Chapter 471: A Chaotic Meeting!?
Time began to pass quickly, with Asura spending the mornings practising. He focused on his swordsmanship and using the hellish realm to temper his magic and body to the utmost pinnacle, with the goal of breaking through the barrier to Stage Eight.
‘Phew…’
“Lucia, how long has it been so far?” Asura stepped out of the shadows, covered in blood and sweat. He looked exhausted, yet his body shone with a glossy sheen.
“Ah~ you look so good after training. Can we not just climb into bed, my dear?” Lucia became more honest with her desire after coming to the empire. Because Mu Xue couldn’t engage in rough acts because of her current state and Mu Yue wasn’t in that kind of relationship with him.
So Lucia enjoyed monopolising his desire and lust.
“If we do that, won’t we lose another day? You are getting a little too obscene, Lucia. If you end up pregnant, too won’t be counterproductive, haha.”
Mu Lan and the resistance forces would meet with them every two days. Overall, Asura and his group finally gained the trust of the Vigilants, helping them with daily tasks and trading for food and weapons slowly over the past few days.
But despite that, they were cautious and made them wait just over two weeks.
“My dear, it’s been almost another week since we asked them to create a meeting with their leader.”
“Yeah,” he sighed before pulling her into a tight embrace. “It really is taking longer than expected. Come, shower with me.”
“Eh?! You just said…Mmnph?!”
Asura ignored Lucia’s protests while carrying her in his arms like a princess towards the bathroom. Her lips closed with his mouth as the day quickly passed with Mu Xue in the side room looking in their direction with a pouting face.

Time flowed on, and the day of the meeting soon arrived. In an underground cavern beneath an empty field in the outer area of the Eastern City lies a hidden army. The moment any civilian approached this region, they would be erased by the hidden guards or captured and taken into the Vigilant’s care.
“It seems that the resistance was larger than we imagined…” Asura held both Mu Xue, who began to show signs of a growing body, and Lucia, who had been a little pale and sickly over the past few days.
Both women had been taking care of themselves and their group while he tried to win the trust of the Vigilants. Although he worried about their health, neither shared what happened—they only smiled and kissed him, saying nothing, which made him even more curious about what it could be.
‘Though I have a solid hunch that my words that day were actually a curse… and came to pass.’
He recalled a while back, mentioning something related to pregnancy.
Asura didn’t realise that he’d have such good luck as to impregnate his lovers because cross-breeding was said to be impossible if it wasn’t because of his prowess in the bedroom. Maybe he would worry about infidelity, but then that was a stupid worry.
‘It started after I began to control the monoliths… and the world tree increased the chance drastically.’
The reason he believed the elven tree and its evolution to be related. He thought this because of Celine’s pregnancy.
Because of this, Asura was far too busy over the past two weeks, dealing with his expecting elven wife and her emotional changes, Mu Xue, who seemed to close in on the day she would give birth. Not to mention Lucia, who changed drastically around five days ago.
“Are you well, Lucia? Come, lean on me.” He couldn’t push for the answer, but the fact he could feel his aura from her abdomen was likely a key sign and made him worry about this prolonged mission even further. ‘Is Vela developing well…?’
“Ahem! It’s a pleasure to meet you once again, Prince Asura of Silvara. I am Mu Lan, the sub-commander of the resistance force named the Vigilants!” Mu Lan stepped forward from the shadows before the air began to vibrate, like someone turned on a huge fan, causing the air to tremble.
A moment later, massive steel doors and walls appeared behind her.
“The pleasure is mine, Mu Lan.” Asura cupped his hands and gave her an elegant bow with both his women returning a respective greeting. Although he thought this meeting might turn out for the best, there was a worry about meeting the prince and whether his grudge could be put on hold.
“This is the current leader of the resistance, Mu Cheng and his fiancée Féng Mei.”
Féng He Ran looked surprised at the announcement before looking at her cousin—they both looked beautiful, yet the leader, Mu Cheng, looked exhausted and worn out. ‘Eh…? But he was supposed to become my husband…’
The feelings of the young lady who abandoned her humanity to become the beacon of hope for the people of the empire, yet when faced with the man who she would marry and look forward to such a thing, she felt betrayed. That her cousin stole her childhood betrothed.
Asura could sense the dark feeling building inside the heart of the young lady as he continued to examine the situation.

However, the lady of the Féng family wasn’t weak as she shook off the pain, instead burying it deep down as the greetings continued—even Lao Di, the former instructor, now a low-class warrior, met with the group.
“It is my pleasure, Mu Cheng, lady Mei. I am Prince Asura from Silvara and the future husband of Mu Xue.”
“You must be careful, husband,” Mu Xue replied softly as if trying to tell him something important—her eyes pointed towards the couple.
“Yes, it’s as you say.” Their voices were low, only heard between themselves.
Asura and Mu Xue felt something strange, the difference between Mu Lan and Mu Cheng, the sly eyes of Féng Mei. He could sense that kind of sickly plot from a mile away. ‘This isn’t good… We can’t let him run the show.’
‘That woman is dangerous and cannot be trusted!’ Mu Xue thought to herself while holding Asura’s hand tightly.
“We came to join your little resistance, our common foe, His Imperial Highness Shang Wei.”
“That so…” Mu Cheng looked a little nervous, while behind him, someone also shuddered—of course, this person didn’t have the previous glamour of the past. Yet his aura wasn’t something that Asura could mistake.
“So, is that filthy man Shang Luo?”
“S-Shut up!”
The entire room erupted into chaos at the loud voice of Prince Shang Luo, and not because of the announcement that this dirty-looking man was once Shang Luo. It was because he announced their presence to Asura—a monster that slaughtered and destroyed countless parts of the empire and killed thousands of their people.
“You Silvaran bastard!” Shang Luo lunged forward with rage filling his eyes.
“Wait, Shang Luo?!” Mu Lan tried to stop him, but his feet flickered with a green aura as he lunged towards Asura. The movements were too quick for her and Mu Cheng to stop.
Before Asura could defend himself, Mu Yue unleashed a gust of wind toward the ceiling, causing Shang Luo to be blown upwards. The next moment, she followed up with a violent spinning kick to his crotch and flipped her body, slamming him back into the ground with a rotating axe kick.
Her strength and abilities improved from the first time she arrived in Silvara—of course, this was because of her daily practising with Asura and how he never went easy on her.
This turned Mu Yue into a strange girl who was strong and loved to exhibit pain toward those who pissed her off.
‘This bastard prince! Dares to attack Asura!’ Is what Mu Yue thought as she stepped on the unconscious Shang Luo’s head.
“Can you take responsibility for his actions, Vigilants?” Her words were slow, cold and like an icy blade sliding across the throats of all the resistance members.
“?!”
“Ah… mercy…!”
“Prince Asura, please forgive us!”
There were many weak-willed people in the resistance, but some of them, seeing this display, were almost broken, which caused Asura to doubt them further. ‘Could these people really defeat the Emperor?’ In the end, they were just weak humans who just bent over without fighting.
But there were the ones who remained steadfast—those were the warriors who fought alongside the Resistance forces.
“If you can forgive our sins,” Mu Lan, one of the strongest Stage Six magic warriors, spoke on behalf of everyone.
However, Mu Yue’s gaze didn’t flinch as she stared at the crowd. Mu Cheng’s face twitched nervously as the scene unfolded while his fiancee clenched her fists in anger. He was familiar with who Mu Yue was, both being the second lady and the prince’s hunting dog.
Yet now she was different…
How many times did she pester Asura for a kiss during training only to be rejected and beaten up? Now tempered after several rejections, she landed beside him and gazed at her sister and Lucia before snorting as she took advantage of his arms being busy to step onto her tiptoes.
‘Don’t avoid this time…’ She thought to herself.
Not giving Asura a chance to move out of the way or even react, she placed her soft pink lips onto his while grabbing him by the back of the neck to keep him from moving away. Wrapped around his neck like a snake, she used her tongue to part his lips, forcing his mouth open before her tongue slipped inside.
“Mnph~”
“You bitch?!” Lucia gasped while looking at Asura’s reaction.
“Sister…” A dull pair of blue eyes gazed at her sister, who began to flicker with a red, fiery mane.
Asura could feel the temperature from her body rise, her body shaking as it got more heated, before the two women beside him grabbed her shoulders and yanked her away, a thread of saliva forming a bridge between the pair, stretching further and further until finally breaking apart.
“W-Why?! Why are you doing this?” Lucia began to grow jealous and angry as she looked at the sister of Mu Xue who looked enraptured.
“My dear…” Asura sighed.
“Sister… I’ll cut your throat…fufu…. come here….” Mu Xue’s voice was soft, quiet and gentle, yet the icy cold tone and her words made most of the people present tremble.
“Uh….” Mu Lan looked conflicted with her red cheeks, but the one scared most was Mu Cheng, who knew both sisters in the past and how cruel that could be.
“Hehe, silly dear. Oh…it’s nice to be called that. Don’t you think so too? Hahaha.”
“Crazy….”
“…Yeah…”
“Fufu… fufufu…”
Mu Xue and Mu Yue exchange a cryptic conversation with the pair standing opposite each other, one of flame and the other of ice. However, before Mu Xue could make her move, Asura wrapped his arms around her stomach and hugged her close, causing her cold, violent aura to melt instantly, becoming warm and filled with gentle affection.
“Don’t be angry. It’s not her fault; I am the bad guy.”
“Hmph… you idiot, always make me jealous with the other women… why do you have so many…?”
She then continued, forming a dagger of ice. “Maybe I should cut it off…”
