Chapter 111: Can You Find My Balloon?
Seeing the heads of both GoldMiner and Kenshi inside the two balloons, Ayame and the rest became even more wary and vigilant of the little girl.

On the other hand, the little girl seemed unfazed by her horrendous actions as if it was nothing but normal.

Holding the two balloons, the little girl shook her head and sighed, “Unfortunately, I still haven’t found my balloon.”

“Can you help me find my balloon?”

Asking that question to them, the little girl extended her hand towards ProGamerXD who was as firm as a statue.

If it was before, Kenshi would have stopped the little girl. But with the demise of Kenshi, none of them dared to stop the little girl from touching ProGamerXD.

Having an idea in his mind, Kayden immediately asked the little girl before she could touch ProGamerXD’s shoulder, “How do we help you find your balloon?”

Receiving Kayden’s question, the little girl retracted her hand and ran towards Kayden with a smile. “Big brother is so kind!”

Seeing the little girl approaching him, Kayden wanted to run and escape. However, his intuition told him that doing so would only make matters worse so he didn’t do that.

Fortunately, Kayden noticed that the little girl halted as soon as she was a meter away from him. If she had touched him, Kayden would be forced to use his Gambling Authority against the little girl.

When the little girl arrived in front of Kayden, the little girl pointed her finger towards the corner of the dark room.

Countless green balloons and red balloons appeared and filled up the dark room as soon as the little girl pointed her index finger.

“Big brother, there are too many balloons! I can’t find my balloon! Can you help me, please? I’ll surely reward you for your effort!”

“As long as you can find my balloon, the heads of your friends will be freed from the balloon curse!”

Hearing the words of the little girl, Kayden, and Ayame subconsciously looked at Winston. They were used to having Winston as their lie detector so they wanted to know whether Winston could see through the truth within the little girl’s words.

But much to their disappointment, Winston shook his head, “As I have said before, my Eye of Insight no longer works in-game. The game mechanism had restricted the usage of my Eye of Insight.”

Although they had known about that since Winston had informed them about it before, Ayame and Kayden still asked Winston in hopes of it being usable.

Knowing that Winston’s Eye of Insight couldn’t be used, Kayden asked the little girl, “What’s your name, little girl?”

Hearing Kayden’s question, the little girl smiled and answered enthusiastically, “My name is Lily Lilurica Lostrea Lue La Loveth!”

Receiving the little girl’s name, Kayden’s mouth twitched after hearing her lengthy name.

“Can I call you Lily?”

“Of course, big brother!”

After receiving the little girl’s permission to that as her name, Kayden asked, “Lily, do you know what your balloon looked like?”

Hearing her big brother’s question, Lily placed her hand on her chin as she pondered about her balloon’s color.

“My balloon is red in color! I call my balloon Hex!”

When Kayden listened to Lily’s description of her balloon, he looked at Lily and then at the balloons that filled up the dark room.

‘There are literally more than hundreds of green and red balloons with different shades. Like a hundred shades of green or a hundred shades of red. Even if Lily’s reply narrowed down the search to red balloons, there are still hundreds of balloons with different shades of red.’

‘I don’t think my luck is powerful enough to find the correct red balloon amongst hundreds of them in this dark room.’

When Kayden thought about that, Ayame and the rest also had similar thoughts.

Because of that, they were deep in thought as they were wondering which of the red balloons was Lily’s balloon.

“Lily, do you know which one of these balloons is Hex?”

When Ayame asked that question to Lily, she received a pout from Lily.

“Hmph! If I had remembered which of the balloons is Hex, I wouldn’t have asked you all for help.”

Ayame wanted to retort Lily’s words but she realized that Lily did have a point.

“Well, she is not wrong.”

Winston shrugged as he snickered at Ayame.

Ignoring Winston, Ayame spoke, “There are eight of us here. According to Lily’s words, finding Hex will free GoldMiner and Kenshi from the balloon curse.”

“If what she said is true, then it’s a must for us to find the correct balloon. But if we fail to find the correct one, there must be a punishment and I presume it’s the balloon curse.”

“It’s likely that if we choose the wrong balloon, we’ll follow GoldMiner and Kenshi’s footsteps.”

Hearing Ayame’s words, Kayden and the rest of them agreed with her. They knew that finding the correct balloon wasn’t that simple especially if it was a challenge given to them by an evil spirit.

Lily might look like a little girl, but none of them dared to underestimate her. The best examples of those who had suffered at her hands were none other than Kenshi and GoldMiner.

Worst came to worst, Kayden would use his Gambling Authority to force Lily into a gambling match. Kayden believed that as long as he obtained Lily’s ability, he would be able to free Kenshi and GoldMiner from those balloons.

Because of that, Kayden wasn’t that worried since he had an ace up his sleeves.

“Since there are eight of us, we can use at most five attempts. We can sacrifice Shirohige, ProGamerXD, Kuroneko, JordanPlayz, and Bianca.”

“Kayden and I have our authorities as our trump cards while Winston has his Eye of Insight. So any objections?”

Faced with Ayame’s question, the rest of them didn’t disagree. Even Bianca agreed since she indeed didn’t have that much value compared to Ayame, Kayden, and Winston.

Seeing that none of them disagreed, Ayame made a decision, “JordanPlayz, take a random red balloon.”
