Devilish secretary - Chapter 69
Chapter 69: Chapter 69 Sienna office Chapter 69: Chapter 69 Sienna office Lilith’s smile remained steady.
“Thank you for your concern, but rest assured, I make sure my work is flawless before stepping into a meeting.
Perhaps you should review the content beforehand, Miss Sienna.
It might save you from unnecessary confusion.” A few stifled chuckles could be heard from the executives.
Even assistant Quinn couldn’t hide his amusement, glancing at Lilith with admiration.
Sebastian, however, was not amused.
His voice was deep and icy.
“Miss Sienna,” he said coldly,”this is not a casual gathering.
If you’re not prepared, I suggest you review the materials before speaking out of turn again.” Sienna’s shoulders stiffened, and her gaze dropped to her notes.
“Yes, sir,” she mumbled, clearly humiliated.
Lilith turned back to her documents without another glance at Sienna.
Sebastian’s dark eyes lingered on Lilith for a fraction longer, a subtle glint of approval in his gaze, before he turned his attention back to the presentation.
As the meeting resumed.
After the meeting, the room emptied quickly, leaving only Lilith, Quinn, Sebastian, and Sienna behind.
Lilith calmly gathered the meeting materials, while Quinn pretended to review notes, his face carefully neutral.
Sienna, however, had no such subtlety.
She practically skipped toward Sebastian, flipping her hair as she smiled at him with what she likely thought was charming.
“Sebbbbyyyyy!” she drawled, her voice sugary and overly loud.
“You don’t have to be so strict with me.
I know you, personally.
If there was no one else here, you would’ve already kissed me by now,” she said, making an exaggerated shy face as she twirled a strand of hair around her finger.
The room fell silent.
Quinn froze mid-note, his eyes widening slightly in disbelief.
Lilith’s hands paused as she stacked the meeting files.
Her piercing blue eyes flicked up to observe the scene, her face calm, but a dangerous spark gleamed in her gaze.
Sebastian’s jaw tightened, and the room seemed to grow colder.
Slowly, he straightened his posture, his sharp, dark eyes locking onto Sienna.
His expression was the very definition of icy displeasure, and the tension in the air became suffocating.
“Miss Blake,” Sebastian said, his voice as cold and cutting as a blade.
“I suggest you stop speaking nonsense in my office.” “But Sebby-” Sienna started, clearly not reading the room.

Sebastian held up a hand, effectively silencing her.
“Firstly, do not address me so informally in a professional setting.
Secondly, your assumption is not only baseless but highly inappropriate.
And lastly,” his voice dropped a notch, a dangerous edge creeping into it, “do not waste my time with childish antics.” Sienna’s smile faltered, and her face turned an embarrassing shade of red.
“I-I was just joking,” she stammered, trying to laugh it off.
“You’re so serious, Sebby-I mean, Mr.
Carter.” Lilith’s lips curled into a faint smirk, though she kept her gaze on the files in her hand.
“Miss Blake,” Lilith interjected smoothly, her tone professional but filed with amusement, “perhaps it’s best to save your jokes for a more suitable time.
This is a workplace, after all.” Quinn nearly coughed to hide his laughter, and Sienna shot Lilith a glare, but her words were clearly lost on Sebastian, who had already turned his attention to Lilith.
“Miss Lilith,” Sebastian said in a low, calm voice, “prepare my next meeting documents and send it to my email by the end of the day.” Lilith nodded, when he addressed her.
“Understood, sir,” she replied, her tone perfectly polite, though her eyes sparkled with subtle amusement.
Sebastian gave her a brief nod and walked toward his office, completely ignoring Sienna’s presence.
Left standing awkwardly in the middle of the meeting room, Sienna glared daggers at Lilith, who simply turned on her heel and left the meeting room as she heard Sienna muttering behind her.
“Don’t get too comfortable, Miss Perfect,” Sienna hissed under her breath, though Lilith didn’t even bother to look back.
**** “Sebbbvyyyyyyy!” Sienna’s high-pitched voice rang through the office, making a few employees wince.
“This Quinnnn bitch isn’t telling me where my office is!
Or…
do you want me to sit next to you?” she added, batting her eyelashes dramatically as she stood outside Sebastian’s office.
The atmosphere in the office was heavy with annoyance; even the clicking of keyboards slowed as people paused to roll their eyes at her antics.
It had been less than two hours, and everyone was already tired of Sienna’s drama.
Quinn looked at her, completely bewildered.
He hadn’t been told to prepare an office for her-probably because no one knew she was starting until she showed up at the meeting.
Feeling the pressure, he muttered, “Miss Blake, I’ll ask Mr.
Carter about your seating arrangement,” but Sienna cut him off with another screech.
Before anyone could intervene, the door to Sebastian’s office opened.
Standing in the doorway, Sebastian Ray appeared pretending calm and serious.
He cleared his throat, struggling to suppress the smirk threatening to spread across his lips.
“Miss S,” (Miss sh*t ) he said smoothly, his voice deep and even.
Sienna froze, and her face lit up with delight.
She clutched her hands to her chest as if he’d just proposed to her.
“Sebbbvyyyyyyy!” she squealed.
“You even gave me a nickname!” The entire office stopped.
Even Quinn blinked in shock.
Miss S?
Lilith, sitting at her workstation nearby frowned.
Ray, still perfectly Acting composed, tilted his head slightly.
“I’ve prepared an office for you,” he said smoothly.
This announcement caused an uproar of whispers.
Quinn’s jaw dropped in disbelief.
When did this happen?
Lilith raised an eyebrow, her gaze become dark.
“You did?!” Sienna’s voice was giddy with excitement.
She clapped her hands together, practically bouncing on her heels.
“Oh my God, Sebby, I knew you cared about me!
Where is it?
Is it close to your office?” She grinned widely, already imagining herself in a luxurious corner office.
Sebastian nodded and gestured for her to follow.
“This way,” he said, walking briskly down the hall.
Quinn exchanged a look with Lilith, his expression a mix of confusion and disbelief.
‘What…
When did he prepare an office for her?’ he thought as he followed them behind.
The entire office held its breath as Sebastian led Sienna down the corridor.
She followed him like an eager puppy, her heels clicking loudly against the floor.
“I just knew you’d take care of me, Sebby,” she gushed.
“After all, we have such a special connection.” Finally, Sebastian stopped in front of a door and gestured toward it.
“Here’s your office,” he announced.
Sienna’s grin widened as she pushed the door open, but her face fell instantly.
The office was…
tiny.
Barely large enough to fit a desk and chair, it was sandwiched right next to the restroom.
The faint smell of cleaning products and air freshener wafted out, and the sound of the toilet flushing could be heard from inside.
Sienna froze in disbelief, her smile twitching.
“W-what is this?” “This is your office,” Sebastian repeated, his voice steady but with a distinct glint of amusement in his eyes.
“It’s what was available at short notice.” Quinn’s hand flew to his mouth to stifle a laugh, his shoulders shaking with suppressed mirth.
“But…
it’s so small!” Sienna cried, her voice breaking.
She looked at Sebastian, hoping for reassurance, but he simply raised an eyebrow.
“It’s functional,” he said simply.
“And conveniently located near the restroom.
I thought you’d appreciate the accessibility.” “B-but Sebby!” she whined, tears of humiliation threatening to spill.
“I thought…
I thought you’d-” “Enjoy your new space, Miss S,” Sebastian interrupted, his tone polite but firm.
Without waiting for her response, he turned on his heel and walked away, leaving her gaping in the doorway.
The lunch break was abuzz with hushed laughter and whispers.
Word had spread fast about Sienna’s “prestigious” office placement.
Employees gathered in corners, exchanging knowing glances and stifled giggles whenever she passed by.
“Next to the restroom?
Seriously?” one whispered, trying not to burst out laughing.
“Serves her right for acting like she owns the place,” another Said, barely able to contain their amusement.
Meanwhile, Lilith frowned slightly as she sipped her coffee.
The commotion barely fazed her, but something about the situation felt incomplete.
Why did human doll even bother giving her an office?
She shook her head and returned to her desk.
******** After lunch, Lilith received a message summoning her to Sebastian’s office.
She knocked on the door, and his smooth voice called out, “Come in.” Pushing the door open cautiously, she stepped inside.
Before she could even register what was happening, she found herself shoved back against the wall.
However, she reacted faster than her Sebastian ray expected.
Without hesitation, she drove her knee hard into his stomach, making him stumble back with a groan.
“Oh, Miss Mystery,” came the familiar playful voice.
“You’re really not romantic at all.” Ray stood there, rubbing his stomach with a pout, his expression both amused and exaggeratedly hurt.
His dark eyes twinkled mischievously as he leaned against desk, feigning injury.
Lilith narrowed her piercing blue eyes at him, her posture guarded.
“Sir,” she said in a calm but sharp tone, “what exactly are you doing?”
