A ‘Date’ to be Remembered! (Mark X Risa) Part-2.
After a bit more chit-chat, the waiters came and served the food, so everyone enjoyed the delicious food and stopped talking.

It was a mixed diet; the food was extremely delicious.

I had some meat and some vegetables, perfect for people who want to enjoy the food and its different flavors.

After an hour or so, everyone had finished eating and was now enjoying drinks and juices.

Thomas glanced at the students and said,

“Everyone, you are all free to go back now, sleep early, and wake up early tomorrow. You guys have a long training session waiting for you tomorrow, so keep yourself in your peak condition…”

“As for the students who went to Artavia with us, they are exempt from this training. You guys are allowed the freedom to do whatever you want for the next two days….”

Thomas glanced at Mark and the others, ignoring the jealous expressions of other students, and spoke.

“The university rarely organizes trips like this; you guys shall make good use of it; don’t waste this rare chance…”

Then Thomas glanced at Jareth and the others and said,

“We five will not take part in training the students; other professors will be in charge of that, and as Professor Jareth isn’t taking part, you can rest assured that the training won’t be that difficult…”

Thomas said those words solely as a joke so that the students could stay motivated for tomorrow. The training was obviously going to be very harsh, even if Jareth was not the one overlooking it.

Hearing Thomas’s words, Jareth glanced at him and said,

“You didn’t purposely have to point out my name like that… I am not that strict, actually…”

A complicated look appeared on the students’ faces at Jareth’s words; they didn’t have words to describe their feelings at that moment.

But as no one wanted to offend Jareth, they dared not show too much on their faces.

Except, of course, for one certain bold girl.

Risa stood up and asked Jareth in an excited tone.

“Professor, can I go on a date with Mark then?”

*Cough!* *Ahem..*

Mark nearly chocked himself with the juice when he heard Risa declare that right in front of the whole class.

All male students looked at Mark with jealousy, and all female students glared at Risa with hatred in their eyes.

Following Risa’s words, both of them immediately became the class’s public enemies.

They had to go and train while Mark and Risa were planning a date; that’s very unfair, in their opinion.

But no one could complain about it, as Mark and Risa are both from prestigious families and are very strong themselves.

Mark, in particular, can beat the entire class single-handedly, so others don’t dare be rude in front of him.

Nowadays, the boys of the class even consciously stay several feet away from Risa for fear of Mark mistaking their intentions.

Nobody wants to endure the royal family’s wrath simply because Mark mistakenly caught them hanging around Risa.

Ignoring the complicated expressions on the students faces, Jareth just nodded his head at Risa’s question.

“As Principal Thomas said earlier, those who went to fight in Artavia are free to do whatever you want in the next two days; just don’t commit any crimes, and you should be fine.”

Even Shin and other professors gave her an okay sign, saying that they were free to do whatever they wanted as long as they weren’t committing any crimes.

Gazid even went on to say,

“Student Risa, don’t worry; even if you kill someone, I will handle the matter and say that the person was possessed by miasma… Then we can dismantle the body too; that will leave no evidence behind.. keekeke…”

Yoseh immediately glared at Gazid for saying that.

“Don’t corrupt the students with your weird ideas! You will make her like you!!”

“Students don’t listen to Professor Gazid’s words; he is just joking. Always abide by the laws; becoming a criminal is not a good idea…”

The students nodded their heads and slowly left for their rooms.

The government funded the trip, so Thomas reserved a very expensive hotel and assigned one room to each student and professor.

While going back, Risa seemed to have stars shining in her eyes.

She was smiling from ear to ear as she finally got to go on a ‘date’ with Mark.

They are engaged, yet they haven’t gone on dates before because most of the time her father denied permission or she was not able to get Mark to agree.

But today is different.

She got Mark to agree, and that’s all that mattered to her.

If she gets to spend some time alone with Mark, that alone would be enough for Risa to consider this trip successful.

‘Uh, but what clothes do I wear, though? Er… I might need to ask my sister for assistance in this matter…’

Her big sister is a married woman; she has experience, so it was a good idea to contact her via phone and ask her for advice.

‘I better not tell father about this date, though… He will cry rivers, saying, ‘My daughter is leaving me! Dad is so sad~’, that old man never changes… ugh…’

Risa’s father dotes on her a lot; he even interrogated Mark before allowing him to get engaged to Risa.

If Mark was a good-for-nothing guy with no talent, her father wouldn’t have accepted the engagement.

Risa is his youngest child, so obviously he cherishes her a lot.

A look of determination flashed through her eyes as she made up her mind about it.

Meanwhile, Mark, who was walking beside her, had no idea what she was planning in her mind and was looking at her changing expressions with an amused look on her face.
