Chapter 151: Pertiwi Hospital
While enjoying his meal, Lein leaned back for a moment, gazing out the restaurant window. Cars passed by on the streets, and the blue sky looked clear above the tall buildings.
Lein then thought about his next culinary adventure. “I need to try food from other countries. With all the power and wealth I have now, nothing is impossible. Maybe some French delicacies, pasta from Italy, or perhaps something more exotic from other alliances.”
Lein smiled. He knew that with his extraordinary abilities, he could go anywhere in this world—even to other country alliances—to explore cuisines he had never tasted before.
He continued finishing his meal over the next few minutes until he was done.
After being satisfied with his meal and his plans for his next culinary journey, Lein stood up and walked out of McD, ready to continue his journey to Pertiwi Hospital.
Lein’s journey to the hospital resumed, passing through the city’s busy main roads. It only took about three more minutes until Lein finally caught sight of the towering building dominated by white and green colors.
From a distance, Pertiwi Hospital consisted of three main structures, with the tallest one being the primary building where patients requiring extended care were treated. This building contained many rooms for patient accommodation and stood nearly 600 meters high.
Apart from the main building, there were also two other supporting structures. One of these had a large transparent orb at its peak. Inside the orb was a floating green plant. Lein guessed that the orb was an artifact used for healing.
The other building was equally impressive, with a massive fountain at its summit, where bright blue water flowed endlessly. Again, Lein assumed that everything served a healing purpose.
A few moments later, Lein’s car passed through the main gates of the hospital. After the entrance, the car moved through a lush green garden, where he saw some people walking for rehabilitation and nurses pushing patients in wheelchairs.
Lein observed with a happy smile, remembering how difficult it was to receive such care at hospitals back on Earth. Services like these were only available if you paid extra and exhausted your wealth. There was no chance for poor people like him to experience such services.
“I won’t do the same thing!” Lein muttered to himself. He was determined to protect humanity and do his best to provide comfort, education, and adequate healthcare. Of course, only those with a will to live and proper behavior would receive such treatment.
If anyone committed crimes or caused destruction, it wouldn’t take more than a minute for the police to imprison them.
That was also the case for Wiko Suryo, the man responsible for the fall of the Indonesian Alliance. Wiko Suryo was currently imprisoned at an unusual level and would spend his entire life there, regretting his actions.
“Please, sir.”
The voice of his driver, who had just opened the door, woke Lein from his thoughts. He promptly exited the car and looked at the tall building before him.
Not far away, near the hospital steps, he spotted a woman in a white uniform waiting for him.
[Status]
– Name: Anisa – Level 8
– Race: Human from the Blue Planet
– Power Core: Player
– Rank: –
Lein was slightly surprised by the level of the woman before him. It was known that people with certain professions on Earth typically avoided combat, preferring to continue their careers for survival.
However, some professionals still cared about real strength and increased their level, like Dr. Anisa standing before him.
Lein then walked closer and greeted Dr. Anisa.
“Hello… sorry to keep you waiting, Dr. Anisa,” Lein said, extending his hand for a handshake.
Seeing Lein initiate a handshake, Dr. Anisa became even more nervous. She awkwardly moved her hand and shook Lein’s hand.
“Haha… no, no, sir.”
“No need to apologize,” Anisa said with a slightly awkward smile. To her, it seemed odd for someone like Lein to apologize to her, who was just a humble doctor.
“Alright… please,” Lein said casually. He could sense how nervous the young doctor was, so he immediately focused on his purpose of asking her to guide him.

“Ah… yes, sir… please follow me.”
Anisa then walked slightly ahead of Lein to guide him. They soon entered the hospital through a wide glass door, about 10 meters in width.
Inside the hospital’s main hall, they were greeted by a spacious room filled with chairs for patients waiting in line, a long reception desk manned by several staff with friendly smiles, and a positive ambiance typical of a hospital.
Not to mention the one-meter-tall robots bustling around with various tasks: monitoring, cleaning floors, and delivering documents from one division to another.
“Please, sir, next we will proceed to the examination and initial diagnosis area,” Dr. Anisa said after noticing that Lein had finished observing the main hall.
Lein nodded lightly and followed. They walked through the hospital’s clean white corridors, which were fairly crowded but still easily passable.
Several people who passed by Lein smiled warmly and slightly bowed as a gesture of gratitude. Although not directly involved, everyone in the city knew how significant Lein’s role was in all the activities, buildings, facilities, and regulations within the city and the entire island area.
Lein was not arrogant; he also responded to people’s actions with a light nod and occasionally a warm smile.
“Very cool, ummm…” Anisa, who was leading the way, noticed all of Lein’s actions. Her face was slightly red, and she was thinking strange thoughts. After all, she was still a normal girl who admired a powerful, wealthy, and impressive figure like Lein. Seeing Lein’s friendly demeanor lessened her nervousness slightly, though it was now replaced by the joy of witnessing his actions firsthand.
Lein noticed that Dr. Anisa’s behavior seemed odd; her steps were stiff, almost as if she had no purpose.
“Doctor, are you alright?” Lein asked worriedly, approaching and turning Anisa around.
“Sorry, sir, I don’t feel well,” Anisa said, her face flushed red like someone with a fever.
