Chapter 154: Completing The Limited Time Task 1
After all those goblins were crushed into a meat sphere, Ayame used spatial erasure to erase the goblins from the real world, banishing them to a chaotic space that would tear them apart until they were obliterated.

A violet-colored transparent cube appeared and contained the Dimensional Gate inside it. Under Ayame’s control, the space within the transparent cube became chaotic as it distorted and destroyed everything within it, including the Dimensional Gate inside it.

After the Dimensional Gate was destroyed, Ayame heard a system notification sound inside her mind.

After all, for both Ayame and Bianca, the rewards of the limited-time tasks weren’t valuable to them.

It was only due to wanting to protect Fire City from those otherworld invaders that Ayame took action against those goblins and destroyed the Dimensional Gate.

Even now, Ayame didn’t care about the second limited-time task. She only planned to protect Fire City since she happened to be staying in Fire City at Bianca’s mansion.

As for the other cities in the Phoenix Kingdom, Ayame was like Weiss in that regard. She didn’t head to other cities since that would take her time and effort and for her, it wasn’t worth it.

After all, she wasn’t part of the military or the police so she wasn’t obligated to protect Phoenix Kingdom from invaders.

Furthermore, Ayame believed that since she and Bianca had obtained tasks from the Game AI, the other players should be able to receive limited-time tasks as well.

Even if those players weren’t good people who wanted to play the hero, they would still take action due to the rewards given by the Game AI.

After Ayame destroyed the Dimensional Gate, Bianca said to Ayame, “I know you have time manipulation, but I won’t let you do all the work by yourself.”
