Fake Professor, Misunderstood As Strong - Chapter 61
To Artavia! Part-1.
Artavia, Central City, Blaze Mansion.
“Why do we have to hide from that incompetent fool!? I can’t believe it dad! How can you let that rat slip away!?”
A young man’s annoyed voice rang out in the dining room of the mansion.
Although it was quite rude to speak to the head of the Blaze family in such a loud voice, nobody reprimanded the young man for his behavior.
The young man didn’t stop there; he took the food plate and threw it on the ground along with the food, frightening all of the maids nearby.
“I can’t believe it! You’re a Grade 2 Mage father! You always told us to be decisive and straightforward! And yet! You didn’t kill that rat right away!”
Hearing the tantrums of his son, the family head, Kaiden Blaze could only shake his head and sigh.
“I always considered him to be nothing more than a rat that I could kill off whenever the opportunity came, but… I had no idea how much strength he was hiding…”
From the start, Jareth has always been doing his best to survive.
He entered a prestigious academy and survived the massacre at his adoptive parents’s house.
Then, as a student, he entered the university and spent his time under the protection of the university’s professors.
And later, he worked on his theories while staying in a place near the royal library.
Kaiden couldn’t send his lackey to that area.
Eventually, Jareth entered the university as a professor, thus saving his life again.
Overall, Jareth had been planning everything from the start.
He knew his own weakness, so he prepared accordingly. To survive the pursuit of the Blaze family, he worked hard to become a professor.
“That guy has always had a shrewd mind; he hid his strength from… He knew that I would go to any lengths to kill him if he had shown his magical talent beforehand…”
Kaiden’s words were filled with regret.
He lamented the fact that he didn’t personally go to assassinate Jareth in his childhood.
If he had done so, then he wouldn’t have had to face the humiliation that he is facing today.
Not only has Jareth become strong enough to kill him, but he likely has no intentions of sparing the Blaze family either.
Just when Kaiden was feeling depressed and regretful, his wife also took the side of his son and said it in an angry tone.
“See! I had already told you beforehand! I told you years ago that this calamity will certainly come to bite you back if you don’t deal with it now!”
The woman’s tone was filled with immense anger and hatred.
“I had told you to get rid of that filthy rat before he grows up! And you! You didn’t agree at all!! You kept delaying it again and again!!”
“Your carelessness has brought this calamity upon us now!”
Kaiden’s wife glared at him with eyes full of anger and disappointment, and his son also shouted at him disrespectfully.
This showed just how little respect his family has for him.
(Fun fact: If Kaiden had raised Jareth with love and care, Jareth would have respected Kaiden greatly… Moreover, with his amazing brain, Jareth would have taken the whole Blaze family to a new level by improving their earnings!)
Even though his own family members were disrespecting him, Kaiden dared not refute their words, as he was feeling regret for not dealing with Jareth early.

Only Aiza was sitting with a relaxed look on her face, as if she had nothing to do with whatever was happening near the dining table.
She was slowly eating the food and watching the drama unfold with a calm look on her face.
‘I knew it… The moment he killed that cyclops, I already knew how strong he was….’
Aiza had witnessed the horror of Jareth’s capabilities with her own eyes. She had seen how he blasted off that grade-2 monster from the face of Earth.
After that attack, not even the ashes of the cyclops’s dead body remained.
Moreover, Jareth had already given her a straightforward answer.
‘He said I have nothing to do with the sins committed by my father, so I shouldn’t get involved…’
Aiza is a smart girl; she knows her limits.
She’s barely a grade-5 mage right now, and reaching Jareth’s level of strength will take her nearly 7-8 years at least, which is a long time.
Even if she tried to protect her father from him, she wouldn’t last a single second against him if he really became serious; thus, it was pointless to try to defend his wrongdoings.
In the end, Aiza chose the most obvious choice.
She decided to take a ‘neutral’ stance in this conflict.
She did not accuse her father of his obvious wrongdoings, nor did she attempt to obstruct Jareth’s path.
This way, she could ensure her own safety.
Aiza shook her head, glanced at her older brother, and said in a calm tone,
“Brother… Prof. Jareth said that his grudges are against Father and Mother… It has nothing to do with us both, so it’s better to stay out of this matter…”
“Let the elders take care of it themselves… You don’t need to stress yourself with it-”
Before Aiza could complete her words, the young man punched the dining table and retorted in a loud voice.
“I don’t care! If something happens to our father, it will cause a significant disruption to our family industries! We will lose money!”
“I don’t want to lose a single coin from my inheritance because of that rat! We must deal with that rat as early as possible!”
Hearing those words, Aiza shook her head and got up from her seat.
Now that her brother had rejected her proposal, she had no reason to stay here at all.
“Okay, then, you guys do what you want to do with this… I am not getting involved in this plan; in the first place, all of this was started by my father… I have nothing to do with it…”
Kaiden is certainly guilty of the crimes that he committed against Jareth, but his children have nothing to do with them.
{As the saying goes: a criminal’s child is not born as a criminal; the punishment for a father’s sins shouldn’t be given to the children, as they don’t deserve it…} (Source: Trust the homie!…)
Jareth is not a bloodthirsty murderer; he won’t kill children for the sake of revenge, which will make him no different than Kaiden after all.
Jareth is 28 years old, and Aiza, Mark, Allen, Risa, etc. are all only 18 years old this year. Therefore, Jareth considers them to be children.
He would like to avoid killing children, but if they really came in his way, then he would have no other choice.
Working for a shady company has taught him many things. He isn’t a soft-hearted person either, and this isn’t the first time he has killed a human.
(He has killed people in his past life too; he isn’t an innocent guy… (He is a villain for quite a few…)
…
Ignoring the stares of her family, Aiza left the Blaze mansion in her car and went back to the university dorms.
While on the way, she received the principal’s message in the official chat group, in which he asked for the students who wanted to join the army for an early trial.
Aiza thought for a few moments and then sent a message of approval.
She wanted to distract her mind with something else, and this military training camp was the best way to do that.
Not only will several of the professors be protecting the students, but it will also be a good way to get some real-life combat experience.
‘Allen is also going… I should go too…’
As a future member of Allen’s harem, how could she not have some good thoughts about him?
Just the other day, Allen was the one who carried their team to the potion-making event.
(She totally ignored the fact that Allen was also the one who messed up their potion in the end too…)
Allen is good at sweet talking and has a way with words; he knows how to impress people and raise his favorability; even Aiza has started to notice him nowadays.
Airin is already in love with Allen, and his journey to become a harem king has already started.
On the other hand, Mark has yet to make any significant progress in his love life. He’s still obsessed with becoming strong and getting Jareth’s recognition.
Jareth’s attempts at helping Mark and Risa get together are all going down the drain, it seems.
…
Jareth’s training room.
‘Phew~ I got it on time!’
[Ding! Congratulations! Your skill ‘Active Heal’ has been upgraded to grade 3!]
[Ding! From now on, you can regenerate all of your limbs and body parts, except for your brain!]
Looking at that notification, Jareth wiped the sweat from his forehead and sighed.
After the hard work of several days of continuous usage of ‘Active Heal’, Jareth has finally upgraded it to the level where he doesn’t need to be afraid of losing any limbs at all.
Unless the opponent destroys his brain in one massive attack, there’s no other easier way to kill Jareth now.
With cells that can divide without side effects, Jareth is now a walking tank! His endurance is off the charts now!
Even if he stands there and lets people attack his body, he still won’t die!
‘Once again, it has been proved… Mana singularity is just too broken; nothing comes close to it…’
