Chapter 485: The Orcs False Alliance
Meanwhile, when Celine and the empress dealt with the orcs, Asura spent quite some time with Spica before he left. His goal was to find Mu Yue and Shang Luo, who were held prisoner.
He didn’t know if Shang Luo truly changed his ways. However, the truth was the empire had now lost its leader and emperor, and when they returned, the new master might be their common enemy.
‘Xavida’s uncle… he never made a move like this in the past life. Is it because of all the things I changed and made Xavida less susceptible to his brainwashing?’
“Are you alright, Spica? You seem a little tired.”
“Hah?! If you didn’t start… doing those things to me….”
Asura couldn’t help but chuckle before lifting her off the ground, carrying the knight like a princess. “Oh, but who was the lovely half-elf begging me to keep going, to tease her g-spot more?” His fingers were now caressing the maiden’s crotch area as he continued, “Tell me, Miss, was it so bad? Your lovely voice, maybe I should have recorded it since you want to deny–”
“No! I don’t… but..”
“But you really wanted me to finish you off, right? It’s not my fault you get like this after a few times, right?” Asura smiled softly at her as the red-faced girl continued to avoid his gaze.
“But your way of doing those things…” Spica pouted with bright cheeks, unable to deny that she indeed loved it when he treated her so sweetly and sensually. “I left such a mess in the princess’s garden… you fool… I told you something was coming out…”
“Hahaha.. what a lovely woman! When I make you mine, will you still cry with such a cute voice?” The man’s teasing seemed endless as they crossed a forest while heading towards the western palace where Mu Yue and Shang Luo were held.
The man knew that Spica wouldn’t really resist him; in fact, she was the one who almost abandoned her purity in the heat of the moment. ‘I’m lucky she is obedient after she climaxes…’
Asura thought back on it for a bit more before adding. ‘Now that the kingdom is safe from chaos, it might be better to stay with Celine and support her for a little while.’ But even as he thought that. Asura didn’t feel convinced that it could turn out like that.
“What are you thinking?” Spica asked with a soft, sweet voice poking his tight cheek.
“I am worried that the enemy didn’t attack the empire on a whim. If they hid their strength for this long, at first, I felt sure there would be no attack on my home, Silvara. However, now I feel the call of war growing…”
“Asura…” She put both her arms around his neck and buried herself in his chest before continuing, “You need not worry about that. All the big heroes I read about always went through life with confidence!”
“Oh, what does that have to do with me?”
“You are mine and the princess’s hero!”
“!!”
He stopped in his tracks and laughed loudly. Asura felt strangely relieved as if all his troubles had vanished for a moment. In these short months, Spica never lied or gave him reasons to distrust her. With this, it was clear to Asura how she felt and wanted him to feel.
“Then your hero will do his best to keep that title and never let you both down.”
‘To think a little girl… a half-elf, and a knight from a rival country at that. How could she change my destiny and cause me to save those who wronged me so much.’ Of course, Asura thought this jokingly: he would never abandon the elven territory, so he wanted to learn the source of danger first.
‘There are many ways to wage a war…’ Even though the memories of his past lives returned in full force, he found them meaningless compared to his present.
Yet he would use their information and knowledge to protect at least his loved ones. They would help him become strong enough to lead his people to the end of days, even should darkness fall.
After crossing another field of grass, they soon saw the western palace looming over the horizon. Its golden colour almost blinded any intruder that came to its walls, and even from far away. They saw the mighty gate surrounded by two metal dragons glaring at each other as if ready to fight.
“So here we are,” Asura said with a somewhat dull expression as he placed Spica down and took some steps forward.
“Halt! Who goes there!”
“Stand back!”
They were two young female guards in plated armour, though the moment they looked at Spica in Asura’s arms, they blushed and called out. “Captain Spica of the Royal Guard?! Forgive us for not recognising you!” And they stood aside to let the couple enter.
“It’s fine—you can be at ease. I am not on duty today, so Lord Phoenix is helping me with official work. However, despite speaking so fluently, the lovely Spica was a little embarrassed and hid herself in his arms. Spica didn’t make any sound. Her face was beet red after what she had done before this.

“Hah! Thank you, Ma’am!”
“Thank you for your hard work, Ma’am!”
The knights really supported Spica, or rather, it was because they were also half-elves. Though in the past the elves hated their blood being shared with other races. After the shattering, their pride and rules were changed over and over, for no reason, as if only to make non-humans seem like monsters.
It was also why Asura wanted her with him and let him carry her until reaching this place. To be accepted into the Western palace because Asura needed her and also because he loved how cute she was.
And it was quite adorable seeing her in his arms and hiding away in shame; he felt like teasing her all the way, but they entered without problems.
After a few more moments, the couple heard a loud crash followed by several bangs.
“You need to try, don’t give up, Shang Luo! Though it is a prosthetic, you can fight once again, I swear it!” The one shutting was a distraught Mu Lan, her eyes red and puffy; it seemed she had been crying all night. Her appearance was like that of a woman possessed.
“Ngh! M-Mu Lan!” The voice was weak, but it sounded masculine, similar to someone exhausted or in pain.
“Again! Fight me!”
“W-Wait… I’m tired…..” Shang Luo no longer looked like the spoiled prince. Instead, he was a normal male missing one arm, but thanks to Asura sponsoring him he gained a parasite that gave him the ability to recreate his arm. However, the speed and power would be low because he needed to restart all his training.
“It seems he really has changed. Those eyes for Mu Lan… That isn’t false.”
Hearing this exchange of words, Asura knew the man who ruined his life now lived like he did. A broken ego, destroyed to the very core, unable to rebuild what was once himself. This loss will weigh down his entire life.
“I no longer need to consider him my enemy, though I will give him a tip. Maybe one day he will remember and help me back.”
A sudden feeling of relief flowed over Asura; it was like he suddenly felt something breaking inside him… a pane of glass that always seemed to exist, holding him back.
The memories that trapped his soul and spirit in the past. When he forgave Shang Luo… his magic exploded from his body, purer and more powerful than ever before.
‘What…?!’
“What’s going on?!” Several elven guards rushed out to the immense mana and aura, crushing the entire royal area.
‘I see… that’s why I couldn’t break through and advance with my magic… regrets and lingering feelings towards them. This world doesn’t deny love or romance. It just cannot let people who hate others so intently reach their final destination until they settle all debts and grudges.’
Asura spread his arms, and like a breeze, his magic spread out. His mana created a powerful tsunami of magic that flowed into everyone around him, slightly purifying and blessing them instantly.

Meanwhile, in the palace meeting room, there were several orcs with menacing faces looking at the elves. The tensions were high before a beautiful green air filled the room, weakening the effect of the orc’s menacing aura.
“Wow!”
“It’s beautiful… and feels so warm.”
“Hehe~ what’s this scent? It feels like Asura,” Celine whispered while sitting beside her mother.
“Oh yes, that boy does give off such lovely energy. Even at such a young age…” The empress smiled softly as she lifted her cup and took a sip of tea.
However, she almost spat it out when one orc exclaimed with a grim face.
“We will only accept the terms of the princess marrying our prince. There will be no other way to form peace!”
It turned out that during one of her hunting trips. When the orc prince saw the princess massacring goblins and other monsters, and he fell in love with her.
However, now the elves were saying she was engaged and to be married to a child.
“That’s impossible. I’m already married to the strongest man in the world!” Celine shouted with an angry voice. The strange distortion of her voice seemed to be the voice of a dragon.
“Who would marry an ugly, smelly orc!”
Unlike in the past, Celine was stronger and more confident. Her current power was enough to match the current empress and first prince, but not at her peak power levels.
She could surpass both of them!
