Kane turned his head towards Neo in surprise.

Space-Time Lock?

How did Neo use something like that?

Nicolas and Percival were only Stage-2 (Exalted). To them, any ability Neo used was in the realms of imagination.

It made sense they accepted Neo could use Space-Time Lock.

But Kane was different.

He knew how absurdly impossible was it to use Space-Time Lock at only Stage-4.

And Neo wasn’t even Stage-4.

He was Stage-2.

‘Zeus was right. Heavenbreakers are true monsters,’ Kane thought and shook his head.

It made sense why Zeus wanted to become Heavenbreaker if his goal was to kill all Gods.

“How are you feeling right now?” Neo turned to Percival.

The golden-haired youth looked haggard. He had used powers far beyond his rank.

He had asked Sunshine to tap into its true power and boost him, even if it killed him.

Then, he used it with his True Soul Weapon all while boosting himself with the power he gained after sacrificing his Fate of Fortune thread.

He did everything he could, and all it achieved was a single piece of bark falling off from the tree in Layer 1.

His hopes had been dashed when he saw that.

Worse, since he had lost Fate of Fortune thread, he could no longer see what was happening.

He had expected worst-case scenarios to happen.

But…

Something impossible happened.

A single man overturned the situation.

‘Thanatos will take care of everything.’

Sunshine’s words came to his mind.

He finally understood why Sunshine had so much trust in Neo.

“Percival”

Neo shook his head. Fine? He had half step in grave. He healed Percival to peak condition with a mere thought and turned to others.

“We should return now. There is no point in staying here.”

Neo turned to the Blood Sea.

“…I will prepare some transportation.”

“This reminds me,” Kane suddenly spoke up. “Did you complete the tasks for which you came here?”

“Yes.” Nicolas took out a spear and a bow from his spatial storage. “We found these on Zone 5 and Zone 7.”

Kane and Neo nodded.

“As for the Blood Sea War,” Neo said. “It’s clear but Tartarus would soon judge that Luminera – our continent – has gained too much negative karma.

“He would send Vlad to destroy our continent and pull us into the Tartarus. Since we defeated them both, that wouldn’t happen now.”

Of course, Sphinx had asked for World Core of Tartarus.

But that was impossible.

Tartarus was not a World.

The nightmare ‘world’ was a product of energy Tartarus began to create after reaching Stage-4.

If the nightmare was a true World then Tartarus wouldn’t have been bound by so many restrictions that stopped him from interfering in his own world.

Neo moved away from the group and he took out his Grim Reaper badge.

Originally, he planned to use the badge to summon Grim Reapers from Underworld.

Since Tartarus Nightmare World was a land of dead, the Grim Reapers could exert their influence there without being bound by the rules of world of living.

Unfortunately, Neo never was able to use the Grim Reaper badge.

“Talk about being fucked from all sides.”

Shaking his head, he poured his energy into the Grim Reaper badge.

He waited for a moment, then spoke,

“Gremory, can you send a ship that can sail on Blood Sea?”

“Yes, p-prince!” her voice came through the badge.

A chuckle left Neo’s lips when she stuttered.

Some things never changed.

“Please, wait a m-moment. I will arrange it soon.”

“Thank you.”

Neo exhaled and looked at the Blood Sea.

He could feel its threatening presence.

If he tried to cross it by flying, he would be attacked. Even stretching his senses over the Blood Sea would result in the same.

It was why he was limiting his senses right now.

“It makes one wonder how Veldora was able to fly over the Blood Sea without being attacked.”

Neo’s mood dampened when he thought about Veldora.

Even though he was a resident of Underworld, his soul wouldn’t return there after death since Blood Sea had swallowed it.

“Fuck,” Neo stared at the sky.

He wasn’t able to kill that fucking bastard Vlad.

And even now, he couldn’t attack Blood Sea, despite it being in front of it.

The Blood Sea would erase Neo within a fraction of moment.

There would be no fight, no time to escape.

Neo would lose.

“Dammit.”

Neo clenched the badge in his hand.

“I’m sorry, Veldora. Just wait for some time. I’ll catch that bastard and give him a death worse than anything he can imagine.”

The badge in his hand buzzed.

“Prince?” Gremory’s voice flowed out from the badge. “We’ve prepared it.”

“You can send it this way.”

“Understood.”

The badge shone for a moment, and a black light shot out of it, transforming into a Nether Ship.

Neo used Air Elementals, and picked the ship, and carried it over to the Blood Sea.

“Hop on,” he told others.

They jumped into the massive ship.

Neo turned towards others. “So who is going to drive? All of us have Artemis’ blessing, anyone of us can bring us home.”

“I’ll do it,” Kane said. “I always wanted to sail on the grand sea.”

Kane’s action of lightening the mood failed when he realized Nicolas and Percival had confused expressions.

“Wait, how do you know that reference?” he questioned Neo.

Neo ignored his question and stepped towards the room.

“I will be training. Call me when we reach Luminera. Though I expect it to take several months or years.”

“It can take decades too to be honest,” Kane said.

“There was no need to jinx it, but you went ahead and did it anyway.”

Neo rolled his eyes.

Just as he was about to leave, he stopped.

“Percival, you saw my fate threads right?”

“Yes. Is something wrong with it?”

“Did you do anything special?”

“No, I just used my trait.”

“I see.”

Neo nodded and entered the section of the ship with rooms.

He entered a random room, and sat on the bed.

“There is a lot to do. Firmament, creating a life-death cycle in my Cosmos, new Path of Ascension, dealing with madness.

“I can’t forget Elementals either. They make up my World Core, and I will be using them as foundation to create everything.”

Neo massaged his brows.
