Evil MC's NTR Harem - Chapter 360
Chapter 360: Chapter 360 Rocket
“Alvin, my friend! How are you?!” Ross greeted warmly, pulling his friend into a big hug.
Ross’s towering frame now dwarfed Alvin’s, who still looked the same as he had months ago.
“I can’t believe it, Ross! You’ve changed so much!” Alvin said, though his excitement was more about the fact that, despite all the money, power, and beautiful women Ross now had, he hadn’t changed where it mattered most.
“I have, haven’t I?” Ross laughed, his joy evident.
“How have you been? I didn’t see you the last time I was here,” Ross asked, genuinely curious.
“Oh, that’s because I was in Northpass City at the time. I’ve been busy with my classes,” Alvin explained before adding with a grin, “And congratulations on getting married, by the way! Honestly, I thought we were both destined to be single dogs forever.”
Ross chuckled at the remark, shaking his head.
It was true—they hadn’t exactly been lucky in the looks department growing up, and they often joked about their lack of charm.
But life had a way of changing in unexpected ways.
“We won’t. If I can do it, so can you. You just need to believe in yourself,” Ross said, a confident smile spreading across his face.
“And hey, once things settle down, I’ll even introduce you to some nice girls in town. I’ve already spotted a few who might be perfect for you.”
Alvin gave a half-hearted chuckle, shaking his head.
“Maybe later. That’s not really why I came, Ross.” His voice dropped, and a shadow of sadness flickered across his face.
“I need a big favor.”
Ross’s smile faltered as he noticed Alvin’s somber expression.
“Oh? Sure. Sit down, and let’s talk. Whatever it is, I’ll do my best to help. We’re best friends for life, remember?” Ross said, his tone steady and reassuring.
Alvin hesitated before taking a seat, his shoulders heavy with the weight of what he was about to say.
Thirty minutes later, Ross found himself sitting across from Alvin, staring at the fragile figure of his little sister, Andrea.
She lay motionless on the hospital bed, her pale face barely visible beneath the mess of tubes and machines surrounding her.
Her chest rose and fell weakly, her breathing labored.
“The doctor said she has a weak heart,” Alvin began, his voice trembling.
“She’s tired all the time, Ross. No matter how much she sleeps, she never seems to recover. It started three months ago, out of nowhere. At first, we thought it was just fatigue or stress, but…” He trailed off, his hands clenched into fists.
“We brought her here a week ago, and now she can barely even open her eyes. She’s slipping away.”
Ross’s jaw tightened, his usual confident demeanor replaced by a serious expression.
Alvin took a shaky breath before continuing.
“The worst part is, we don’t have the money to keep her here. We’ve already sold everything we could—our savings, the house, everything. If we take her home…” His voice cracked, and tears spilled from his eyes.
“I’m afraid she might not make it, Ross.”
Alvin’s sobs filled the room, and Ross reached out, placing a firm hand on his friend’s shoulder.
“I understand, Alvin. Don’t worry about the hospital expenses. I’ll take care of it.”
Alvin looked up, disbelief mingling with hope in his tear-filled eyes.

“Ross… you’d do that for us?”
“Of course. And not just that. I think I know something that could help Andrea. I just need your permission. I promise you, she’ll be back on her feet before the week is over.”
“What… what can you do, Ross? As long as it helps Andrea, I’ll do anything. I’ll owe you everything. I’ll be your cow and horse for the rest of my life!” Alvin said, dropping to his knees in front of Ross, his desperation clear.
Ross frowned, quickly pulling Alvin back to his feet.
“Hey, get up. Don’t do that. We’re friends, and friends help each other, no strings attached. Stop crying on the floor—you’re making yourself look even uglier than usual.”
Despite himself, Alvin let out a small laugh through his tears.
“Who are you calling ugly? Just because you’ve bulked up doesn’t mean you’re some kind of prince. If I had your body, I’d still be way better looking than you.”
Ross smirked, leaning back in his chair.
“Dream on, Alvin. But seriously, don’t worry about Andrea. I’ll do everything I can to help her. Trust me.”
Alvin wiped his eyes, a fragile but hopeful smile forming on his lips.
“I trust you, Ross. I don’t know how I’ll ever repay you, but thank you. Thank you so much.”
Ross nodded, glancing back at Andrea’s frail figure. His gaze hardened with determination.
“You don’t need to repay me. Just make sure you’re ready for whatever comes next. What I’m about to do… it’s not exactly conventional.”
“What do you mean?” Alvin asked, frowning in confusion.
Ross stood, his smile returning but with a sharp edge to it.
“Let’s just say I have some… unique abilities. Andrea’s going to be fine, but you’ll need to trust me completely. No questions, no hesitation. Can you do that?”
Alvin stared at him, the weight of Ross’s words sinking in. After a moment, he nodded firmly.
“I’ll do whatever it takes. Just save her.”
Ross grinned, clapping his friend on the shoulder. “Good. Then let’s get started.”
Alvin had his sister discharged without informing their parents. As he carefully guided her wheelchair toward the hospital’s exit, his heart raced.
He glanced back at Andrea, who looked frail but calm, and quickened his pace, hoping to avoid any unwanted attention.
Just as they reached the glass doors leading outside, an angry voice cut through the air behind them.
“Where do you think you’re going?”
Alvin froze mid-step, his breath hitching. He turned slowly, his shoulders tensing as he faced the source of the voice.
However, Ross’s reaction was entirely different. His eyes widened, not in fear or concern, but in unmistakable excitement the moment he recognized the owner of the voice.
