Chapter 73: Chapter 71: Unlock a secret
The Satan’s Cult leader reached up and removed the ‘ Bright Mirror ‘ revealing his true face. The tense atmosphere in the hall instantly cooled down.
Everyone stopped what they were doing and turned their eyes to the face that looked exactly like mine.
The only sound left in the hall was the hum of the computer fans.
The person who had been opposing me and trying to kill me looked exactly like me.
I found it unbelievable, yet somehow it made perfect sense.
That strange feeling was extremely contradictory.
“Two reincarnations of Satan, could they be twins?” This thought had just occurred to me when I realized it was wrong.
Although the person in front of me looked exactly like me, there was a maturity in his expression, making him appear slightly older, around twenty-seven or twenty-eight.
But regardless, this person must have an extraordinary connection to me.
“Who exactly are you? Why do you look so… so similar to Yongnuo?” Rahab’s heavy voice sounded from behind me, with a hint of surprise.
He and Cerberus had already stopped fighting, and it seemed Samael, respecting his own status, did not take advantage of the situation, and they all stood by idly.
The true identities of the Satan’s Cult leader and me had always been in doubt, and even Rahab didn’t know which of us was the true reincarnation of Satan.
Now he appeared before us with a face strikingly similar to mine, which was truly unbelievable, prompting Rahab to ask.
The Satan’s Cult leader shook his finger disdainfully and said, “Tsk tsk! Rahab, you seem to have misunderstood something. This trash looks like me, not the other way around.”
“What do you mean by that?” I frowned.
The Satan’s Cult leader sneered and, instead of answering, asked, “Hey, trash, do you remember the report from Florence?”
“What report?” As soon as I asked, I realized, “Ah, the report about my mother’s background!”
“Hey, your brain isn’t completely useless,” the Satan’s Cult leader said coldly. “You should know that the two people who raised you were not your real parents, right?”
The Satan’s Cult leader’s sly expression and his question clearly showed he knew the secret of my origins.
I thought for a moment, then glared at the smug Satan’s Cult leader and asked, “Do you know who my parents are?”
“I don’t know who your parents are. But,” the Satan’s Cult leader smirked at me, “I do know how you, this piece of trash, came to be!”
The Satan’s Cult leader looked exactly like me, only a few years older. I had wondered if he could be my biological father, but his age suggested he was more like an older brother.
In Florence, I learned from the Satan’s Cult’s investigation report on my mother that my mom and dad were not my biological parents. Later, when I met Kongming, he hinted that there was another reincarnation of Satan in the world but didn’t say much about my origins. It wasn’t until I traced my steps back to the orphanage where I was adopted that I learned I had been entrusted to the headmaster by a mysterious person as a baby. But who that person was remained a mystery.
Now the Satan’s Cult leader seemed to know the details of my origins, and hearing this made my heart race.
I calmed myself a bit and asked, “How do you know? What is your connection to me?”
“Shut up!” The Satan’s Cult leader’s face suddenly changed, and he shouted angrily, “You trash, trash, trash, trash! What connection could I possibly have with you, this piece of trash? None at all!”
His sudden outburst left me stunned, and everyone else was equally silent, not understanding the situation.
At that moment, a voice sounded behind me, “Stop fooling around. Just explain your relationship with Yongnuo to everyone clearly!”
The voice was cold and emotionless. I turned to see that it was Samael, the leader of the Seven Lords.

Samael stood arrogantly, hands behind his back, in a spotless white robe. Despite the intense battle earlier, he seemed completely unscathed.
With Rahab on his left, Cerberus on his right, and Musashi and Yang Jian in front, Samael’s gaze was fixed solely on me, ignoring the powerful enemies surrounding him as if they didn’t exist, exuding an air of confidence.
Upon hearing Samael, the Satan’s Cult leader lowered his head, clenched his fists, and trembled slightly, remaining silent.
Standing close, I sensed his intense effort to contain his anger, though a faint aura of rage still emanated from him.
“Speak quickly!” Samael said coldly, his tone tinged with impatience.
The Satan’s Cult leader finally raised his head, glaring at me with resentment, and said through gritted teeth, “Fine!” Then he clapped his hands.
Samael, as the founder of the Satan’s Cult and the one who appointed the current leader, held a high status in the cult. Even so, the current leader, being the reincarnation of Satan, should command some respect. Yet Samael’s tone lacked any respect, sounding more like an order, which surprised me.
“Kid, be careful. It seems this person is under Samael’s control,” Rahab’s voice suddenly reached my ears. “The rift in their relationship might give you an opportunity to become the true reincarnation of Satan.”
I had already been paying attention. Hearing Rahab’s cold yet concerned words, I felt a warmth in my heart, realizing he hadn’t completely given up on me becoming the true Satan.
I kept a neutral expression and discreetly touched my nose with my finger, signaling my acknowledgment of Rahab’s “secret transmission.”
However, as I made this gesture, I noticed a strange look in the Satan’s Cult leader’s eyes.
“Could he know that Rahab and I are communicating? But that’s impossible!” While I was pondering this, the ground suddenly shook violently, and the computers around us began to rise!
Focusing again, I realized it wasn’t the computers rising but the ground we stood on slowly descending.
“Big Brother!” Yan’er peeked out from the crack in the steel wall, seeing us descending and exclaimed in alarm.
“Don’t move around, take care of your mom!” I shouted, just as the corners of the walls quickly extended new flooring, seamlessly closing above us and sealing us in.
The light above was cut off, plunging us into darkness.
At that moment, twelve eerie red lights flickered in the darkness as everyone simultaneously activated their Devil eyes.
The twelve Devil eyes scanned the surroundings, each person standing ready, not making any rash moves.
“What are you playing at?” I shouted, remaining vigilant against a potential sneak attack from the Satan’s Cult leader or Samael.
“Hey, trash, you wanted to know your origins, didn’t you? Now I’m showing you the place where you were born,” the owner of the Devil eyes in front of me sneered—it was the Satan’s Cult leader.
“What? This place is…” I began to ask in shock, but the Satan’s Cult leader snapped his fingers before I could finish.
Soft blue light slowly filled the room, revealing our surroundings.
We were on a circular descending platform, surrounded by rows of cylindrical containers filled with blue liquid.
These containers were neatly arranged in a circle, similar in shape to those in the previous secret chamber, but these held not demons but the bodies of unknown creatures.
The dead creatures varied greatly—some covered in eyes, some missing parts of their bodies, some with blank faces with features on their abdomens. There were embryos and children, all in various strange forms.
The blue liquid refracted the light from the ceiling, casting an eerie glow on everyone’s puzzled faces, creating a bizarre atmosphere.
“What are these things?” I murmured, walking slowly to the nearest container.
In the clear blue liquid floated the corpse of a baby with grayish-white skin, covered in eyes.
The baby was only the size of a palm, with eyes the size of fingertips all over its body.
Judging by its size, the baby must have died in the womb, yet its many eyes were all wide open.
Though lifeless, the eyes conveyed a sense of despair and pain.
As I stared, I realized the eyes looked familiar.
I looked up and saw Roman numerals engraved on the metal part at the top of the container.
528.
Suddenly, something clicked in my mind, and I vaguely guessed the relationship the Satan’s Cult leader was hinting at.
A bone-chilling coldness emanated from deep within my heart.
“Hehe, have you finally figured it out?” The Satan’s Cult leader’s sinister laughter sounded from behind me. “Come on, trash, say hello to your brothers!”
“What nonsense are you spouting?” I turned to glare at him coldly, but the chill in my heart intensified.
“Nonsense? Heh, it’s just that you, trash, don’t want to accept the truth.” The Satan’s Cult leader sneered and pointed to two containers in the distance.
I followed his finger and saw that the containers, filled with the same blue liquid, were empty.
“What does this mean?” I frowned and looked at the numbers on the containers, which read “665” and “666.”
“Though I hate to admit it, strictly speaking, you and I are indeed brothers,” the Satan’s Cult leader said with disgust. “Those two glass tubes were where you and I resided when we were born.”
“We’re brothers? What about our parents?” I turned to look at him, but my heart had already figured it out.
“Tsk tsk, haven’t you realized it yet? Trash will always be trash.” The Satan’s Cult leader’s brows furrowed even tighter, and he coldly said, “Hey, we have no parents because we are clones created from Satan’s blood!”
Clones?
“I… am a clone man?”
