He moved on to the cone.

He brought the waffle cone to his mouth and took a bite, savoring the slightly nutty, toasted flavor.

The crunch was perfect – crisp and satisfying, just the way it should be.

‘I’m still not over that fear of ice cream melting everywhere.’ he thought, glancing at the small flattened top of the ice cream.

With the top now perfectly smooth, he shifted his focus to the crunchy, sweet waffle cone, feeling the crispness with each bite.
