Chapter 191: Chapter 191 Couple’s therapy (1) Chapter 191: Chapter 191 Couple’s therapy (1) What truly, deeply enraged her was- The stupid robot.
Her fingers twitched in frustration.
She had seen high-level artificial intelligence.
She had seen sci-fi worlds filled with hyper-intelligent machines.
And if she had to rank Sir Sparkleton?
His intelligence would be infinite minus zero.
Negative.
Below rock bottom.
Lilith sat up abruptly, gripping her hair.
She had never felt so insulted in her life.
Not by the kidnapping.
Not by being locked on an island.
But by being forced to co-exist with the dumbest piece of metal in existence.
Her jaw clenched as she muttered under her breath, “Human Doll… you will pay for this.” “Pay for what?” Suddenly Lilith’s head snapped up at the sound of that infuriatingly smooth voice.
Her eyes locked onto the figure standing casually in front of her, dressed in an all-black ensemble..a fitted coat, a crisp black shirt, dark tailored pants, and a sleek black watch glinting against his wrist.
The man had the audacity to look delicious.
Darkness stood there, arms crossed, his lips curved into an amused smirk as he watched her reaction.
His dark eyes gleamed with something playful, but undeniably dangerous.
“What do I have to pay for, sweetheart?” His voice was deep, rich, dripping with mock innocence.
Lilith’s eye twitched.
She wanted to be mad.
She was mad.
But damn it, why did he have to look so ridiculously good while being the worst?
She quickly shook off the thought, crossing her arms as she shot him a glare.
“Oh, I don’t know,” she said, voice dripping with sarcasm.
“Maybe for the whole ‘drugging me and dragging me to an island’ situation?” Darkness chuckled, low and dark.
“That?
I’d say that was a necessary decision.” Lilith’s nails dug into her arms.
“And leaving me alone with that idiotic tin can?” Darkness raised an eyebrow, pretending to look thoughtful.
“Ah, you mean Sir Sparkleton?” Lilith’s rage spiked.

“Don’t.
Say.
His.
Name.” Darkness smirked, clearly enjoying this far too much.
“You don’t like him?
He’s quite entertaining.” Lilith let out a sharp breath, standing up so fast the blanket fell from her lap.
“I have never suffered more in my entire existence than in the past twenty-four hours with that thing!” Darkness tilted his head slightly, amusement flickering in his gaze.
“So, you weren’t angry about being kidnapped.” Lilith crossed the distance between them, poking a finger into his firm chest.
“Oh, don’t get me wrong.
I’ll get you back for that too.
But the robot?” She stepped closer, her glare burning.
“That was personal.” Darkness bit his lower lip, as if trying to hold back laughter.
“Ah, sweetheart… you’re adorable when you’re furious.” Lilith’s patience snapped.
She kicked him.
Darkness barely dodged, chuckling as he grabbed her wrist mid-attack.
His grip was firm but gentle, his fingers warm against her skin.
He tugged her forward slightly, their faces inches apart.
“Careful, Sweetheart,” he murmured, his voice dropping to something dangerously soft.
“If you keep looking at me like that… I might think you missed me.” Lilith’s breath caught for a fraction of a second before she yanked her wrist away.
“Don’t flatter yourself, Human Doll.” Darkness grinned, his eyes darkening as he stepped even closer.
“Oh, sweetheart… you don’t have to call me that in bed.” Lilith stared at him for a second- Then, with zero hesitation, she grabbed a pillow and WHACKED him across the face.
“GET OUT.” Darkness laughed, dodging the second attack effortlessly.
“You’re stuck here with me, sweetheart.
There’s nowhere to go.” Lilith gritted her teeth.
“Oh, trust me.
I will escape.
And when I do?” She narrowed her eyes, voice deadly calm.
“I’ll kidnap you right back.” Darkness blinked.
Then, to her absolute horror- He smirked.
“I’ll be waiting.” Lilith rolled her eyes, exhaling sharply.
She had had enough of this nonsense-the kidnapping, the taunting, the ridiculous flirting.
And yet, somehow, things were about to get worse.
Because at that exact moment- A painfully familiar robotic voice rang through the room.
“MASTER SEBASTIAN!
WELCOME, WELCOME BACK!” Lilith froze.
Darkness turned his head slightly, his smirk deepening as his personal disaster of a robot rolled into the room.
Sir Sparkleton approached with excitement, his tiny arms waving as if greeting a king.
“SYSTEM ALERT!
MASTER SEBASTIAN HAS RETURNED!
MISS LILITH HAS BEEN VERY DIFFICULT!” Lilith’s eye twitched violently.
Darkness raised an eyebrow, looking between her and the robot.
“Difficult, huh?” Sir Sparkleton nodded aggressively, his red eyes blinking rapidly.
“YES, YES!
MISS LILITH HAS BEEN VIOLENT!
SHE HAS ATTACKED ME MULTIPLE TIMES!
SYSTEM DAMAGE LEVEL: CRITICAL!” Lilith dragged a hand down her face, her patience officially dead.
“Oh my goodness, shut up.” Darkness chuckled, crossing his arms.
“Tsk, Sweetheart.
Bullying an innocent robot?” Lilith turned to him slowly, her expression deadpan.
“That thing is not innocent.” Sir Sparkleton flapped his arms.
“MASTER SEBASTIAN!
MISS LILITH HAS REFUSED TO EAT!
SHE HAS ALSO REFUSED MY HEALTH CHECKS!
SHE HAS BEEN MEAN TO ME!” Darkness tilted his head in mock concern.
“Refusing to eat?
Sweetheart, that’s bad.
Are you trying to make my robot sad?” Lilith snapped.
She grabbed a nearby another pillow and chucked it directly at Darkness face.
“SHUT UP, HUMAN DOLL!” Darkness effortlessly dodged, laughing.
“Feisty as ever.” Meanwhile, Sir Sparkleton was still talking.
“MASTER SEBASTIAN!
I HAVE CAPTURED FOOTAGE OF MISS LILITH FLIPPING YOU OFF THROUGH THE CAMERA!
WOULD YOU LIKE TO REVIEW IT?” Lilith stiffened.
Darkness, however, didn’t even blink.
He let out a low chuckle, tilting his head slightly as his dark eyes gleamed with amusement.
“No need.
I already saw it.” Lilith rolled her eyes.
“Of course, you did.” Darkness smirked, stepping closer, his gaze locked onto hers.
“You knew I was watching.
That’s why you did it, didn’t you?” Lilith crossed her arms, refusing to let him have the upper hand.
“Oh, absolutely.
I wanted to make sure you knew exactly how much I appreciated being locked up on an island like some expensive house pet.” Darkness hummed thoughtfully, his fingers grazing his jaw as if considering her words.
“A house pet, hmm?
Tempting idea.
Should I get you a collar?” Lilith grabbed the nearest object, a decorative cushion from the couch and hurled it at his face.
Darkness caught it effortlessly, his smirk widening.
“Missed, sweetheart.” Lilith clenched her fists, exhaling slowly to stop herself from murdering him right then and there.
Meanwhile, Sir Sparkleton, still lying on the floor, let out a robotic sigh.
“SYSTEM DETECTS HIGH LEVELS OF HOSTILITY.
SYSTEM SUGGESTS COUPLE’S THERAPY.”
