Floating Island - Triple S Talent - Chapter 466
Chapter 466: Agree
“The sect has discovered a Seed of Law not far from the Sanctus Lux Realm,” Zenithus explained quickly. “However, our Invictus Sect is not the only one aware of this. Other sects have also caught wind of the news.”
Lein listened carefully, his eyes narrowing slightly at the mention of “other sects.”
“The sect leader has made an offer,” Zenithus continued. “If Senior Lein is willing to help seize the Seed of Law and confront the Maledictus Sect, then 30% of the spoils will be yours.”
Zenithus explained everything clearly, without holding back any information.
Lein furrowed his brows at the mention of the Maledictus Sect. A troublesome opponent. However, considering that he had already gathered most of the materials needed for his advancement, facing high-ranking kings from that sect was not something to fear.
“Alright,” Lein finally nodded in agreement.
Zenithus’ eyes lit up. “Great… this is excellent!” he said excitedly. “We must hurry, Senior Lein! The sooner we arrive, the greater our chances of claiming it.”
Zenithus reached into his robe and pulled out a medium-sized scroll. “We’ll use this teleportation scroll to arrive directly at the sect’s spaceship,” he explained. “Our time is very limited!”
Lein had no objections, but before proceeding, he stepped closer to Zenithus. “Wait, may I examine it for a moment?” he asked in a light tone.
Of course, the reason was not merely curiosity. Based on Zenithus’s explanation, this item sounded extremely valuable. If that were true, he might be able to make even better use of it.
Zenithus hesitated for a moment, but considering the urgency of the situation, he handed over the scroll without asking too many questions. “Go ahead, Senior.”
Lein took the scroll and immediately examined it. Beneath its smooth surface, he could feel a strong pulsating energy—an indication that this was no ordinary artifact. This scroll was not just a regular teleportation tool but a medium infused with celestial essence, capable of piercing through space and time in a single use.
A fine item.
Lein kept his satisfaction to himself. Without hesitation, he activated his duplication ability.
[Duplicating (Starshifter Scroll) 1.5 million times, confirm? y/n]
Lein immediately selected “yes.” In an instant, an overwhelming number of identical scrolls appeared. As always, his duplication ability never failed to impress.
A massive number of teleportation scrolls materialized within Lein’s spatial ring, filling a portion of its storage in an instant. After confirming that the duplication was flawless, Lein returned the original scroll to Zenithus with a calm expression, as if he had only been inspecting something trivial.
“Alright… go ahead and activate it,” he said casually.
Zenithus wasted no time. Swiftly, he ensured that everyone was within the teleportation area. However, before he could activate the scroll, his gaze landed on two small figures approaching Lein. The children, their eyes gleaming under the surrounding light, stood silently beside him as if awaiting instructions.
“Senior Lein, are those two Nephris under your care?” Zenithus asked respectfully, his voice filled with caution.
Lein simply gave a slight nod, offering no further explanation. Zenithus, already accustomed to his mannerisms, did not inquire further. He let out a short sigh before activating the teleportation scroll.
In an instant, a glowing circle appeared around them. Lein felt a strange pressure enveloping his body, as if the surrounding space was being compressed by an unseen force. His vision blurred, and the background around him gradually tore apart like sheets of paper being shredded by dimensional power. Then, in the blink of an eye—
—they had arrived at their new location.
The scenery around Lein had changed drastically. The vast darkness of space stretched infinitely, dotted with countless twinkling stars in the distance. In front of them, a massive spaceship hovered in the void. Its enormous hull looked sturdy, with faint energy formations pulsating across its surface, signifying the presence of high-level defensive mechanisms.
On the ship’s deck, several people were already waiting. However, Lein’s attention was immediately drawn to one particular figure—someone who radiated an overwhelming spiritual pressure.
A man in a purple robe stood with his back to them, facing the vast emptiness beyond. Around him, space trembled and slowly tore apart, as if struggling to contain his presence. Dimensional rifts continuously opened around him, indicating that he was manipulating space with ease, accelerating the spaceship without the need for conventional propulsion engines.
Lein narrowed his eyes. He didn’t need to ask to know that this man was no ordinary figure.
Near the man in the purple robe, four other individuals stood with calm yet vigilant postures. Two of them wore identical uniformed robes, while the remaining two had distinct appearances. All four of them fixed their sharp gazes on Lein and his group, assessing their arrival.
Sensing the tension in the air, Zenithus immediately stepped closer to Lein and whispered softly.
“Senior Lein, the man in the center is the Ancestor of the Invictus Sect,” he explained respectfully, gesturing toward the robed figure who remained standing at the edge of the deck.

He then continued with the introductions.
“The one beside him, the man in the white robe with golden eyes, is someone known for his kindness yet commanding presence. His gaze is calm, but there’s something about him that is difficult to decipher.” Zenithus glanced briefly at the man before shifting his attention to the two individuals on the right.
“Those two are the Grand Elders of the Invictus Sect,” he added, pointing at the pair clad in matching robes.
Finally, his eyes moved to a woman in a red robe standing to the left of the group. Her posture was poised and elegant, with sharp eyes that seemed to evaluate everything before her with a sense of superiority.
“And she…” Zenithus lowered his voice slightly, “is an outsider ruler who will assist us in this mission. Just like you, Senior Lein.”
Lein observed the woman briefly before shifting his focus back to the Ancestor of the Invictus Sect. The atmosphere on the deck remained silent, laced with a subtle tension as if waiting to see who would speak first.
