Chapter 949: Nether Universe
A warm sensation spread across Hestia’s body. She wriggled slightly, feeling Jayden’s mouth on her neck, and soon she, too, noticed the changes occurring in her body.

She gasped for breath, and her vision became blurry for a moment before returning to normal. Then she sensed her fangs increasing in size, and instantly, her throat dried up, filling her with a primal thirst.

Despite Jayden not trying to, the whole scene felt a bit sensual. He tried not to think about it as his gaze landed on Aya, Ada’s mother, who was patiently waiting for her turn.

Jayden extended his left arm towards her, and without wasting a moment, Aya stepped forward into his arms. Her heartbeat increased as she thought:

She craned her neck on her own and brought it closer to Jayden’s mouth. From the corner of her eyes, she glanced at the dragon lady, who had now become a vampire. The idea of drinking someone’s blood didn’t excite her, and she wondered why Hestia was going at it so hungrily.

“I am thinking of a name. Our universe needs a name, after all. Do you have any suggestions?” Jayden spoke. He had several in mind, but he wanted their opinion.

“How about Rain?” Emma suggested after a moment, but Jayden shook his head and replied,

“That name is already taken. Choose a different one.”

“Hmm… There’s no need to think too much. Just name it Nether Universe,” Alice said, shrugging her shoulders.

“Yeah, nice.” Nodding, Jayden looked at the universe and released a faint energy that soon transformed into ethereal-looking words that pronounced: Nether Universe.

Then the words disappeared, and the name of the universe, ranked ninety-seventh, automatically changed in the world ranking. By now, most of the universes knew about the news—that the owner and the universe itself had completely changed.

This news had different effects on different people. Some became cautious, while others found this a chance to reap benefits. But all of them wanted to get more intel before making any move. Only the top-ranking universes could move without thinking much.

In any case, the Nether Universe had attracted quite a lot of attention. The old man that Jayden had confined was indeed quite popular, and most universes would pay a heavy price just to get a favor from him.

After the guardians had disappeared for good, the connection almost disappeared—but the Time Wraiths had now noticed the familiar connection with the new Nether Universe.
