Devilish secretary - Chapter 94
Chapter 94: Chapter 94 She is dangerous Chapter 94: Chapter 94 She is dangerous Lilith crossed her arms, tilting her head slightly.
“Why buy new ones?
I’ll just grab something from my place,” she said, stepping forward as if to leave.
But before she could pass him, Sebastian’s hand shot out, gently catching her wrist.
“No.” His voice softened, but the grip remained firm.
“You might catch a cold.
Be a good girl and wash up.” Lilith’s brows lifted, a flicker of amusement dancing in her eyes.
“Good girl?” she repeated, her lips twitching into a smirk.
Sebastian met her gaze without flinching, his thumb brushing lightly over her wrist.
“I’m serious,” he said, leaning slightly closer.
“I’ll feel better knowing you’re warm and dry.” Lilith’s gaze focuse on him for a moment, searching his face for any hint of mischief.
But all she found was sincerity, mixed with that dangerously soft gaze he only seemed to show when looking at her.
With a small sigh, Lilith plucked the towel and shirt from his hands.
“Fine,” she muttered, rolling her eyes playfully.
“But don’t think this means I’ll be your good girl forever.” Sebastian’s lips quirked into a faint smirk.
One step at a time, he thought, watching her disappear into the bathroom.
Sebastian strode down the hall, his footsteps light against the floors.
As he approached Rose’s room, he noticed the door was slightly ajar, the soft glow of a nightlight spilling into the hallway.
He took a deep breath, gently pushing the door open without a sound.
Inside, the room glowed with soft pink tones, filled with stuffed animals and delicate curtains.
The curtains were slightly lifted, offering a glimpse of the night through the glass window.
The atmosphere felt warm and gentle, like a cozy little haven.
Sebastian’s gaze softened as his eyes settled on Rose.
She was curled up behind the thick blankets, her small frame barely visible apart from the tuft of hair peeking out.
Her chest rose and fell steadily, her peaceful breathing the only sound in the room.
Sebastian stepped closer, stopping at the edge of her bed.
For a long moment, he simply stood there, his sharp eyes tracing over her innocent, sleeping face.
The tension in his chest slowly eased.
His fingers lightly brushed the edge of the blanket, tucking it gently over her shoulder.
Sebastian let out a quiet sigh, barely audible, as he stood still for a moment longer.

Satisfied she was safe, he turned and quietly made his way out, pulling the door closed behind him with a soft click.
He ran a hand through his damp hair, feeling the chill of his rain-soaked clothes clinging to his skin.
I should change, he thought absently, but his feet didn’t immediately carry him to his room.
Instead, his thoughts drifted back to the woman currently occupying the guest room.
She’s not just any woman €“ she’s his girlfriend.
With a subtle smirk tugging at his lips, Sebastian shook his head and strode down the hall.
Sebastian quickly changed into a dry shirt and pants, running a towel through his damp hair.
The cold from the rain still lingered faintly on his skin, but he barely felt it.
After dialing the cook, he gave clear instructions to prepare something warm and light dinner.
With that settled, he strode toward the guest room, with long stride.
The door was slightly ajar.
He still knocked lightly, but there was no response.
He hesitated for a brief second before quietly pushing it open.
But the moment his eyes landed inside- Sebastian’s breath caught.
Lilith stood near the bed, wearing only his dark shirt.
The fabric hung loosely over her frame, dipping just enough to reach mid-thigh.
Her bare legs stretched beneath it, smooth and fair against the lighting of the room.
Her long, damp hair cascaded down her back, small droplets of water trailing along her skin as she gently toweled it dry.
Sebastian’s grip on the door tightened slightly as he watched her, heat rising in his chest.
The curve of her figure beneath the oversized shirt made his throat dry.
For a moment, he couldn’t look away.
Lilith, sensing his presence, glanced up.
Her piercing gaze met his almost immediately, but instead of flinching, she arched a brow, smirking slightly.
“Enjoying the view, sir?” she teased, tossing the towel onto a nearby chair.
Sebastian exhaled slowly, forcing his gaze back to her eyes, but the faint pink that dusted his ears gave him away.
“I knocked,” he said smoothly, stepping inside and closing the door behind him.
“You left the door open.” Lilith crossed her arms, leaning casually against the wall.
The way the shirt shifted over her body only made things worse.
“Maybe I did that on purpose,” she replied, eyes glinting mischievously.
Sebastian chuckled under his breath, shoving his hands into his pockets in an attempt to ground himself.
She’s dangerous.
But he didn’t mind it one bit.
Sebastian’s steps were slow, deliberate, as he closed the distance between them.
Lilith’s sharp gaze followed him, her brow raising slightly, but she didn’t move.
The room felt smaller-quieter.
His eyes, dark and unreadable, locked onto hers.
For a moment, neither of them spoke, the air between them thick with tension.
Sebastian’s hand slid around her waist, pulling her gently but firmly against him.
Lilith’s breath hitched, her lips parting slightly as she felt the solid warmth of his chest beneath her palm.
She tilted her head up to meet his gaze, realizing just how much taller he was.
Lilith was tall herself, but even now, she barely reached his chest.
Sebastian’s eyes lowered, tracing the shape of her lips as she unconsciously bit down on them.
His thumb lifted, brushing against her lower lip, lingering there.
“Don’t bite them…” he murmured, his voice husky and low.
Lilith’s heart pounded in her chest, but she held his gaze steadily, the corners of her lips curling into the faintest smirk beneath his thumb.
“And if I do?” she asked softly, the challenge clear in her tone.
Sebastian’s grip on her waist tightened slightly, his thumb still pressed gently to her lip.
“Then I’ll have to stop you myself,” he replied, leaning in closer-too close.
Their breaths mingled, the space between them shrinking to almost nothing.
Lilith’s hand slid up, her fingers lightly grazing his jawline as she whispered against his skin.
“I’d like to see you try, sir.”
