Chapter 81: Enthralled

Amelia awoke to a familiar warm intoxicating scent feeling her nostrils. It was a sweet blend of musk, wood and mint lingering on her nude skin, the white sheet and the gorgeous man lying beside her. It tickled her senses and filled her with some kind of longing.

She fluttered her lashes open, her blurry vision adjusting to the brightness of the room. She could feel Blaze’s powerful hand resting lazily on her stomach and his legs entangled in hers. She could feel his warm breath on her shoulders, tingling her skin and causing her pinkish nipple to harden.

Turning her face sideways to look at him, she was enthralled to watch him sleeping soundly like an adorable big baby with no care of the world around him. Half of his face was buried in the soft pillow but the other exposed half was like a perfectly sculptured work of art, so beautiful and so innocent.

She drank in his divine beauty as memories of the previous night flooded her heart, making her face turn beet red. She recalled how vigorous he had been inside of her, moulding and kneading every bit of her body with such tenderness and skill, like a renowned porter. Her eyes narrowed down to his half-concealed lips and she imagined what it would feel like to kiss those sexy lips again.

She moistened her lips as she slowly reached out to touch his face. But when she recalled the nature of their business relationship and the condition of their contract, she quickly withdrew her hand back to the side and turned her face away from him.

“I thought you were going to kiss me,” Blaze said in a husky voice, opening his eyes.

“Shit!” Amelia caused under her breath. “Have you been awake all this time?” She asked turning her face the other way in embarrassment.

“I’ve been awake long enough to know that my wife craves for me,” Blaze said softly, lifting his head from the pillow to look into her flushed face. “So why didn’t you kiss me even though you know you wanted it?”

All this while, she was staring lustfully at him, his eyes had been partially open, discreetly staring back at her. He was patiently waiting for her to take the initiative but was disappointed when she suddenly withdrew.

“I wasn’t going to kiss you,” Amelia said making a move to roll out of the bed. But Blaze quickly pulled her back into his passionate embrace, burying his head on the side of her neck with his leg wrapped around hers.

“Liar.” He whispered, biting softly on the tip of her ears.

“I don’t have to prove anything to you. Let go of me.” Amelia tried to free her trapped body even though she was enjoying the sweet torment of his tongue.

“You don’t get to arose me and run away, wifey,” Blaze said, nibbling slightly on her earlobe, while fondling stroking her firm inviting boobs, causing her to jerk a little. A mischievous smile spread across his face as he showered her face and neck with feathery kisses.

Flustered, Amelia tried to push his face away. “Blaze…stop. It’s morning and I have to go to work.” She said breathlessly, biting down on her lower lips to stifle a moan. She could already feel his erection pressing on the back of her bosom and her sultry body seemed eager to continue from where she had stopped the previous night.

“It’s Saturday, honey.” Blaze’s husky voice got deeper. He made her face him as he stared into her quivering eyes, intoxicated by her wild yet innocent look.

“You can work from Monday till Friday but your weekends are specially meant to take care of me and my needs. I’ve already made all the arrangements. We will be spending the entire morning here in this hotel room getting to know each other more intimately.”

“Huh!” Amelia’s eyes widened. “But…”

Blaze swallowed up her words in a passionate kiss, his wandering hands sliding down her stomach and in between her thighs.

“Ah…” Amelia’s breath caught as she stiffened her body, causing Blaze to let out a deep guttural groan.

“You have no idea how much I had to restrain myself when I woke up last night staring at your beautiful body.” Blaze’s kisses got hotter, his gentle touch electrifying as he claimed her lips again in another intense kiss, his fingers setting Amelia’s core on fire.

“Blaze., you…ah…” Amelia’s words caught in her throat again as Blaze took one of her fingers which were trying to push his face away, into his mouth and started sucking on it. She could feel her heartbeat racing again as her toes curled at the fireworks exploding in her core.

Every of her attempts at restraining him only gave him more access into her. At some point, she forgot to breathe, when she felt all of him inside of her.

“I don’t feel anything. It’s just business.” Amelia echoed in her heart as Blaze took her to the moon and back.

Meanwhile, at the Salvine city police headquarters, Regina was having a bad day with the chief of police.

After leaving the comfort of her mansion to take care of a sick friend, she returned this morning only to get a message from Gwen informing her that she was at the police station.

Upon arriving at the police station, Regina was informed that her daughter and her son-in-law were both arrested the previous night for breaking and entry, and theft.

At first, Regina thought that they were playing an expensive joke on her. However, when she was taken to see the chief of police due to her husband’s political status in society, it dawned on her that they were not joking after all.

Inside the chief of police office, Regina could be heard behind the closed door, ranting at the top of her voice like an insane woman.

“What incompetent fools would put the daughter of a serving senator of this country behind bars without contacting her family?”
