Chapter 114: Bianca Became The Sacrificial Lamb
Ayame and the rest of them were waiting in the underground room.

Winston and Bianca had already ascended to the library and were currently searching for books regarding hex color codes.

Ayame and Kayden who were waiting for Winston and Bianca were relieved that Lily didn’t go berserk. It seemed that Lily was indeed as patient as she said.

Soon enough, Winston and Bianca returned to the underground room after approximately fifteen minutes had passed. The two of them returned with a bunch of books regarding hex color codes.

Winston informed, “I have already read and scanned through all of the contents of these books. But just in case I ever forgot it, Bianca and I decided to bring the books here.”

Ayame and Kayden nodded at Winston. They knew that they couldn’t afford to make that many mistakes since they only had three attempts left.

If they couldn’t get it right even after they failed that much, Kayden wouldn’t mind using his Gambling Authority as a last resort against Lily.

But for now, they decided to comply with Lily’s rules.

“Winston, if you can, start finding the green balloon with the hex color code #364417.”

Winston nodded after hearing Ayame’s request.

Using his Eye of Insight, Winston started scanning around the dark room in search of the balloon with the hex color code #364417.

“Found it!”

Winston’s eyes flashed and it locked onto a group of dark green balloons. There didn’t seem to be any notable difference between their dark shade of green color but for Winston’s Eye of Insight, he could easily notice the difference as long as he concentrated enough.

“Can you lead me to it? I don’t want to choose the incorrect one by accident. They all looked the same to me.”

Winston agreed to ProGamerXD.

Winston led ProGamerXD until they reached the dark green balloon with the hex color code #364417.

After confirming with Winston that it was indeed the dark green balloon with the right color shade, ProGamerXD no longer hesitated as he pulled the string of that balloon.

“Sigh, it’s a failure again.”

Winston sighed as he saw ProGamerXD’s head appear inside the dark green balloon.

Winston looked at Kuroneko and said, “Kuroneko, you are the next sacrificial lamb.”

Kuroneko didn’t disagree with Winston’s words.

After witnessing their failure, Ayame wasn’t discouraged, “I don’t think we were incorrect with our approach. Maybe we chose the incorrect subject to translate into a hex color code.”

Ayame went to Kayden and whispered something into his ear. Several seconds later, Kayden’s eyes lit up and he nodded at Ayame.

Kayden walked towards Lily and asked, “Lily, what was your full name again?”

In response, Lily chuckled, “Big brother has a bad memory. Lily already told you that my name is Lily Lilurica Lostrea Lue La Loveth.”

After receiving Lily’s name, Kayden nodded at Ayame. “Lily has exactly six words in her name. We can convert it into a hex color code.”

After pondering for a while, Ayame explained to them, “As I have expected, Lily’s name has indeed six words in it. If we count the letters, we can convert it into:

Hearing Ayame’s explanation, Winston immediately took one of the books and flipped through all of the pages.

Soon enough, Winston found it so he commanded Kuroneko to pull the string of that balloon.

Kuroneko agreed as he was led by Winston to it so that they wouldn’t make any mistakes. Arriving in front of that dark green balloon, Kuroneko pulled the string of it.

However, just like in ProGamerXD’s case, Kuroneko’s attempt also ended in failure, causing him to lose his head.

After seeing the disappearance of Kuroneko’s head, Winston sighed, “It seems we failed again. We only have one more attempt left and the next sacrificial lamb is Bianca.”

Bianca seemed unfazed by it and she just commented, “Hopefully, we can get it right this time. Or else Kayden would have to intervene.”

Hearing Bianca’s words, they all sighed in unison.

There were only four of them left namely Ayame, Bianca, Kayden, and Winston.

The five Dislord admins and Kenshi had already lost their heads, literally.

At this rate, if they don’t find Lily’s Hex balloon, then all of them will lose their heads.

However, Ayame didn’t give up yet as she gave another suggestion, “If it’s not Lily’s name or the black book’s cover title, what about the number of characters inside the black book?”

“Tell you what, if this doesn’t work, let Kayden do his thing. If this still doesn’t work, I’m already out of ideas.”

Hearing Ayame’s suggestion, the three of them nodded their heads.

Winston volunteered, “I’ll read the black book and count the characters in it using my Eye of Insight.”

After they obtained Lily’s permission again, Kayden took the black book and handed it to Winston.

Receiving the black book, Winston opened the black book and flipped the pages as his eyes scanned every character on the page.

After a minute’s worth of scanning, Winston closed the book as he spoke, “I have counted all the characters in the black book including the spaces and punctuations.”

“If the spaces are included, there are a total of 568,924 characters in the black book. So we will have #568924 as our hex color code.”

With that discovery, Winston picked up the book and started finding a reference of the #568924 hex color code so that he wouldn’t make any mistakes.

After ensuring that he got the right color shade, Winston spoke, “I found it. Bianca, get that dark green balloon there.”

Bianca listened to Winston and headed to the green balloon with the #568924 hex color code.

After arriving there, Bianca looked at Ayame, Kayden, and Winston before she decisively pulled the string of that green balloon!
