“Do you mean to say that you do not want me to touch you because I make you feel something?” Nicolai asked with childlike glee. “You caught feelings for me, Pallas?”

Of course, the stubborn woman shook her head. But surprisingly no words came out of that annoying mouth.

“Then you need to stop looking at me like that, it is as if you are fucking begging me to kiss you.”

Ariana shook her head again, but she did not push him away. No antagonizing or contemptuous words came out of her damned mouth.

She just stared at him prettily as if she were waiting for him to deliver what he promised.

“Fuck,” Nicolai cursed as he brought one of his hands to cover his face. Fuck this vixen. She was one of the most infuriating women he had ever seen, which was something Nicolai had seen countless women.

But she was also the only one who made his body burn with an ache that Nicolai had never experienced before.

The fire inside his core only burned even more fiercely under her touches before running wild and heading straight to his length.

He was so freaking hard, it was not even funny. It was fucking painful at that moment and if he did not do something about it, Nicolai knew that he was going to become impotent.

Nicolai found it embarrassing that he was willing to get on his knees to get a taste of this woman who had tormented him until he almost lost his sanity.

A peck…

Anything. At that point, he would willingly take anything that Ariana would let him steal. Fucking alms, for he was a beggar for her touch.

Even if it was just a simple touch, he would burn it into his soul.

He reached forward and knotted Ariana’s hair in his fingers before pulling her close, a growl erupted from his chest as he looked at the woman pressing her hands on his muscular torso.

But she did not push him away. She could have done that, he had given her enough opportunities to do so.

If she wanted, Ariana could walk away from him. But she didn’t because she wanted him. As much as she refused to accept it, this woman wanted him.

Nicolai could hear the loud thumping of her heartbeat as her eyes widened and panic started to surge in her blue eyes like wildfire spreading all over the forest.

However, unbeknownst to Ariana, another emotion lurked underneath the surging storm. One that matched with his own.

And now that Nicolai knew that she wanted this as much as he did, he let his impulsiveness take over.

He was going to trap this woman in such a way that she would have no way left in front of her to escape from him.

“N——Nico,” she stammered, both of her hands clinging to the fabric of his shirt. She searched the surroundings, which were full of people.

Even though the two of them were hiding in a corner, if someone were to walk over to this small winery where the Nelsons kept their liquor they would see the two of them.

Using the grip on her hair, Nicolai shoved her against the wall.

A delicious sound escaped her lips as soon as her back hit the sturdy wall. And if that did not do something to him.

He would be lying if he said that the little yelp did not shoot all the blood to his length.

If Ariana had asked him to jump into a flaming pit, he would have willingly done so.

Because as long as he could get the prize that he wanted, Nicolai would have happily tapped danced on burning coals.

His other hand traced up her throat, as his palm skimmed her curves before settling against her cheek. He cupped her face and rubbed the pad of his thumb on her lips.

Ariana was still staring at him with wide eyes, those hypnotizing blues pulled him, tugged on his heartstrings. Her lips were parted as she breathed through her mouth.

But she still didn’t ask him to leave.

Fuck this.

He slammed his lips into hers, devouring the startled sound that escaped her lips. He swallowed it deep inside of him and stored it in the small corner of his heart which belonged to Ariana.

Fuck him.

Nicolai knew that he was going to be a goner.

Ariana tasted like fiery rebellion with a tinge of sweet surrender, all red and ripe for him to take a bite.

Why did he even waste so much time to kiss her? He should have done this sooner. Because damn —— Ariana tasted like the most tempting sin, and he was no saint.

Nicolai sucked on her lower lip, and at the same time he bit down on the cushion of her lips, he wanted her to feel even the smallest bit of pain that he did when she was tormenting him in his dreams.

Ariana trembled some more against him, her fingers were still holding on to the fabric of his shirt. Nicolai did not know whether she was trying to pull him close or push her away.

But at that point, Nicolai was beyond the point of caring about it.

He was going to make Ariana hand him what he deserved.

Nicolai tilted her head to the side and deepened the kiss and Ariana let out a shuddering moan.

Never had anyone kissed her like this before—— in fact the only time she got something close to a kiss was when Noah had pecked her on the corner of her mouth on their wedding day.

However, Nicolai’s kiss was nothing like that sweet peck. It was sinful, devouring, and tormenting.

Ariana had prided herself on the fact that she had always controlled herself whether it was her desires or emotions.

Everything she did or wanted to do, had to go according to the plans that she had made in her mind. For her life wouldn’t function without a decent plan.

Because she did not do well in chaos.

It should be declared as the eighth sin or something. Because chaos and lack of management were not any less evil than the deadly sins.

And yet as she lay in the embrace of the most chaotically beautiful man ——Ariana knew that she was trapped.
