Evil MC's NTR Harem - Chapter 150
Chapter 150: Chapter 150 Override
“That bastard! Did he lie to us?!” the male police officer raged, his voice echoing off the walls of their small office.
His fists clenched tightly at his sides as frustration etched itself across his face.
“I’m going to drag his ass back here and throw him in jail.” The male police officer said after the surveillance cameras on the hotel were deleted at the time of the crime.
Gwen Monroe, calm and composed as always, leaned back in her chair, her sharp eyes fixed on the raging officer.
She crossed one leg over the other and adjusted her blazer, her movements precise and deliberate.
“Let’s not jump to conclusions, Officer Asher,” she said, her tone measured but firm.
“That man doesn’t strike me as a liar—not without good reason. There’s more to this than what we’ve seen so far, and jumping the gun will only cloud our judgment. He’s here for the money and people like that would willingly lose a hand first before they ruin their cred on the streets.”
Officer Asher let out a frustrated huff, but he didn’t argue. He knew Gwen’s intuition was almost always spot-on.
She had an uncanny ability to see through the chaos and find the threads that others missed.
“We need to dig deeper,” Gwen continued, flipping open her leather-bound notebook. “The footage might be gone, but people remember faces. Let’s talk to the receptionist or anyone else who was around that night. Maya Pierce is striking—someone like her doesn’t just blend into the background. Someone must have seen her.”
Officer Asher nodded, his anger simmering but contained. “Fine,” he grumbled. “But if this doesn’t lead anywhere, I’m hauling that man behind closed doors.” Officer Asher could not get over the maintenance worker.
It didn’t take long for their efforts to pay off. After questioning several staff members and patrons, they struck gold.
Three separate eyewitnesses confirmed seeing someone who matched Maya’s description leaving the hotel. Even more importantly, she hadn’t been alone.
“A young man with an average looking face?” Officer Asher asked, his brow furrowing. The realization hit him before Gwen could reply. “Is that R—”
“Yes,” Gwen interjected, finishing his thought. “None other than the infamous Ross Oakley.”
The name hung in the air like a heavy weight. Ross Oakley wasn’t just a person of interest—he was a figure everyone knew.
His every move was scrutinized, his relationships splashed across tabloids, his presence unavoidable.
If Ross Oakley had been involved, this case was about to get a lot more complicated.
Gwen’s pen moved swiftly as she jotted down notes, her mind racing through the possibilities. Ross’s involvement raised more questions than it answered.
“What about the women at the scene?” Gwen asked, snapping Asher out of his thoughts. “Did they say anything? Did they see anyone unusual that night? Did they see who did the killings?”
Asher shook his head, his frustration resurfacing.
“Nothing. They claim they don’t remember anything significant. All they said was that patrons came and went, using their… services. Some of those men were sadistic bastards, though. Honestly, locking them up wouldn’t be the worst idea.”
Gwen’s lips pressed into a thin line, her expression thoughtful. “I don’t doubt it,” she said softly. “But one step at a time. We need to focus on the bigger picture first. Karma has a way of catching up with everyone eventually.”
She leaned back in her chair, tapping her pen against her notebook as she considered their next move. After a moment, a faint smile played at the corners of her lips.
“Looks like it’s time to pay Ross Oakley a visit,” she said, her voice carrying a note of both curiosity and resolve.
Asher’s eyes flicked to her, and for a moment, he found himself distracted. Gwen Monroe wasn’t just brilliant—she was stunning.
Her sharp features, piercing eyes, and confident demeanor made her impossible to ignore.
That smile, subtle yet captivating, made his heart race in a way that it was hard and even impossible to ignore.
He cleared his throat, shaking the thought away. This wasn’t the time for distractions, no matter how alluring his partner might be.
Still, he couldn’t entirely suppress the flicker of admiration he felt.

Gwen wasn’t just a detective—she was the epitome of beauty, and he was lucky to work alongside her.
“Let’s do this,” Officer Asher said, his voice steady as he pushed aside his personal thoughts. “But if Oakley gives us the runaround, I’m not holding back.”
Gwen chuckled, standing and gathering her things. “I wouldn’t expect anything less, Detective,” she said, her smile widening. “Now, let’s see what secrets Ross Oakley is hiding.”
With that, the two detectives left the office, their next move clear. The case was heating up, and with Ross Oakley in their sights, they knew things were about to get very interesting.

“They’re here,” the male police detective noted, his sharp eyes scanning the line of cars parked in front of the luxurious property.
One vehicle, in particular, caught his attention—a striking red sports car that could only belong to Ross Oakley.
“Question is, are they still awake?” Gwen replied, a touch of dry humor lacing her tone.
It was already 3 in the morning since they’d been busy with processing the corpses.
She adjusted her jacket as they approached the gate, the grandiose nature of the mansion already hinting at the wealth and lifestyle of its occupants.
It was no secret that Ross Oakley lived with several women, and the rumors surrounding his escapades had painted quite a vivid picture.
Still, the silence from inside the house was unnerving.
The male officer rang the doorbell a few times, the sound echoing faintly through the property, but no response came.
He frowned, then raised his voice. “Parkland Police! We’re looking for Ross Oakley and Maya Pierce. We have some questions for the two of you!”
Nothing.
“…Still nothing,” he muttered, frustration creeping into his voice.
Gwen stepped forward and tried the door handle. To her surprise, it gave way easily, swinging open without resistance.
“It’s open,” she noted, exchanging a cautious glance with her partner.
They stepped inside, and the sheer opulence of the mansion hit them both like a wave.
“Wow,” Gwen murmured, her professional demeanor faltering for a moment as she took in the gleaming marble floors, crystal chandeliers, and art-deco furniture.
“Yeah… wow,” her partner echoed, his eyes darting around the space. “This place looks like something out of a billionaire’s dream.”
“Focus,” Gwen said, snapping herself out of it. She called out again, her voice echoing through the sprawling interior. “Parkland Police! We’re here to talk to Ross Oakley and Maya Pierce!”
For a moment, there was only silence. Then, faint noises reached their ears from upstairs—muffled and indistinct, but undeniably there.
Gwen nodded toward her partner, signaling him to stay alert. She drew her weapon, her movements careful and deliberate.
“Up there,” the male officer whispered, gesturing toward the staircase.
The two ascended slowly, their footsteps muffled against the plush carpeting.
As they climbed, the sounds grew clearer, and a realization dawned on both of them.
The noises weren’t cries for help or signs of distress—they were rhythmic, punctuated by faint moans and gasps.
“Is that…” The male officer’s face flushed slightly, but he didn’t finish the sentence.
Gwen raised an eyebrow, suppressing a sigh. “Professionalism, Detective,” she reminded him, though she could already guess what was happening.
They approached a specific door where the sounds were loudest.
“Ahhhhhh…”
“Ohhhhhh…”
“Harder! Deeper!”
“Don’t stop, Ross!”
“More! Fuck me more!”
The door creaked open just halfway, revealing a sight so unexpected that Gwen and Asher momentarily forgot the very reason for their visit.
The two exchanged a glance, their wide-eyed expressions mirroring the disbelief they felt.
Then, almost as if by mutual, unspoken agreement, they remained rooted in place, their instincts to act momentarily overridden by the sheer spectacle before them.
