Chapter 286: Chapter 286 Emergency
Sienna was glowing with madness, her lips stretched in a smile so wide it barely looked human anymore. She giggled softly as she reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone like it was hers. Her fingers danced over the screen until she found it—Lili *heart emoji*

The moment her eyes read that name, something in her face snapped. Her grin curled darker, and her pupils shrank with possessive rage. Without a second thought, she pressed video call. The connection rang once. Twice.

And then it connected.

On the other side, Lilith sat in her room at Rose Manor, dressed comfortably, her hair loosely tied, legs curled under her as she stared out the window.

Her chest had been tight for minutes now, her breath uneven, her heart racing without cause. She had felt this weight before—once, years ago, when she lost someone precious.

A heaviness in the air, like something terrible was about to crash down. She clutched her wrist gently, trying to ground herself.

Her phone rang.

And the moment she saw the caller ID—Human Doll calling.. her heart settled only slightly. She smirked and answered, forcing lightness into her tone. “Missed me?” she asked, eyes narrowing playfully.

But her smile vanished the second the screen lit up.

Her entire body froze.

The video showed Sienna half-naked, her hair messy, her head resting on Sebastian’s unconscious chest like he was a trophy. Lilith’s blood turned to ice. Her fingers tightened around the phone.

“What are you doing with his phone?” she asked, her voice cold enough to cut stone. Sienna shivered, but the madness didn’t break.

“Hehehe… look! My Sebby!” she squealed, stroking his arm, her eyes half-lidded in obsession. “He’s mine now… see? So warm… his skin is soft… he smells so good…”

Lilith’s heart slammed painfully against her ribs.

Alexander wasn’t moving.

His face looked pale.

Too pale.

She immediately muted the call, her fingers trembling but fast. Without hesitation, she dialed Quinn.

Quinn had just stepped out of the bathroom, sighing in relief when he saw his missed call from the Lilith. But when he saw Lilith’s name flash again on his screen, something in his stomach twisted.

“Miss Lilith,” he said, voice tightening.

“Where is your boss?” she snapped, already grabbing her car keys. Her voice shook from fury. “What is Sienna doing with him?”

Quinn turned to the monitor and his heart stopped.

He didn’t speak. Just moved.

“Royal Hotel,” he muttered fast, and ended the call without waiting. He immediately dialed security, ordered the bodyguards stationed nearby to break into Room 101, and called the police.

His heart was racing as he sprinted to the elevator, reaching the fifth floor.

The door to room 101 was broken and open.

The scene inside made him stop mid-step.

Bodyguards were already inside, one of them pulling Sienna away from Sebastian’s unconscious form. She was kicking and flailing, her hands trying to reach out to his body, her voice shaking as she cried, “Don’t touch him! He’s mine! Mine!! You all don’t understand—he belongs to me!!”

Quinn’s chest rose and fell sharply as he stepped in.

Sienna’s wild, glassy eyes turned toward him—but she didn’t speak. Her focus was still on Sebastian, her face twisted with obsession as she whispered his name like a prayer.

And there, lying on the bed, pale and silent—

Was his boss.

Quinn’s breath caught as he rushed toward the bed, his heart pounding in his chest the moment his eyes landed on the injury at the back of his head.

Blood had already soaked into the sheets, and a thin trail had run down behind his ear.

“No, no, no—sir…” he whispered, eyes widening in shock. Without wasting a second, he turned to the nearest bodyguard and shouted, “Get him to the hospital now! Hurry!”

The bodyguards didn’t hesitate. They gently but quickly lifted Sebastian from the bed, one supporting his head carefully, the other his legs, and rushed him out toward the waiting car.

Quinn followed behind, but his eyes scanned the room as they left. That’s when he saw it—a large porcelain vase shattered on the floor, its sharp edges painted red. He didn’t need anyone to explain. He understood. She had hit him from behind. Probably when he stood to leave.

He gritted his teeth, a wave of helplessness flooding through him. Turning back, he told another guard to cover that woman’s body. Sienna, now screaming, half-naked and tangled in the sheets, was still reaching out toward the doorway like she hadn’t yet realized it was over.

Soon after, police arrived, and Quinn greeted them with the footage already transferred to a tablet. His voice was sharp and professional as he explained everything—the setup, the trap, the evidence, the assault. Every piece of it. Officers surrounded Sienna, pulling her hands behind her back as she thrashed and cried and laughed all at once.

Quinn didn’t stay to watch. He turned away, needing to check on his boss but just then, he heard the growing sound of voices outside the building. People had gathered. Staff. Guests. Curious onlookers.

By the time Lilith finally reached the main entrance of Royal Hotel, the lobby was already cleared out. The crowd had disappeared. The police vans were gone. And when she rushed toward the reception desk, no one seemed to know where Sebastian or the others had gone. Her chest tightened.

She quickly pulled out her phone and called Assistant Quinn again. He answered within two rings, his voice slightly shaky.

“Miss Lilith,” he said quickly, “we’re at the hospital now. He—he’s being treated.” That was all she heard. Her heart stopped. The words sank like ice into her spine. Her hand trembled slightly, but she didn’t say a word.

She ended the call and turned, walking swiftly back to her car. Her face was pale. Her eyes cold. She didn’t let a single tear fall but inside her chest, her heart was racing painfully fast. She had never driven this fast before.

The roads blurred past her as she ignored every red light, every honk, every passing thought. Her hands were clenched on the steering wheel, and her mind was blank except for one thing—him.

She didn’t care who saw her. She didn’t care what the news said. She just needed to see him. Please… let him be okay.

Her jaw tightened as she reached the hospital gates, and her fingers tightened around the wheel once more. Her fear was silent. But it was deep.
