Chapter 493: Preparing to Head back
‘What happened to Spica’s brother, though, he was someone who seemed adamant on war.’
No, it wasn’t always him. He realised that many of the elven knights felt the same.
“Well, it isn’t something that will be fixed right away, but since I’ve touched both of their precious daughters. I should do my best before leaving…”
“Mnnn…. are you already awake?” Spica’s soft voice sounded from his chest, her plump chest squished flat while she hugged his chest after last night. “I really don’t want to leave so soon, but you’ve got to go back right?”
‘She’s so cute… and soft…’
Orc females were truly the most erotic and lovable women; Asura now understood what Grom’Gaius meant when speaking about how much he loved his wives and how special it was to marry an orc.
“Sorry, Spica… let’s sleep a little longer. I don’t want to leave either; it’s comfortable here.” Asura wasn’t lying. To be honest, he grew to enjoy this place and the people.
‘Training in the morning, a feast after hunting in the afternoon… then a night of sex with a passionate or wife. Nothing could beat this wonderful cycle.’
However, Lucia asked how he was. He couldn’t forget about Mu Xue and Celine, who were waiting for his return, worried. If he stayed any longer, Asura worried they would bring the knights just to take him back. ‘Haha… those two are really adorable.’
“Nnn… the princess must be angry, because I monopolised you for so long. My dad, said he would come back to the palace with us. So, let’s get up soon.”
Despite saying she wanted to get up, the hips of Spica began to sway, sliding forward and back as she refused to release him from inside her. “Hehe~ maybe after a little rest and relaxation.” She added while kissing Asura’s lips.

Three hours later, Bal’Vak walked beside Asura with the most disgruntled face. He glared sharply at Asura, who was carrying Spica in his arms, while they walked to the carriage. “Damn playboy, stealing my daughter.”
Asura couldn’t help but smirk, because this was Bal’Vak’s only words for the past hour. Not that he wanted to take that long; Spica just wouldn’t let him go, and now she was too sore to walk. So Asura carried Spica in his arms, half asleep. “I can’t help it, your daughter is too cute.”
“Hmph! I know she is cute, but you are not!”
“Hahaha, let’s go. I hope we can get a suitable answer today.” Asura replied while watching Spica’s sleeping face, her lovely snores causing him to pause for a moment.
The journey back to the elven forest wouldn’t take long, but Asura didn’t want to rush and fly. He felt that every second with his women was precious, and after spending so long with Spica. Asura felt it would be wrong to rush back to Celine straight away. ‘Even if they do become friendly nations, she might not get to go home that often due to her role…’
“What are you thinking, Asura?” Bal’Vak noticed his frown while they rode on the dire wolves. Their mounts bouncing across the land with the scent of nature, sweet and earth, filling their lungs and wind flowing through their hair. It was a free and enjoyable moment for Asura. “You seem a little preoccupied… is there something wrong?”
Even though he felt angry due to him ‘stealing’ Spica, Bal’Vak still respected Asura and didn’t mistreat him. It was just the jealousy of a father that caused them to bicker. ‘This old man is actually too kind to be a fierce leader.’
“Father-in-law, it’s because I will leave once again, yet my heart wishes to remain her with Spica and Celine. I am a horrible man to these kind women who accept me. However, my homeland is in danger as we speak…”
“…so that is it. Asura, I have been worried about what you planned, but if it is like this. Then I am sure Spica would happily wait until you return.”
“Eh? Why do you think so…?” Asura lowered his head slightly, not stopping his pace.
“You see, orcs aren’t like humans, and although it’s old fashioned, we still have roles. The orc women do fight and hunt. However, they are also happy to be mothers.” He seemed to feel awkward, but Asura understood after seeing the Grom and Bal tribes.
“To an orc, because our tribes were so impoverished and suffered, the happiness and delight of a having a child is embedded into our genes.” Bal’Vak took a deep breath, making sure Asura was listening. A pleased smile grew on his face when he saw Asura taking it seriously.
“No matter who or how we made one. Our lives feel hollow and empty until that moment… that is why after meeting my wife, I wasn’t the same man.” He smiled upon thinking of his wife and daughters while gazing at the rising sun.
The words of Bal’Vak sounded like when his father used to teach him about being a lord in the future. It was a deep but confident tone that made Asura listen on reflex.
He turned to the man who smiled towards the sunlight and couldn’t help but respect what he carried on his back. “I will make sure Spica can enjoy happiness as long as she lives.”
Bal’Vak turned to face Asura for the first time since the event happened and smirked. “You cheeky boy, well… I am glad it was someone like you and not a stuck-up elf. Spica looks really happy, though. I cannot deny that.”
His shoulders dropped slightly in defeat as his daughter was now an adult. He no longer needed to worry about finding a suitable husband for his little girl. She already found her own in less than a week of learning the truth.

“Well, we can only do our best,” Asura muttered. A huge archway formed by special trees grew in this way when they found a suitable tree to fuse with, capturing his gaze. It was like a marriage of two different trees, forming a beautiful scene. “Let’s enter, an find peace.”
“I would love to find peace… and spend more time with my family too.” Bal’Vak grunted. While their wolves began to slow, several knights stood with nervous faces at the view of dozens of direwolves.
“S-Stop right there!” A nervous voice sounded from the knights.
“You must state your business!”
Asura couldn’t help but feel amused at the voices, almost sounding like they were crying, before he lifted Spica and hopped off his mouth and walked to the gate. “I am the husband of Princess Celine, this is her royal emblem. Feel free to check it.”
The guards quickly changed the moment he mentioned Celine, then unwilling to touch the emblem, they held out their hands, scanning it with magic. “Oh… it’s really the mark of our princess!”
“Ahem! Then, why are you with so many orcs?” The second guard spoke with an aggressive tone after coughing. It seemed he didn’t care for the orc riders.
“They are here for the talks of peace and to avoid the war!”
Asura stated with a confident tone so loud it echoed for the curious elves in the city entrance along with traders.
“WHAT!?”
“W-war… has ended?”
“This handsome man said there will be peace with us AND the orcs?!”
“What kind of monster did our princess marry?”
Although their words might seem harsh, in fact, the smiles on their faces told the true story. No kingdom’s people loved war, especially when it lasted generations, slowly draining them.
Once he spoke so loud, the guard could only become stunned; he didn’t speak but stepped aside because the moment the emblem reached the elven forest. It sent a magical message to Celine and the Royal Knights, who marched slowly to meet him at the gate.
“Oh my god, is that the princess?!”
“Why is she here? Will there be another battle…” A worried voice, quivering as the person’s body trembled and hid behind their stall in fear.
‘After all, the war and horrors that happened over many years will take a long time to forget or accept. However, this is a first step… I hope Celine can help me.’ Asura thought as she approached without drawing weapons. Lucia was also present, along with several male elves, each wearing a white robe.
“We shall allow the princesses to greet you first. However, these beasts, need to be kept away from the palace. You understand right, Bal’Vak?” It seemed the leading knight knew Spica’s father well as he puffed up his chest.
“Hahaha, Eldarion, you little puny bastard. Of course, since my daughter chose one of your people, let’s speak properly.” Bal’Vak laughed while dismounting, walking with a fearless face to Asura’s side.
“Asura… Spica? How did this happen? W-well, thank you for returning with her and my mother will listen to your report.” Celine blushed while noticing the changes in Spica. Asura could tell the little princess was curious and excited… ‘Ah this girl loves interesting things, I forgot…’
“Well, since you have followed our requests, let us escort you to the palace. I am sure the queen happily awaits your arrival.” Eldarion seemed to be quite the feisty elf. His temper and smirk looked similar to Bal’Vak’s despite his slim figure; he didn’t back down, making Asura interested.
Like this, he grasped the hand of Celine while carrying the exhausted Spica, and before he knew it, the jealous Lucia jumped into his shadow. She then began to hug him from behind in shadow form.
