Evil MC's NTR Harem - Chapter 405
Chapter 405: Chapter 405 Loot
“I’m not interested in anything you have to say. Please step aside,” Anne replied sharply. She could feel Ross’s eyes scanning her body, and she knew exactly what he wanted.
His reputation as a notorious womanizer preceded him—news of his 17 wives was everywhere, and now, with her sister-in-law Penny added to his harem, it only solidified his image as a man of debauchery.
“Even if it means giving Penny and little Alex a chance to return to your brother’s home?” Ross said, his tone smooth and enticing.
Anne hesitated for a moment, then clenched her fists.
“What do you want?” she asked through gritted teeth.
She hated how easily she was playing into Ross’s hands, but if listening to him meant securing a chance for Penny and Alex to reunite with Asher, it was worth enduring a few minutes with a man like him.
“This isn’t the place to talk or negotiate. Let’s go somewhere more private,” Ross suggested, his expression calm but calculating.
“You mean somewhere out of sight of your wives?” Anne countered, shaking her head. Despite her disdain, she nodded in agreement.
“Fine. Lead the way.”
Ross led her to the parking lot in front of the mansion, stopping at Anne’s car.
Ding!
The car door unlocked as Ross climbed into the passenger seat without hesitation. Anne raised an eyebrow but slid into the driver’s seat, turning the ignition.
“Just say it. I don’t have time for this,” Anne snapped, her tone cold.
“Nope. Take me out to eat first—I’m hungry,” Ross said, his eyes lingering on Anne’s figure in a way that made his intentions unmistakable.
Anne bit her lip, suppressing her frustration. She hated indulging him, but curiosity about what he had to say kept her from storming off.
Without a word, she drove to a well-known restaurant in the city, her jaw tight with irritation.
They arrived, ordered, and ate. An hour passed before Ross finally opened his mouth to say what Anne had been waiting to hear.
It wasn’t for lack of effort on her part—she had pressed him multiple times during the meal, but Ross remained stubbornly silent, focusing only on the food in front of him.
He was a difficult man to force into talking, and Anne had learned that about him today.
Eventually, she gave up and turned her attention to her own plate, eating slowly as her thoughts wandered back to her brother and how miserable he must be.
“I can see you care deeply for your brother,” Ross began, casually wiping his mouth with a napkin.
“Go on,” Anne urged, her tone sharp with impatience.
“Out of the goodness of my heart, I’ll convince Penny to go back to Asher,” Ross said smoothly, his expression unreadable.
“I hear a ‘but’ coming,” Anne replied, narrowing her eyes.
“Of course. ‘Buts’ are what make life interesting,” Ross said with a sly grin.
“But… for me to do that, you need to win a game against me.”
“What game?” Anne asked, her frown deepening.
“I’m not sure if you’re familiar with the game called ‘Whoever Comes First Loses?'” Ross replied, his voice casual, but the implication behind his words was anything but.
It didn’t take Anne long to grasp his meaning.
“Fuck you,” she hissed in a whisper, her face burning with anger and disgust. She shot up from her chair, grabbing her things, and stormed out of the restaurant without another word.

Ross, unfazed, leaned back in his chair with a satisfied smirk. He left a generous tip on the table before casually strolling out. The bait was set, and now all he needed to do was wait.

One month later, Anne Summers found herself standing in front of Ross Oakley’s mansion once again. The sprawling estate loomed over her, a testament to the man’s wealth and power.
She hesitated for a moment, her heart pounding in her chest, before pressing the doorbell.
It wasn’t long before Penny answered the door, her expression morphing from surprise to guarded suspicion.
“Anne? What are you doing here?” Penny asked, stepping outside to greet her. She honestly hadn’t expected to see Anne again, especially not so soon after their last encounter.
“Is Ross here?” Anne asked, her tone brisk and to the point.
“Yes, he is. What do you want with him?” Penny replied, her suspicion evident. Even a blind man could see that Ross had a habit of collecting beautiful women, and Anne certainly fit that description.
“It’s nothing, just a business proposal,” Anne replied with practiced ease, her expression neutral.
It wasn’t a complete lie—her job at the shoe company did give her a valid excuse to meet him, though it wasn’t her real reason for being here.
An endorsement from an NBA champion would undoubtedly boost her company’s profile, but this was about something far more personal.
“I’ll call him. Come inside,” Penny said, seemingly convinced for now.
Five minutes later, Anne and Ross were alone in a private room inside the mansion.
“So… I assume you’re here because of that. There’s no other reason to visit me, is there?” Ross grinned as he began unbuttoning his shirt. Within moments, he was naked, his confidence on full display.
He pulled a lever, transforming the sofa into an impromptu bed in the middle of the meeting room.
“Just to remind you of the rules: whoever comes first loses!” Ross declared, reclining casually on the sofa bed, his grin as smug as ever.
Anne gritted her teeth, her resolve hardening. She had to do this. Her brother’s condition had deteriorated rapidly over the past month, pushing him to the brink of suicide.
There were no other options left—this was a gamble she had to take.
Despite her limited experience—she had only been with one man—Anne believed in her ability to win.
As she looked at Ross, naked and waiting for her with that infuriatingly confident smirk, she felt a surge of anger. She wanted to slap him, to wipe that smug grin off his face, but she couldn’t.
This was a game, and she intended to win it at all costs.
