Chapter 896: Lunatic
From the wound on his chest that Jayden had inflicted himself, purple blood and a strong world energy continued to leak.
But just as the blood and the energy moved out of his body, it was sucked directly into a tiny speck of void that Jayden had created close to the deep wound.
Similarly, there was a wound on the chest of the Rakshasa, where the tiny piece of the Dimensional Stone was hidden. Even the tiny piece was so powerful that it didn’t allow the Rakshasa’s wound to heal as blood and energy flowed out of its body.
Even Jayden’s wound didn’t heal because of the same reason, though he was in possession of the entire Dimensional Stone, which made his situation several times worse, especially since a small part of the stone was cut off not long ago and strong energy leaked out, tormenting Jayden each and every passing moment.
“YOU LUNATIC!! Did you really rip apart your own chest and then cut a part of your heart just to save that girl? How are you even alive? That is something far worse than death.
Your mind, body and soul, everything should have been obliterated with boundless suffering. I can feel that you must be enduring unimaginable pain right now. Is that really worth it?” The shock was evident in the voice of the guardians.
They looked at Jayden as if he had gone mad. “It doesn’t matter.” Jayden replied. “Even with all that, you can’t defeat the six of us in your weak state.” Another guardian added. “It doesn’t matter.” Jayden said, his expression twisting and looking more devilish and terrifying with each passing moment.
“Even if you do somehow kill us all, there is just no way you could come out of it without any harm. The universe itself will crumble without any guardians; an event that could only be stopped with your sacrifice.
Are you really willing to give up your life just to stop us?” another guardian’s tense voice sounded. Though they felt slight fear, if Jayden really decided to fight them, then they would do their best to kill him.
“IT DOESN’T MATTER!!” Jayden’s voice shook the space and the hearts of the guardians, making them all frown as dangerous energy began to roll around their bodies.
With a wave of a hand from the first guardian, the destructive energy swirling inside Rakshasa’s body suddenly exploded, ripping its body to tiny pieces, but soon it all disappeared since Rakshasa was just a spirit body, so it was impossible to kill it in such a way.
As Rakshasa’s body disappeared, a tiny fragment of the Dimensional Stone came into view. It was so small that anyone could miss it easily, except even this small piece contained a terrifying amount of energy, capable of creating an entire planet along with life.
It was pitch black in color, darker than the darkness itself, yet tiny particles seemed to glow all over it, making it appear almost like the sparkling stars in the dark sky.
As it floated in the air, all the guardians fixed their gazes on the small stone; with this, they could acquire more of the world energy, which would definitely help them kill Jayden or at least injure him badly, coupled with their own strength. It was floating very close to the guardians.
One of them waved his hand as it drifted towards them. Their actions were so fast that even if Jayden teleported, he wouldn’t be able to reach them in time. Five of the guardians kept an eye on Jayden, ready to stop him if he tried to intervene, but strangely enough, Jayden only stood there, looking at them with an unreadable expression.
The piece of the Dimensional Stone appeared in front of the first guardian. He could sense the energy it possessed. Raising his hand, he approached the stone, but just as he was about to clasp it in his palm, they sensed something that shook them.
Their gazes hastily drifted off towards the red colored dagger that the third guardian was holding. It was covered in Jayden’s purple blood, and all of a sudden, the energy that lay dormant around the knife began to emit a terrifyingly dangerous force.
The third guardian understood that Jayden must have done this when it was stabbed into his body, but he couldn’t understand exactly what was real and what was now. Feeling the impending explosion, he threw the knife away from them using all his strength, but it exploded just a meter or so in front of them.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM
The explosion was so devastating that it broke space over several kilometers. Jayden had infused the world energy into that, making it exponentially more powerful as the cataclysmic energy swept over the guardians. They summoned a vast amount of energy and covered themselves while trying to move backward.
They looked to the side and saw Jayden floating back without a hurry. He was already prepared for it, but the guardians then looked at the women surrounding Jayden and the two dragon women who remained in their spots without moving at all.
For a moment, they even wondered if Jayden was just letting them die, but before the destructive wave could reach them, their bodies distorted, and they broke apart into clusters of energy.
The guardians felt shocked that even those women weren’t actually real despite being so real. They couldn’t understand any of it, but right now, they had more important things to do like saving their lives.
Jayden’s breathing was still quite fast. He stared at the guardians and saw the protective energy shields appearing around them that twisted the space for more protection as their bodies moved away from the attack at lightning speed. Jayden hadn’t really expected that this attack alone would be enough to deal much damage.
He glanced down and saw the wound over his belly. Taking a deep breath, he moved his finger over the cut using the creation skill with the world energy as it healed instantly.
But even with all that, he couldn’t seem to heal the wound on his chest since the Dimensional Stone was releasing a constant flow of energy from the place where Jayden had broken it.
The destructive energy continued to expand over a large distance. The guardians desperately tried to protect themselves. After a couple of minutes had passed, the power of the attack slowly began to diminish until it completely disappeared without a trace.
The whole battleground was destroyed until nothing was left of it. The cracks over the space that extended over several kilometres pulsed and wriggled, trying to heal. Nothing was left in sight over a large distance.
Jayden glanced at the figures hovering in the distance, their bodies wrapped with the energy shield, which had numerous cracks all over it. It was barely holding on, and some energy had moved through the cracks, striking the bodies of the guardians.

Jayden then averted his gaze and looked at the tiny piece of the Dimensional Stone that was still floating in the same area despite the large explosion. Nothing had happened to it, even though the dagger had exploded so close to it.
Without wasting a moment, Jayden appeared right next to the stone. He took a hold of the stone and made it disappear, before preparing himself for the biggest battle of his life so far.
