Chapter 142: Kidnapping A Hotel Staff
After Illya saved Ayame and the rest of the team, Kayden left the slaughterhouse and reunited with them.

Illya was faster than Kayden so he had told Illya to leave him behind and save Ayame and the others as soon as possible. Because of that, Kayden was left behind in the slaughterhouse. It was only when Illya killed all of the chefs and hotel staff that Kayden reunited with them.

After seeing Illya, Kayden immediately asked his teammates, “What are we going to do now? Currently, we have eleven members in our group including Illya.”

“If that anomalous phenomenon affects those with an odd number occupant count in the hotel rooms, then we can’t form an even number with eleven people.”

“We have no choice but to either sacrifice one of the Dislord admins or use another method to have an even number of occupants.”

Hearing Kayden’s question, they immediately start thinking of a solution to it.

Although the Dislord admins didn’t mind being sacrificed, that didn’t mean they wanted to be sacrificed if there was a better solution. If they could think of a solution to their problem without having to sacrifice a Dislord admin, then that would be better for them.

After they left the kitchen room, they all headed out of Windesburg Hotel.

Although they had already explored Nevergreen Forest in the first game session, they still decided to explore Nevergreen Forest again.

Currently, Ayame, Kayden, and the rest of them were standing in front of Nevergreen Forest’s entrance. They hadn’t entered the forest yet.

Kenshi and Illya were accompanying Kayden since the two of them would be in charge of combat. On the other hand, Kayden will be in charge of taking the life ownership of the hotel staff.

As long as they enslave the hotel staff, they wouldn’t have to worry about crippling or cuffing him.
