lilith, on the other hand, couldn’t contain her laughter any longer.
“I told you it’s perfect,” she teased, her voice light and triumphant.
Sebastian shot her a sharp look, but the hint of a smile tugging at the corner of his lips betrayed him.
*** On the way to the office, Lilith sat beside her sulking Human Doll, who was staring silently out of the window.
The sunlight streaming through the glass highlighted the sharp contours of his side profile, his defined jaw, the elegant slope of his nose.
Lilith found herself staring.
She blinked, snapping herself out of it, and cleared her throat.
“What’s your plan?” she asked casually, breaking the silence.
Sebastian turned his head slightly, raising an eyebrow as he glanced at her.
“What, like when we’re getting married?” he replied, his voice calm and collected, though the subtle straightening of his shoulders gave away his excitement.
Lilith rolled her eyes, smirking faintly.
“No,” she replied, her tone laced with humor.
“I meant about keeping our relationship secret and professional at the office.” Sebastian’s excitement instantly disappeared, replaced by a frown as he straightened in his seat.
“Why?” he asked, clearly unhappy with the idea.
“Because,” Lilith said, folding her arms and tilting her head at him, “I’m a professional secretary.
Mixing personal and professional lives in the workplace could lead to issues.” Sebastian’s frown deepened, his jaw tightening slightly.
“But I want people to know you’re mine,” he said bluntly, his dark eyes meeting hers with a fiery intensity.
Lilith raised a brow, a playful smirk tugging at her lips.
“Possessive much?” she teased lightly.
Sebastian didn’t deny it.
Instead, he leaned slightly closer, his gaze unwavering.
“Yes,” he said simply.
“I don’t care what people think.
You’re my girlfriend, and I want everyone to know it.” Lilith chuckled softly, shaking her head.
“Well, Human Doll, we’ll see about that.
But for now, at the office, I’m just your secretary.” Sebastian leaned back, crossing his arms with a scowl.
“Fine,” he muttered.
But as he stared out the window again, his mind was already spinning with ways to subtly make it known to everyone that Lilith was his.
Sebastian’s phone rang suddenly, breaking the silence.
He glanced at the screen, and his gaze immediately darkened when he saw the caller ID-Grandma Bria.
With a cold expression, he picked up the call, his jaw tightening.
“Sebby… please don’t be angry at Grandma,” came the soft, pleading voice from the other end.
Sebastian frowned.
It wasn’t Grandma Bria speaking-it was Sienna.
“She’s really sad about what happened.
She didn’t mean to hurt Rose; she just wanted to teach her…” Sebastian gripped his phone tightly, his anger barely under control, threatening to spill over.
Without a word, he cut the call and immediately blocked the number.
The car grew quiet again, the air heavy with tension.
Lilith, who had been watching his reaction closely, smirked, her piercing blue eyes glinting with amusement.
“My love rival, huh?” she said, her voice smooth and deep, filed with playful mockery.
Sebastian’s head snapped toward her, his expression still cold, though her teasing tone softened the edge just slightly.
Lilith arched a brow, her smirk widening.
“What?
Should I be worried?” Sebastian exhaled sharply, leaning back in his seat as his gaze softened just a fraction.
“Don’t be ridiculous,” he muttered, his voice low but firm.
“You’re the only one I care about.” Lilith’s smirk turned into a soft laugh.
“Good answer, Human Doll.” Sebastian sighed, running a hand through his hair as the corners of his lips twitched upward, despite himself.
