Chapter 341: Vision turned red? Oh its my blood
When neither of them said anything, Ariana sneered and stopped recording. She dropped her hands, which were clutching her phone to her sides before saying, “It seems like you know that you were speaking nothing but nonsense just now.”

“I thought that you were unaware of the meaning of the bullshit that you were speaking.”

Ariana didn’t want to pay any more attention to Penelope, even though she had never met Penelope before, the woman reminded her of a certain spoiled young miss— Glynn.

If possible worse.

At least Glynn had a bottom line, but Penelope did not seem to have one. Women like her wouldn’t think twice before hurting someone, as long as they could get what they wanted.

In fact, if Ariana was being honest, Penelope’s personality was like an awful combination of Ariel’s cruelty and Glynn’s temper.

Ariana turned around on her feet to run but the second she turned her back to Penelope, the woman hysterically shouted, “What do you think you are doing? Stop her!”

Her scream caused five—no six men to step out from the dark corners of the parking lot. Ariana’s eyes widened as she opened her mouth to scream.

However, no sooner did she open her mouth someone reached out and covered her mouth causing her scream to turn muffled.

Ariana started struggling. She didn’t expect this pampered young miss to be this ruthless. She actually came prepared intending to drag her away if Ariana was to refuse her offer.

When Penelope saw Ariana trying to pull away from the bodyguard but failing miserably, her eyes slowly got filled with sadistic mirth.

“Hmph,” she snorted as she walked over to where the bodyguard was holding Ariana in a tight hold. Penelope came to a stop in front of Ariana and curled her lips up in a sneer.

She said to Ariana, “You should have agreed when I asked you politely. If you had agreed, then you would have at least gotten ten million dollars. Now it’s a pity,” Penelope leaned forward and grasped Ariana’s jaw in her fingers.

Her long nails dug into Ariana’s skin. “Now you have lost your ten million dollars as well as your heart. What did you think? If you said ‘no’, I would be left with no choice but to accept.”

Ariana glared at the woman. She seemed to have spoken, but the words were muffled by the palm of the bodyguard who was holding her neck in a chokehold.

Penelope sneered. She was not interested in anything that Ariana had to say — the only thing she was interested in was Ariana’s heart.

“Take her away,” Penelope ordered as she turned on her feet to walk away. Her pace and gait were like a tyrannical queen, who cared for no one.

As soon as she ordered the bodyguards to drag Ariana, the man holding Ariana started pulling her like a ragged doll.

Of course, Ariana did not make it easier for him. No matter what, she was not going down without a fight.

She struggled hard and desperately. From biting the palm of the bodyguard to kicking and scratching him, she did everything.

Ariana even hurled her purse at the man.

However, it was like moving a mountain.

“MMH! MMH!” Ariana kicked her legs so hard that she stumbled while screaming.

The bodyguard must have not expected Ariana to make such a move when she would rather hurt herself.

He stumbled together with her and the two of them fell on the ground. Ariana hissed as soon as she fell to the ground.

The skin on her palms and hands ended up tearing as blood oozed from the minor scratches.

However, she didn’t stop, to care for these little scratches. Ariana jumped on her feet and then turned on her feet to run away from the crazy woman.

Penelope had not expected such a turn of events. She glared at the man who had failed to keep a woman half his size in control.

She glared at the man before snarling to the rest of the bodyguards, “What are you all waiting for? Catch her and drag her along with us!” She stomped like a whiny child who wasn’t getting what she wanted.

The bodyguards dared not to go against the order of their mistress. They immediately chased after Ariana, who was trying her best to reach the back exit of the parking lot.

“Help! They are trying to kidnap me! The Ashford heiress has gone crazy! Help me!”

Ariana screamed. She wanted to attract the attention of anyone at that point. Now she was cursing herself for parking her scooter at the back of the hospital instead of front.

When Penelope heard Ariana’s words, she almost went crazy.

She shouted at the men whom she had brought to kidnap Ariana, “What are you doing? Catch her! How difficult it is for you to catch a woman! Be a man! I don’t care what you have to do, just shut her up.”

The bodyguards looked at one another before one of them ran past the rest and tackled Ariana onto the floor.

“Ahh,” Ariana screamed in pain as all the wind was knocked out of her system, tears filled her eyes as she sucked in a breath. Her forehead knocked against the harsh gravel of the parking lot. Hard.

How hard? She could see red and Ariana felt more in pain than anger, which meant that this red vision was most likely her blood trickling down her eyes.

She had already received numerous small injuries when she fell earlier, but those small injuries seemed to have turned a lot bigger after this sudden fall.
